Achieving a New Low, Part 2

LIES AS A WAY OF LIFE

“I have been in meetings with
senior management
and they know what they’re doing.”

Robert West, Training and Education Manager
Priority One Credit Union, April 13, 2010

Robert West's opinions about the efforts allegedly made by Priority One Credit Union's executive sector, to improve business or create a more cohesive working environment are not something anyone should ever believe in- at least not without evidence. On this blog, the veracity of Mr. West's statements mean absolutely nothing without evidence.

Of course, management does in fact know what it's doing, then we'd have to assume that the loss of more than $13 million of Net Income since January 1, 2007, the date that Charles R. Wiggington, Sr. began his appointment as President, is intentional. And is the credit union's growing delinquencies and increasing account closures more evidence that senior management allegedly knows what its doing? Does Mr. West hope people will ignore the fact that Priority One ended 2009 with more than $5 million in losses?

We've also recently also confirmed that the amount of $230,238.99, reported as profit earned during the month of January was actually not profit at all, but the transfer of monies from one ledger into another to create the impression that profits had been generated when none had actually occurred. Odd that both the President and COO made great efforts in January and February to emphasize that this was profit obtained from increased business when it was nothing more than "cooking the books", something the President has increasingly done since former CFO, Manny Gaitmaitan resigned. Is this an example of what Mr. West's insistence that senior management knows what they're doing?

The evidence proves that Charles R.  Wiggington, Sr. is the worst President to lead the credit union since its founding in 1926. And though he uncleverly altered the credit union's real reported finances in the January 2010 report, his deception has been exposed.

The company's inability to obtain new business at a level required to offset its overhead was attested to in the decline in new business for the months of February, March, April, and May 2010.  Despite the credit union's well-documented failures, the President and COO have continued to vocalize claims that business is good.

As we also pointed out in recent posts, January is one of the slowest months of the years yet if one were to believe the President and COO, business actually increased after an unprecedented decline during all of 2009.

Though the credit union is currently immersed in yet another campaign to salvage its public tattered image, we've decided to focus on the credit union's current financials. As you read through this month's post, you'll realize that the credit union's financial problems have not improved. Simply stated, the problem is President Wiggington; Board Chair, Diedra Harris-Brooks; and now, COO, Beatrice Walker. Not only are they struggling to contend with the credit union's business problems, the struggle of power between the President and COO has actually grown.

LEGAL CONUNDRUM

Despite the President's insistence that Priority One is experiencing a resurgence, he has remained amazingly tight-lipped about developing legal problems. Here are four situations the credit union is currently contending with:

1. ELDER ABUSE

As report in our last post, Priority One refused to release funds to one of its members, actually, elderly members.

The member has recently filed a complaint with the state's Department of Financial Institutions ("DFI") and acquired legal representation. Is this again an example of how Priority One Credit Union helps members "win with money"

2. RUMORED LAWSUIT

We've learned from employees of the Burbank branch that former Branch Manager, Linda Nisely, has hired an attorney and has filed a lawsuit. The President and COO have denied all knowledge of any lawsuit being filed and Mrs. Nisely has informed an FSR at Burbank that she will neither deny or confirm the filing of a complaint against her former employer. If a lawsuit has not been filed, then Mrs. Nisely's response is more than a little peculiar.

Rumors of the alleged lawsuit arose within a week after COO, Beatrice Walker, disclosed that she is actively seeking a Branch Manager for the Burbank office. But wasn't Mrs. Nisely laid-off because the credit union is reducing expenditures? Coincidentally or not, shortly after rumors surfaced that Mrs. Nisely filed a lawsuit, Ms. Walker disclosed she was going to temporarily postpone her search for a Branch Manager. Ms. Walker also stated that she will resume her search in 6 to 8 months.

3. PROSECUTING A FORMER EMPLOYEE

Several months ago, we began reporting about a theft at the Los Angeles branch in the amount of more than $60,000. The monies were siphoned out of member accounts over a period of several months by a former receptionist who left the credit union on maternity leave and never returned. Initially, the President had said the credit union would not seek prosecution of the employee even though embezzlement is a federal offense. Our expose' about the crime, forced the credit union to file a police report. Evidence presented by the District Attorney to a Grand Jury determined there was sufficient evidence to seek prosecution of the former receptionist.

4. SEXUAL HARASSMENT COMPLAINT

We've recently spoken to the former employee who was seuxally harassed by the President over a period of several years and have been informed that her complaint remains under investigation by the Department of Fair Employment and Housing.

THE 2010 ANNUAL MEETING

This year's annual meeting took place on May 26 ,2010, at 6 p.m. and as usual, in the Loan Department of the South Pasadena branch.

The meeting began with Training and Education Manager, Robert West, conducting the invocation. During the thirty (30) minutes which followed, Board Chair, Diedra Harris-Brooks, and President, Charles R. Wiggington, Sr. spoke briefly about the credit union's reemergence into the Black.  If one were to believe them and we of course, don't, then the financial nightmare created by President Wiggington is a thing of the past.

Invited to the meeting was external Auditor, Terry L. Nabors from Turner, Warren, Hwang and Conrad, who provided the results of this year's election. Amongst the information disclosed by Mr. Nabors was the fact that incumbent, Janice Irving, received the highest number of votes, followed by incumbent Directors, Bobby Thomas and Thomas Gathers. Nominee, Gilbert Atwood, came in fourth.

Though the President and Board Chair, Diedra Harris-Brooks, along with COO, Beatrice Walker, and Credit Resolutions Director, Yvonne Boutte, carried out a campaign which included ordering that employees of the South Pasadena not vote for Mrs. Irving, their efforts failed on a miserable level. We attribute their plot's failure to the fact that a number of South Pasadena employees decided to counter their efforts by campaigning for Mrs. Irving.

We find it odd that in the midst of continuing cut-backs, the credit union chose to again spend money by hiring Mr. Nabors to speak at the meeting when the election's disclosures could have been made by Mrs. Harris-Brooks.

Mrs. Harris-Brooks also said that business increased over the past "three months", attributing the alleged success to the credit union's refusal to enter into sub-prime lending which has caused so many other credit union's to suffer financially. Did Mrs. Harris-Brooks forget that Priority One ended 2009 with more than $5 million in losses

PERSONAL OPINIONS

Mrs. Harris-Brooks also thanked Real Estate and Consumer Department Loan Manager and Call Center Supervisor, Joseph Garcia, for his contributions which she said have "made a real change to the credit union."

Mr. Garcia is an enigma in Priority One's long history. He became chummy with COO, Beatrice Walker while he served as Branch Manager of the Redlands branch. At the end of 2009, she told him she wanted him working in South Pasadena where he would help her re-shape the credit union. It was an odd choice since he had no prior experience in strategic planning. However, Ms. Walker who has proven to be as dishonest as the President, told Mr. Garcia that he would be brought over in the capacity of interim Call Center Supervisor while the credit union continued to search for a full-time supervisor. In this way, he could prove himself and be given the position.

Within 2 weeks following his arrival in South Pasadena, Mr. Garcia was given the position of Call Center Supervisor. Within 4 months, Ms. Walker added the titles of Real Estate Department and Consumer Loan Department Manager, though his previous experience in loan processing was limited to consumer loan processing. He had absolutely no experience with reviewing, processing or approving real estate loan applications. Ms. Walker's reasons for promoting him to oversee real estate loan funding was purely political.

She also added the title of Credit Manager though again, he had no prior experience as a Credit Manager.

Mrs. Harris-Brooks also told attendees that Mr. Garcia has made tremendous strides in rectifying employee morale issues which have taken a toll on the working environment. Is Mrs. Harris-Brooks daft? Mr. Garcia is a polarizing influence. Like the President, he is prone to hissy fits and exhibiting preferential treatment to employees he likes. He is divisive. Couple this with the fact that he and Human Resources "clerk", Esmeralda Sandoval, have chosen to willing serve as witnesses for the President, providing fraudulent testimonies used to slander and terminate staff members. If this is what Mrs. Harris-Brooks views as changes that are improving employee morale, then she is more than a little confused and has no comprehension of what things are harmful to the working environment.

Mrs. Harris-Brooks also thanked temporary CFO, Saeid Raad, whose efforts she sad, are helping "Priority One move forward." If Ms. Walker is alluding to the fact that Mr. Raad is pliable and is willing to alter financial reporting as instructed to by the President and COO, then yes, he is helping the credit union "move forward" on paper. In reality, Priority One's performance continues to falter. By the way, we know that Mr. Raad is extremely well-paid and possibly, overpaid. President Wiggington recently stated, "His checks are bigger than mine!" Of course they are. Altering financials always comes at a heavy cost, doesn't it?

Mrs. Harris-Brooks concluded by stating "In my opinion, we have the right team in place." Wasn't it Mrs. Harris-Brooks "opinion" back in 2008 that determined that based on what she understood, the President sexualized comments, i.e., "I'm going to whip you ass", "Come here so I can whip that ass", etc. did not not constitute sexual harassment as defined under federal law.

 \THE ANNUAL REPORT

Always more telling than Mrs. Harris-Brooks distorted personal opinions about Mr. Garcia and Mr. Raad are the reports contained in the credit union's annual reports which are always distributed during the annual meeting.

The 2009 Annual Report is titled "Reaching New Heights TOGETHER." The title implies heights have previously bee reached when the 2008 and 2009 Monthly Income Statements clearly disclose tremendous monthly losses. We've selected to publish the reports signed, though not composed by, President Wiggington; Board Chair, Diedra Harris-Brooks; and Treasurer, Joe Marchica. We are also publishing an address written by Training and Education Manager, Robert West.

Detracting for just one moment, this year's report is a vast aesthetic improvements of those published in 2008 and 2009. The report doesn't appear frugal and it is nicely designed.

A DISCONNECT

In what is a complete departure from past reports, the opening message is authored by the now infamous, Robert West. The Education and Training Manager writes about what differentiates Priority One from other credit unions. Here is Mr. West's address:

“While all credit union, everywhere around the world have received direction and inspiration from the high ideals embodied in this simple statement [“People Helping People”], Priority One Credit Union has decided to make a bold move with regard to it: a move we believe will help you to better understand how we are different from other credit unions, as well as banks.

The bold move does not involve department from the spirit of the “people helping people” message. It involves our attempt to redefine it, and as a result, reinvent ourselves and improve our value position with you – our loyal membership.”

Recently, we revised our mission statement and tag line to more clearly define what we are in the business of “helping people” to do, and communicate to the world how we want our members to think about us.”

Mission: To help our member-owners and employees achieved financial fitness. We are committed to offering quality products and services that help you win with money.

Tag line: Priority One Credit Union – Your Financial Fitness Center

By making these changes, it is our intent to tell you in a way that maybe we haven’t before, that we are passionately committed to your total financial well-being, and to transforming the credit union into a place where you will feel uniquely connected and celebrated.

Therefore, whether you need to buy a car or a home; or get out of debt or avoid bankruptcy; understand and improve your credit report,, or plan for your financial future, we have the resources and information to help you take control of your finances and reach your goals.”

The address is pure hyperbole. Clearly, Mr. West's goals was to create an impression of the high standards at the heart of the credit union's carefully structured efforts to ensure relationships are raised and maintained with the valued membership. Its of course, all untrue.

Mr. West describes those efforts as "bold" but all we can see is that they've amended their Mission Statement which amount to nothing more than the same old Wiggington-styled lip service.

The excessively embellished address is devoid of any reference to actual evidence serving to prove any of Mr. West's exaggerated claims. We invite him to substantiate whatever he meant by making members feel "connected" or "celebrated."

Are the addition of increased charges and fees and a disdain for ethics and covering up illegal acts how the credit union celebrates members and for that matter, employees? Mr. West's address is laden with empty, meaningless verbiage that is designed to project an image of a caring and professional organization, something that is completely untrue. Mr. West tries hard to sell readers a bill of goods but its clear that in doing so, he is either completely out-of-touch, ignorant, or trying to present a fraudulent image of the troubled credit union.  Furthermore, increasing member complaints citing poor service indicate that members feel neither "connected" or "celebrated" by the aberrant credit union.

Report of
the
Board Chairperson
and
President/CEO

The Board Chairperson's and President's report was superficial, non-committal and full of assurances and is carefully structured to allude to any of the credit union's deep-seeded financial problems that caused Priority One to end 2009 deeply immersed in the negative. Here is there report:

“We are committed to financial fitness not only for your credit union but also for you, as individual members. Last year we promised to help members weather the “great recession.” Loan modifications and workouts along with adding a free financial education and counseling service (Balance, Inc), exemplify our committed to your financial fitness.

In spite of the financial crisis that engulfed our industry, we are already in the early stages of a turnaround. In the past three months, several key indicators are improving with net income increasing, delinquencies down, and consumer loan growth resuming, in addition to our capital gradually trending upward.”

Here is the first problem we see with their address. There is no way Priority One Credit has proven to be a "financial fitness center" and certainly, the last 16 months have proven that this is an organization quite incapable of escaping the financial trap it's been thrust into by the President and the Board Chair. And whether or not they "promised to help members weather the "great recession" the fact is, Priority One did not weather the "great recession". What's more, it as a credit union, does not possess the ability to help members  "win with money". How can Priority One claim to be anyone's financial fitness center.

REPORT OF
THE TREASURER

Joseph Marchica's report provides erroneous data. The Director begins by stating:

“Assets, once a downtrend, have leveled off around $165 million.”

Whether as a result of ignorance or intentionally trying to dupe readers, Mr. Marchica's statement is more than misleading, its completely erroneous. The credit union's actual asset size is $155 million, not $165 million. Mr. Marchica has failed either by error or by intention, to deduct the remaining outstanding $10 million unpaid balance due on the $20 million loan borrowed by President Wiggington in mid-2008.

On January 1, 2007, the date Charles R. Wiggington, Sr. began his appointment as President, the credit union's Net Income approximated $172 million. And though Mr. Marchica attempts to understate the amount of losses, the credit union has lost more than $17 million during the years Charles R. Wiggington, Sr. has served as President.

Mr. Marchica continues, stating, "Loan charge-offs remain a challenge but are expected to moderate over time.Didn't the Board Chairperson and President state in their report that "delinquencies are down"? Why didn't Mr. Marchica reiterate this in his report? What is the amount of actual delinquencies that the Board Chair and the President conveniently omitted from their report?

We'd also like to know on what Mr. Marchica bases his prognostication that delinquencies are "expected to moderate over time."

Mr. Marchica concludes:

“Management has a renewed commitment to make operations efficiencies a top priority, as the credit union moves toward lowering operating costs over the next few months. We have begun the year with emphasis on financial prudence and practice of sound business decisions.”

Are the President's failed $600,000 telephone system, the more than $70,000 failing call center, and superfluous remodeling of the South Pasadena and Burbank branches examples of management's renewed commitment to make operation efficiencies a top priority? We just can't fathom how $48,000 in carpeting or the COO's new $5000 laptop are going to make anything more efficient.

Sorry Mr. Marchica, but we're going to challenge your statement that Priority One is just now beginning to exercise "financial prudence and practice of sound business decisions." Because there is no evidence of this, we ask that you please provide anything tangible that could lend some credence to your statement.

As we've recently revealed, the President is immersed in playing antics intended to dupe members. 2009 ended with more than $5 million in losses yet miraculously, the credit union reported profits of $230,238.99 during the month of January 2010. How is that even possible? It's not. The President and Board Chair transferred money from one of the credit union's general ledgers and reported it as profit where no profit ever occurred.

Furthermore, both the Board Chair and President lied again, when they wrote, "We are in the early stages of a turnaround. In the past three months, several key indicators are improving with net income increasing." So what Mrs. Harris-Brooks and President Wiggington hope members will believe is that the credit union is finally generated profit even though the profit reported by the credit union for the month of January was actually money transferred from one general ledger and reported as profit. Is that correct?

The fact is, profit in the amount of $230,238.99 was not generated in January 2010. In February, profits earned amounted to $71,5190.68. In March 2010, profits amounted to $8254.66.

But in April 2010, the re-entered the RED though Mrs. Harris-Brooks, Mr. Wiggington, and Mr. Marchica made no reference to this during the Annual Meeting. In fact, their strategy was to circumvent the credit union's record of losses and continue their insistence that the credit union has rebounded.

Net Capital did rise and is now above 7%, but the President appears to be focusing on this fact as evidence of that Priority One is again, prospering. We would like the Chairperson to explain how the continued decline in Net Income during the months of February, march and April can be construed as a sign that business is improving.

CONFUSED MUCH?

The following financial information is provided by the credit union. Please note the many inconsistences.

Summary Statement of Financial Condition:
$166,453,885
(3/31/10, Unaudited)

  Treasurer's Report
 $165 million

Monthly Income Statement
April 2010
$171,087,208.44

Asset Size
(per http://www.priorityonecu.org)
$175 million

On its Career page located on it's website, the credit union provides the following statement:

"Priority One Credit Union, A progressive $175 M credit union, is an equal opportunity employer. We offer competitive salary and benefits packages within a friendly team-oriented environment. We provide career growth opportunities for those that demonstrate the potential and have accepted the challenge of responsibility."

The discrepancies in the figures provided by the credit union range from $1 million to $9 million. With such immense discrepancies, can you trust Priority One?

All of the figures provided by the credit union conveniently avoid deducting the unpaid remaining $10 million balance due on the $20 million loan borrowed by the President in mid-2008.

 SUMMARY STATEMENT
OF
INCOME EXPENSE

The following figures appearing in the 2009 Annual Report and located under Summary Statement of Income and Expense, caught our attention.

  • One is the "audited amount of loss" for the year ending March 31, 2009. According to the report, the amount of losses incurred through the end of March 2009 was -$5,241,847.

  • The second figure is the reported unaudited amount of Net Income (Loss) "as of 3/31/2010." The amount reported by the credit union is -$527,992

Is the credit union stating that more than $500,000 were lost during the first three-months of 2010? If so, then how can Board Chair, Diedra Harris-Brooks, declare that business is improving? What's more, Mrs. Harris-Brooks and the President have avoided providing specifics supporting any of their assertions that business is improving, reducing the 2009 Annual Report to a useless piece of documentation. There are so many inconsistencies between what the Board Chair, the President and the Board Chair wrote with the credit union's financials that one can't rely at all on any of the information being touted around by the credit union's dishonest officers.

Evidently, the credit union has found itself back in the negative though neither the Board Chair, President or Board Treasurer ever allude to this in their very deceitful reports published in the 2009 Annual Report. What is clear is that the three officers chose to lie and paint a picture of forthcoming growth when there is no evidence to indicate a possible financial resurgence.

In the end, one has to ask, was Training and Education Manager, Robert West, delirious when he declared that the management sector knows what it's doing or did he, like the Board Chair, President and Treasurer, try to dupe anyone reading his vacuous and superfluous address?

“All deception in the course of life is indeed nothing else but a lie reduced to practice, and falsehood passing from words into things.”

Maybe Diedra is dyslexic can't tell the difference between red and BLACK.

Did you see the rates on their special share certificate? 6 months & a min balance of $1000 pays 0.00%! And the interest on $100,000 Term Share Certificate Account is 0.00%. Isn't 0.00% = 0.

You're right, they are in the red but not by $85,000! The guy Bea brought in is doing what Bea and Wigg tell him to do and this past Monday they were way over $150,000 in the negative.

Today we all got a memo from Wigg that the credit union is doing great. Guess he didn't read his own monthly for April.

Is Wigg looking for a new job?

an other employee was let go, one who was always willing to help you out, How many of us did he help? never saying no, always giving and never taking.Again stab in the back by the management staff. How many more will get the knife from them? Watch out Jodie, George, Gema
and of course the 2 branch they want to close. There hit list is so long that no employee with service years will be left.

That's Linda who's suing. Wigg and Bea had to talk about it. When Sylvia fired her she told Linda they didn't need a branch mgr but a few weeks later they brought in a part-time mgr. Now Syliva, the biggest backstabber and liar you'll ever meet (ask HR to show you all the complaints they got all these years)said since Linda is suing, Bea decided to wait a few months before hiring Linda's replacement. Today, Gema is going to start working at Burbank as the branch mgr for supposedly a month.
I thought they told Linda they didn't need a branch mgr? And isn't Sylvia supposed to be running that branch?

And you're right, that memo from Wigg is joke. They are way more than $200,000 in the negative but he will make up any story to make things look good on paper, except the board is talking about cutting some more of his power because they're in the red again. Different day, same jokers.

I don't think Linda has sued. I think management started that rumor.

Who got fired? When the May report comes out you will see more loss.

Gema's out, Joseph's in.

There saying they fired someone for supposedly writing the blog. What's with all the rules about firing anyone who pposts anything bad about the CU?

David Quinonez was terminated. If Gema's going to Burbank then what is happening with Sylvia? Is Joseph now the manager @ So. Pasadena? Oh my, the web they are weaving..

Sylvia's out, Gema's in.

Do you notice the cu is stepping up efforts to scare employees from posting on their own facebook and myspace pages only after people started posting about Bea's face, her ugly clothes and how she backstabs people? Fear in the workplace smart.

What is this sh*t about member ownership? What is the credit union giving me that my bank Bank of America is not giving me. What a crock.

They set David up like they did all the other employees.I can't believe this company they use you and then when you find out about who they really are they fire you. I hope David sue their ass. I know roger had something to do with it he's as sneaky as a snake. I think all the employees that were fire should file a class action lawsuit against this company. They may not know this but legal action can and will be taken against this company stay tuned.

I really like David and don't understand why he was fired. David had more people and technical skills than anyone at pocu why?

Anonymous said...

Bea is paranoid. She got offended when people talked about her face(too bad its what it is). So now she's trying to scare employees into not posting comments about the cu even on their own pages. That idiot Esmeralda is making people read the rules out loud like they're back in grammar schoo. Bea also has a hit list. She wants to get rid of George, Darlene, Georgina, Gema and a lot of other employees. I guess that's why she has been fire from more than 1 compny and why she travels from cu to cu. And Wigg is afraid the blog will keep him from getting another job. What'll keep him from getting a job is him.

At 12 noon, just 5 minutes after they let him go, Rodger posted that he was no longer employed by P1. It took Rodger 5 weeks to pst Cathy was no longer employed. And Bea told EDD that the company did not want to let Cathy get unemployment. This past Monday was the hearing to review Cathy's appeal and Rodger and Esmeralda didn't go to the meeting. P1 is horrible. They have kept her from getting money for more than 5 weeks and then they don't show up. I guess that's how they help people win with money, huh?

Anonymous said...

Esmeralda has nerve. She is HR and the rules say relatives cannot be hired but she works there with her cousin Gema. Henry used to work there and he was related to Gema too. Serene and Jodi Hurst are related too. They have 1 set of rules for them and 1 set for employees.

How did the credit union re-enter the red? I looked at their annual report and they say everything is fine and they have a good future but the numbers don't seem good. Am I right?

Anonymous said...

Hey stank breath (Wiggington) and yuk face (Bea Walker), you still have the wrong person. Are you gonna fire all employees until you get it right?

Anonymous said...

They end 2009 deep in the red. Then they enter the black in January. Now their back in the red in June 2010. Great way to move down.......again. Yup, red is their favorite color.

Thursday, Friday and today they have us read out loud that we're not supposed to post while we're at work on facebook, myspace, twitter or we'll get fired. If their not doing anything wrong, why are they freaking. I guess they never thought maybe people post on lunch or breaks.

Anonymous said...

That's right keeping them honest and exposing all their lies and deceit. THIS BLOG IS THE BOMB!

Anonymous said...

Maybe Wigg should read the policy out loud too.

Anonymous said...

Keep on posting this Blog and comments. This is the only way to keep everyone informed including the employees. Not everyone works in So. Pasadena so they need to know what is going on. Everyone needs to know what is going on in all the branches. The way the employees are being treated is disgusting. Don't let POCU shut you down with fear and retaliation threats. What you do on yur own time is your business.

Talking about branches. What's up between Valencia Branch Manager and Beatriz Walker? Our COO avoids her and she avoided her at the anual meeting and was making not very nice comments about her and Valencia Branch. What's up??????? Anyone??? She took her assistant manager away too. Is the branch manager going to be relocated too?????

Where's the May report?

Anonymous said...

Notice how Wigg holds back the reports as long as he can? He's been doing that since 09 when that complaint to the DFI forced him to post....even though he takes his time about it. You would have thought with being accused of sexually harassing an ex-employee and taking a member's car that he would have maybe tried to straighten up, but you can't fix what's broken. And what's with that COO? She fires Theresa because the bsa specialist job is being eliminated and now they have a temp bsa specialist? She fires Linda because they don't need a branch manager at Burbank but now she's moved Gema to Burbank. She takes Judith from Valencia to go and work at Burbank and now she sends Sylvia Perez to Valencia to be branch manager. Gema was supposed to go to the call centr and Susanna was supposed to cross-train as branch manager at South Pas but that didn't happen either. What kind of experience qualified her to be COO?

Anonymous said...

Sylvia will kill the business in Valencia. Susanna and Darlene have really built Valencia up. I'm willing to bet that the business significantly goes down while Sylvia's there. Maybe that's her job, to close it down. Let Sylvia do Bea's dirty work. What happened to Susanna? Is she at So. Pasadena?

Anonymous said...

Susanna is still employed but nowhere to be found. What happened? Sylvia's at Valencia and she's pissed because the drive is long. Don't they pay mileage? Its suspicious because Bea's been talking smack about Susanna and a lot of other employees. As usual Roger goes along with the game.

Anonymous said...

Bea said a lot of times she wants to close Valencia and Redlands. She liked Susanna a lot but now she talks horrible about her. So much for confidentiality. What make Bea go from liking Susanna to saying terrible things about her? There's a missing piece to this story but no one is saying what it is. Anyone know?

Anonymous said...

Old granola face is doing what she did at other credit unions. She likes misey. Pretty is as petty doesn't.

Anonymous said...

If Sylvia's assignment is permanent she shouldn't be getting mileage. No one else does. Besides when you make over $60M a year for doing very little, she doesn't need mileage. Are these assignments permanent? Is Susanna has disappeared maybe she is on suspension or terminated. Another one of Bea's dispicable actions. Rodger is famous for going along with that kind of action.

Anonymous said...

Does Rodger still head HR? If he could have an affair with Henry Campos in front of all the employees then he can easy break policy. Sylvia is just a winer or whiner or weaner? She's one of those.

P1 is not doing well at all. They're losing money, some of it because they neglected their polices and delinquencies are way up. Back in 09, they were deep in the negative but Bea went ahead and spent big bucks on new carpeting and remodeling and a call center. Have you tried getting through to them? Its bad. Now they're scrambling to save. They are cutting back where they can but they are trying to make changes after adding to their problems.

Anonymous said...

Bea and Rodger gave out new rules saying if anyone writes anything bad about priority one on social pages they will be fired. Notice how they are trying to get people to post good things about them on their fb page? If they haven't done anything wrong, why so worried about what people say? And what's with all the losses?

Anonymous said...

You read these posts for over a year and you think, okay one day things will get better but I saw the April report and they're in the negative, again!!!! What's going on?

I don't think many people like reading the comments about the coo's face but if she's going to talk about her staff behind their backs, then she shouldn't be upset when they write about her face. And yes, talking about your staff can put you in legal problems!!!

Is there any documents showing Wigg had possession of the automobile he allegedly took from the member? DMV records are good but unless you have a special order, DMV might not just release these. Is there a letter maybe involving the repossession or a letter to the person he later sold the car to?

Anonymous said...

To the person who asked if there are any documents that show Wiggington had possession of the car (1989 BMW) once financed by a member (Danny Wafa), yes there is. In fact, we have spoken to Mr. Wafa, who was emotionally traumatized by the ordeal. Also, after taking ownership, Mr Wiggington never had the vehicle financed by the cu so P1's role as lienholder ended on the date he took ownership of the car.

For those who do not remember what occurred, the member's auto loan went into default. A former supervisor (W. Brinkley) of the credit union's collection's department, structured a repayment plan which the member agreed to enter into and which would have avoided repossession proceedings. The owner of the then contracted collection company, informed Mr Wiggington who was at the time, the VP of Operations, that a repayment plan had been structured. If you will remember, Mr. Wiggington only owns BMW's and so he ordered the repayment plan scrapped and instructed that the car be repossessed. Wiggington took ownership of the automobile. The member's loan was written off. If the vehicle had been sold at auction, any $ obtained would have been applied to the unpaid loan balance, but this never occurred because the vehicle was never auctioned. Nonetheless, paperwork was created to make it appear proper procedures were followed and after that, the member's file mysteriously disappeared from the credit union.

Sometime later, Wiggington sold the car to his friend Odell Richards but Odell never finished paying ($1000 short) Wiggington for the car and never removed Wiggington's name from the title.

On 10/25/05 Wiggington wrote to the Registration Processing Unit and sent 7 documents including a 2 page letter requesting removal of his name from the title.

On 11/17/05, he wrote again but this time to the Registration Processing unit and on the same day, he also sent a letter to the office of the Deputy Director in Sacramento.

On 11/28/05, he wrote again but this time to NRL Release of Liability unit.

Every document has the car's VIN and the original license plate # (4NRM325)and the custom license plate # (WINKS589) he added after taking ownership of the car.

The coo will finish the job of closing down the credit union. Stupid Martha Stewart wanna be Bitch.

Anonymous said...

Were the docs faxed or mailed to the state? I assume you have copies. You should turn these over to the dfi and maybe to cu publications. This is the worst conduct of an executive. No respect for his position or for members. Who was the president at the time? Was it Harris? Did he know about what Wigg did or did they keep him out of the loop? And who was the owner of the collection dept? He's accountable too. This is outrageous! And if the board knew and they didn't do anything, then they are also accountable. And what about the cu’s attorney, did he know? This blog is only as good as the evidence and if you’ve got the docs, you have the evidence.

Anonymous said...

Correction: She's not "Stupid Martha Stewart wanna be Bitch" she's a bitch wanna be Martha Stewart.

Bea tells Wigg the blogger is an avp and they fire the avp. She then says its the policy writer and they fire him. Now she's saying its someone in accounting. Did she hit her head and face?

And Wiggy, don't you have enough old beat up BMWs? What's up with the customized plates. I saw one of your cars and the lic #'starts of with the word, "WINKS" like the one you took from the member. I remember you bragging about that member's car which you said you bought at a dealer. You even said the mags were worth $2000. You even told auditor Terry Nabors you bought the car at the BMW dealer. Guess you didn't huh?

Does anyone remember what good management is? Remember when the credit union had Mr. Harris, Manny, and Maggie. How many awards did Maggie win for her marketing plans, her office was full of awards. Now P1 has mangement that sit on their brains in their new overpriced executive chairs.

Anonymous said...

Under Mr Harris there was peace at P1, at least a lot more than there is now. Wigg still did the things he did, but it was behind Mr Harris' back and because he was a VP and not Pres, there was only so much he could do. Rodger was always awful, never holding up policy and procedures and letting his personal life into the environment, though Mr Harris kept him in place. People forget, Wigg talking about his staff in front of other employees. He told people Maggie exposed Liz of kiting and that's why he got rid of Maggie. He also said Pattie Lopez gossiped too much (look who's talking). He said Patti Loiacano talked down to people and got her demoted. He said Aaron was his buddy and later said Aaron didn't know how to talk to people. Bea is a female Wigg. She likes people and when they don't want to hurt their staffs, she turns against them and talks about how they perform, how they talk and even how they look. She should never talk about how anyone looks.

Anonymous said...

Joseph says Bea and Saeed say the credit union has to make more than
$100,000 a month in new business to do good. They have this new policy saying we can't write anything bad about the credit union. No one has to write anything bad because everytime they tell us we have to cut back and business is down is telling us things are really bad. In the annual meeting Deedra said everything is great and thats not true either. And if the credit union was doing so good why did they move money from 1 account to another just to make the numbers look good? And if things are bad then why did Bea spend all that money remodeling the whole place and buying herself a laptop? Laptops are luxuries and it is hard to believe she didn't have one already.

Anonymous said...

I remember the incident with the car. Wigg complained to us he sold the car that used to be owned by Danny Wafa to a friend. He complained his friend never paid him back the full amount and because of this, Wigg was getting parking tickets in his name though he no longer had the car. The whole thing seemed strange because he asked an employee to help him fix the registration problem even though he never financed the car with the credit union. Now it all makes sense because he didn't buy the car he got it by repossessing it and transferring it to his name.

Harris was a nice old man but he was way past his prime and that's why he was clueless to what a crook wiggy piggy was. Old and clueless but at least he was honest. That certainly cannot be said about wiggy.

Anonymous said...

Harris was a nice old man past his time,

Age is just a number buddy Harris did a lot more for the credit then any one else has done he went from 92mm to over 172 mm before he left and we were at 10 capital, Mr. Harris is honest and as Wigg started to show his true self to Mr. Harris, he knew that Charles was not the person to replace him. Oh yes Aaron and other did not show then self’s to him they kiss ass big time. Mr. Harris can still come back and bring that credit union back to what it was, but the board is so dam stupid and the want a person the Diedra can control.

P1 is going under and the person you have to thank for that is Diedra, she is the one along with the board who should have gotten rid of Wigg.

Diedra and the board should have called Harris along time ago but because she is vain and can not control Harris like she can Wigg she would rather see the place fail.

Anonymous said...

Mr Harris mistake was trusting Wigg. When it came time to pick Harris replacement Diedra made sure Harris didn't take part in the interview. She wasn't qualifed to pick a ceo but she did and look what happened in 2007-2009.

The board knows Wigg took that members car and they know that after it got repossessed no money from the supposed auction was ever applied to the loan. Why? becuse it never went to auction. They know he sexually harassed an employee because the investigator told them there was enough evidence to fire him. He gave Patrice a loan she didn't qualify for because he was attracted to her and he slandered Maggie and promoted Liz Campos the kiter. The man is the worst. If you have docs post them on the blog. I think a lot of people want read them.

Anonymous said...

If he took a car and didn't send it to auction and took it as his own that's fraud!!! He needs to be investigated!!!

Mr Lee said...

Not auctioning off the car but making it look on paper like they did is fraud. The car should have been auctioned and any money from the sale applied to the unpaid balance.

Two weeks ago Bea started telling Yvonne she's tired of the Valencia mgr. Now the mgr disappears. Then Bea lets it out she locked the manager out of her computer and
got her dog Rodger to get the mgr's key back so the mgr can't come back to her own branch. What's up with that? Does Rocky Road face think its okay to slam people but you can't say anything bad about the cu?

Where is the Valencia branch manager? I though she was on vacation. After hearing rummors I know some people have been trying to call her to find out what's really going. she's not answering or returning phone calls at all. What's going on? Sylvia told employees last week that Mrs. Walker had instructed her to change the locks for Valencia and Burbank branch. Weird? I'm confused. Does anyone knows what is going on? I hope she's okay because she is one of the few smart and sincere manager in this company. I sure hope the know what they have.

Anonymous said...

Ask Rodger. She knows exactly what's going on.

Anonymous said...

A lot of us are wondering what happened with the branch mgr at Valencia. All of a sudden Syliva is calling from Susanna's number. Then Sylvia says Bea says if the branch mgr doesn't return her keys they have to change all the locks at Valencia. What happened did they get rid of the cameras? Then Bea tells Yvonne the branch manager is no longer her favorite and starts talking bad about her work and makes fun because she's latina. Is that racism? What happened to confidentiality? Didn't they just pass out some rules on that? When you look like Bea, don't make fun of anyone.

And report Wigg to the government. They should look at all the documents. Maybe they'll do what Diedra didn't want to do.

Anonymous said...

Suzanne has never said anything bad about the cu. In fact, her work shows how much she cares. There is a rumor that Wigg fired an employee recently after accusing him of sexual harassment and downloading porn. That's funny because Wigg was accused of sexual harassment and used to talk about how good sex is with fat girls. And Wigg and Aaron used to talk about the sex parties Rodger had at his home. Is this a case of the pot calling the kettle black?

The new policy says employees will be fired if they post anything negavie about the cu. Yesterday, they told us they are tightening up the attendance policy so it will be easier to fire employees.

Sylvia the avp, tells employees Bea wants her to change the locks at Burbank and Valencia though the manager at Valencia is as far as we know, still employed. Bea says horrible things about a lot of employees and even tells Yvonne and Joseph who she's plans to fire. Where's the confidentiality?

Rodger would have made a good dog because he obeys his masters and even though he has a bunch of cats at home, he's a bigger pussy than all of them. Whatever you tell him in confidence, he tells Wigg.

Wigg told the investigator and the board that Kim encouranged him, that's why he made sexual remarks to her. How old was he, 11? He said he bought a car but docs show he took it outright. Ya, you can trust him like you can trust Henry Justice, his friend who made off with all the cu money. Wigg is the worst!!!!

Nothing any employee has ever done at P1 comes close to what mgmt has done. No one slanders like Bea or Charles or Rodger and no employee has ever taken a car from a member. Any employee who gives a loan to a member just because the member is good looking would get fired. In fact no employee was ever accused of sexual harassment except der president. They do worse than any employee ever has. Its sickening.

Anonymous said...

If the reason the Valencia branch mgr isn’t at work is because something Bea did, then its not the first time. Remember in 09 during the all staff meeting when Teresa Castro suggested mgmt take a pay cut? Bea was so mad, she told Roger and Wigg she wanted Teresa out of the cu. The very next day, Wigg, Smock and Bea stopped talking to Teresa. Yes, the guy who got accused of sexual harassment, the woman who lied outright during the 09 all employee meeting, and Rodger, the HR person who had an affair with Henry, all stopped talking to Teresa. A few weeks later, Rodger calls Teresa to his office and tells her that her job is being eliminated. He tells her she can put in an application to go and work at the Van Nuys branch even though that branch is really far from her home. He also tells her she can accept a severence package. She thinks about it for a few days and chooses the package.

But Teresa starts keeping a log of everything he tells her each time he calls her to his office. One day, she leaves a copy of the diary on the copier by mistake. Alex, the credit collection person finds it and gives it to Yvonne and Yvonne gives it to Rodger. Roger is so angry that on the day he calls her to sign the severence agreement, he shows her the diary. He tells her the cu has “bent over backwards for you.” Really? Didn’t they stop talking to her and then ran her off? Worse still, Rodger keeps the diary and didn’t give it back to her. Rodger is dishonest. He’s too fat to be snake but don’t let that Mrs Santa face fool you, he’s as horrible as Wigg. And even though they told her they were eliminating her post, 2 months ago Beatrice and Rodger hired a bsa specialist. Huh?

Anonymous said...

Beside havoc, what is it exactly that Rodger, Bea and Wigg actually do?

Wigg should have read his own bullshit comments on his end he did everything disrespect workers. Maybe he should give the coo a copy of it if he still is the ceo.

The amount of drama is mind boggling. How do they have time to run a business with so much time being wasted on gossip and backstabbing? Either management doesn't know or doesn't care, but all the drama affects the business which maybe why they ended 09 with more than $5 million in losses. Taking a car from a member and sexually harassing an employee, even jokes about sex show the president had no respect for the credit union, members or employees. You just don't behave that way when you lead a business.

And what is it that the coo allegedly said about latins? Was it about the whole race or if the Valencia manager is latin, was it only about her?

Anonymous said...

Wigg did post that note around the branches. I guess talking smack about Maggie, Lynnette, Whitni, Generis, Mr Harris, Aaron, Kim, Carol and a lot of other employees is what he thinks is respecting others and working with others and making a friendly work environment. Some of the ncua auditors were talking by the copier and saying that P1 doesn't report things correctly on the books. They're looking at 2010 which means that none of the reporting was done by Manny. Saied is too knew so that leaves Wigg and Bea. Wigg and Bea wanted Manny to fix the numbes so the cu looked like the cu was doing great when it wasn't. Look at January. Bea was so mad that Manny wouldn't do it that she said she didn't like Manny. She didn't even attend his retirment lunch which was held just a few feet from her office even though he worked for the cu more than 15 years. Suzanne and Theresa and Manny, just 3 examples of who she is.

Anonymous said...

The deterioration of P1 is so sad. The turnover rate is so high. When Mr. Harris was president, the turnover rate was less than 1% and now it seems the place has a revolving door. After reading this blog and a lot of thinking, I can only see P1 as a nightmare.

Bea is a sick and a tyrannt. She wants to control everything and everyone. Her decision making is purely emotional and seperating employees into the one's she likes and the one's she doesn't shows how bad she is as a leader. Talking about her own people is
just amazing. Everything suggests deep psychological problems and she behaves antisocially. She obviously needs people to like her and seems starved for attention but her need to control makes her treat people like trash. She is unhappy and so makes every one
unhappy. She will always wonder if anyone really likes her or if the reason anyone talks to her is because of her position and that they want something from her.

Charles is also a control freak with a big mouth and he is vain (about what, I have no idea) but he is also a thief, liar, dishonest, sexual harasser and takes advantage of anyone who will let him. He brags to the point its sickening and even speaks horrible things about his own family. He's disgusting.

Rodger looks like Santa Claus but acts like the devil. He is sneaky and insincere and on the outside he tries to appear nice and will be your best friend but on the inside he's sinister. He breaks the rules he is supposed to enforce and has to keep kissing Wigg's and Bea's ass because he's afraid to lose his own job. He is an expert at using knives and a lot of ex-employees can tell you what he did to them. He might even be worse than Bea or Wigg.

Diedra is another vain. She's not smart and doesn't care about people and was even hated by the postal employees she worked with before she retired. She and some of the board are also racist as O.Glenn said, "We need a black president" along with "OJ didn't do it!"

Here's a thought. All the employees who feel stressed and depressed, go out on stress leave. Do you feel afraid on the job? Losing sleep at night? Are you feeling sick because of the environment? Are you depressed? The job causing you problems at home? Your health is more important than having to put up with their abuses and games. Since you can't complain because they'll go after you, then don't just sit there. See your doctor and go out on leave until you feel better.
It used to be a great place when Mr Harris was president. Its so sad that its poisoned by lies, sexual harassment, slander, and abuse. Your health and mind are more important than Wigg, Rodger or Bea.

Wow, so much negativity but true.

Bea tells Yvonne and Joseph the problem at the credit union are some employees. She's trying to convince them that P1 is paradise. She forgot there was a snake in paradise that caused everyone to fall. Back in 2009, she made a foot of herself during the employee meeting. There must of been a full moon because she went from coo to drama queen faster than you can say, "Boy does that woman needs make-up." She pretended to cry and it looked like the skin was going to melt right off her face (that would have been dermabrasion). She told everyone that some employees were spreading rumors she embezzled money when she worked at Honda CU. Problem was no one ever heard the rumor until she got up and said it on the microphone. Then she said if employees didn't like P1 they could go somewhere else and she even offered to get them jobs at some other company. Good way to connect with employees, Karl Malden look-alike. Anyway, she doesn't know how to create good working environments (see what she did at Valencia and South Pasadena) and her gift ain't getting people jobs somewhere else, its firing people. We're scared and tired, but going on sick leave isn't the answer. Booting her and car stealer Wigg, and chicken hawk, Smock is a better answer. BTW Smock, that's not your son living at your home, so stop telling people he's your son!

Anonymous said...

Rodger, don't get confused, just because he calls you daddy, don't make him your son!!!!!

Its not the employees who are screwing the cu, its mgmt. A few weeks ago, 2 employees got suspended for having other people clock them in. Thats fraud! They both got suspended for 3 weeks. One of the employees, Crystal, is related to Wigg. If it had been anyone else, they would have been fired on the spot. They fired Cathy for a lot less. Whats up with that? Wigg taking a car he had no business taking and not selling it and turning the money over and harassing Kim and Bea backstabbing her staff and wanting Manny to play with how to post money and Rodger not upholding policy. They are the problem at P1.

And where's the financial for May?

Anonymous said...

Whoa...just heard the NCUA has released their initial 2010 insurance fund assessment...they plan to collect $1 Billion from CUs! P1s share, by my admit-ably super rough calculations, might be as high as somewhere north of $200,000 and they have to book it at the end of this quarter....that should be interesting to see based on P1s current issues.

Anonymous said...

They were at $85,000 in the negative at the end of April. They haven't released June's numbers
so we don't know if they have incurred more losses, but at the beginning of June, the COO revealed they their net assets were declining. Its doubtful the cu made a sudden turn around and is the black again. Not to mention that the ncua's auditors are not reporting positive findings with how they record their finances. If the insurance fund assessment requires P1 pay a high share of what the NCUA is asking then they're going to be deeper in the hole, AGAIN. Do you know when the NCUA will reveal how much each cu is required to pay?

Anonymous said...

if they're more in the negative in May then that proves what kind of a CEo and COO Bea and Wigg are

Anonymous said...

The NCUA said 13.4 basis points or .134%. So if you multiply that by their total insured deposits, I guessed 150m but it could be more like 135 to 140 million then you get around $200,000.

Anonymous said...

Can P1 afford it? That'll push them more in the negative.

Anonymous said...

Who can say since they don't seem to be posting their financials.

Bea and Wigg both hold back the delinquencies each month. Its 6/18 and where are May's #'s? Bea brought in her buddy Saied as cfo. He makes 6 figures a year and he can't even get the financials out by the 2nd week of each month. What is it that he does?

Delinquencies are growing which makes you ask, what is Yvonne doing? She oversees collections dept but Bea secretly changed her title to Director of Project Mgmt. What does that mean?

And what is it that Bea does? She arrives to work after 9 am and takes 2 hour lunches and leaves at 5:30 pm. And her Priority Pay flopped. Waste of $50,000. The woman is as useful as wings on a dog.

We know Wigg doesn't do anything because Bea is in charge an Roger never does anything in hr except make sure employees get mistreated. So why are they all there?

Anonymous said...

Have you noticed, there hasn't been 1 comment that points out any thing good Bea Walker has done as coo or as a person? Making fun of her face is childish but you have to wonder, what makes people react that way to her. If she's talking about her staff and maybe making racial comments then that will never end good. People usually don't just dislike a person for no reason.

On the financial side, if she's the one making all the decisions, she's doing something wrong. A smart coo studies the whole operation. They just don't fire people to make money. That takes no talent. And there's no amount of redecorating that can cover up bad management.

Anonymous said...

Who is Bea Walker? Ask yourself why she's not at Universal Studios FCU anymore? And if you read the end of the ncua report it doesn't say anywhere she did what she was supposed to when she supervised the temp employee who stole more than $81,000 from Honda credt union. At P1 she has said things have to succeed otherwise where else is she going to get a job as much as the board pays her. She brags she loves people to kiss her butt and she says she loves it when people are scared. On Cinco de Mayo while the employees were celebrating the holiday, she made slurs about Mexicans to Yvonne. Wonder why she didn't share them with Joseph GARCIA? This is who Bea Walker is. She probably has a mirror at home that lies to her too.

Fear can get you some control and a lot of resentment. Bea Walker proves that. She might be trying to keep employee mouths shut but the cu's financials prove she doesn't know what she's doing. If she did wouldn't May's financials be out in the open. She has a lot to hide and you can see it by everything she does. And then theres all that whispering she does with Yvonne and Joseph. You can see them in the halls, in her office, at their desks, in the copy room, always whispering. What's she hiding? The horrible working environment was created by Wigg the sexual harasser and Bea made it Bea. So many employees are miserable and looking for jobs because of all the backstabbing. Since the day Bea got here she acts like she's better than anyone but when you get to know her she has nothing going for her. You see it at the employee meetings when she talks she shakes like a wet cat. No wonder she's had so many jobs. If she was such a great supervisor at Honda then how did HER employee get away with more than $80,000. And talking down to employees, making members pay high fees, bad customr service and layoffs are her way to make money. She wouldn't even make a good file clerk.

There are 90 plus comments the point has been made. bea-tch is one level down from trailer trash. You sound like a management kiss ass.

Anonymous said...

I agree, there are a whole lot of comments. Did you see those stripped pants and flower top she wore the other day? Yikes!

Anonymous said...

Seeing all the stupid, stupid, stupid, things cookie dough face has done at P1 I see why she has had so many jobs.

Wigg has no power (he looks terrible by the way). Bea has Wigg's power but she thinks making members and employees pay is the way to save the cu. And she's still fixing up the office. Loans are dropping and Joseph doesn't know what to do. That's a real surprise considerig he isn't qualified to run the loan dept.
Deliquencies are way up and growing so what does Yvonne do?
And why is there a educ & training mgr? He doesn't teach classes. He even has said he prepares the day before a class. That's quality training. In fact the training room has been used for week after week by auditors. Why are there so many auditors at the cu? They looking for something in particular? And if Esmeralda handles HR why is Rodger in HR? And do Rodger or Esmeralda have a BA in hr studies? The answer is NO.

Anonymous said...

Both roger and esmerlda have BS DEGREES BACKSTABBING AND BULLSHITTING.

Anonymous said...

Esmeralda was Mr Harris assistant. When Wigg became pres they sent her to work for Rodger. She does not have a degree in hr studies.

Bea has an MBA. Hard to believe.
Talk to people where she's worked before. What she's done to P1 she's done everyone where else. Ugly on the inside and out.

Auditors are at p1 now? Are they from the Ncua or DFI?

Anonymous said...

The dfi and ncua have been there but does anyone know who the others are? Did you see their financial report? Where's the loan allowance? Did they forget to put it in?

Anonymous said...

The report shows the provision for loan losses for May at zero. Is that even possible? I don't get the annual meeting expense. Didn't the annual meeting take place in May? They again show zero but the ytd is $9700. WHAT? And the charge Bea Walker made on the VISA card to pay for her laptop, still shows zero. How can they do that? On the good side they made $18,454 for the month. Is that good? Okay, its not. Maybe they should take some more money from their loan allowance and put it in net income. And you were so right, you said they were not work the $171 million they reported last time. This time they show their assets size at $168 million which is really $158 million when you deduct the $10 million loan Wigg borrowed back in 2008.

Anonymous said...

Bea's friend Saeid is the one handling the financials. If anythings missing that should be there you can probably tie it to her. I never thought I would ever say this, but she makes Wigg look like the best president ever.

Anonymous said...

Bea is a control freak. She's 50% insecurity and 50% anger. She likes Saeid because at over $100,000 a year he'll do whatever she wants. She didn't like Manny because he didn't want to join her in the kitchen to cook the books. And if you work with her for just a little while, she ain't special or pretty or interesting. She doesn't have great skills and definitely no people skills. Decorating is more important than reacyhing success and all she really cares is that she keeps her job. Scew the world is pretty much her attitude. Maybe she had all those jobs because she just couldn't cut it as a leader.

Anonymous said...

They made about $18,000 for May. Does anyone know if when they calculate net income does that take dq's or other losses into consideration?

Anonymous said...

Bea's trying to prove that what people write about her ain't true. Its going to take a lot more than acting human on a Monday to prove she's not a big incompetent. She's still hanging with Sasquatch and Josephine and whispering about employees. Give it up girl, you are what you are.

Anonymous said...

Did Bea and the other managers give themselves a raise? The financial show they paid another $33,038 on interest on that loan they got in 2008. Bea uses cu money to get laptop and goes decorator crazy but then turns around and threatens employees to post anything bad about the cu and gives us a stricter attendance policy. She also turned the whole BD team to non-exempt status. She says its a good way to save money. How is it a good way to save money? She gets to work after 9 each day, takes a two or more lunch with her buddy-girl, Yvonne and leaves right on time. How many hours a day does she work? And she told that queen Rodger that if the bd reps work more than 40 hours a week, they have to take the extra time as PTO because the cu can't pay them overtime. If they are non-exempt then doesn't the law say they have get paid overtime? She is horrible! And what's up with her Rosie O'Donnel haircut? Did someone ask her to show us more of her face? What's next, is she going to come to work on Harley?

Anonymous said...

Jan, Feb, March, April, & May and all they get in net income is $18,454. That is funny. Maybe Bea and Wigg can setup a lemonade stand in front of the SPas office or swing some signs around with the words HELP US written in big letters.

It'll be interesting to see what their numbers are when they have to pay their part of the insurance fund assessment. They can pretend to be doing great and they can keep employees from getting raises and having them work out of their job classification and they can ever not pay overtime to non-exempt employees which is AGAINST California law but Wigg and Bea don't have what it takes to turn business around. When they were in the red the first thing Bea did was spend on redecorating. You really think she can help P1?

There are rumors around the cu about bea.

Anonymous said...

Instead of empowering staff and making them feel like they're part of the solution management er, the excutive sector makes staff feel like they're the problem.

Anonymous said...

How long will Susanne be out? I find her absence strange. She is professional, always looks nice, cares for people and unlike Bea, she's someone you like working with. Rumor is Bea has something to do with her not being at work. Maybe its a case of-

"Heaven has no rage like love to hatred turned, Nor hell a fury like a woman scorned."

You meant to say Priority One is dying. I guess there's so much sexual harassment, car stealing, wasting money, an abusing employees you can do before everything catches up. Huh, Wiggmeister?

Anonymous said...

Why doesn't Priority One open up its facebook page so people can post comments about their horrible service?

Anonymous said...

I think Gemma will delete them if they do.

Is that you Bread Puddin Face?

Anonymous said...

Yes, that's Bea who wrote the comment. She told Yvonne and Joseph that she reads and hates the blog probably because it doesn't lie to her. And Bea, where's the charge for the laptop? We want to know how you used the company charge card to buy it but why it doesn't appear on the monthly financials. Well?

And how about explaining why you thought spending $48,000 in carpeting was smart when the credit union was trying to crawl out of the hole Wigg pushed it into?

Inquiring minds want to know why you thought remodeling your office and buying art work including that real purdy photo you took in Europe was important? And no, none of us believe the "insurance paid for it." Tell that story to the board. By the way, how was Portuagal? And what did you do with Susanna?

Anonymous said...

Suzanne? What did she do to her?

Anonymous said...

I want to know why the board and supervisory committee is so stupid and not reining in Mrs. Ed's over spending.

Anonymous said...

First Bea gets all dressed up to welcome Susanna to the South Pas branch and tells her how much she wants her to stay and work at the branch. 2 weeks later she starts talking about Susanna in the worst way. What happened is right? Talk about breaking confidentiality and then backstabbing someone she was crazy about. Talk about a girl crush gone bad.

Anonymous said...

Sounds like someone wanted a Bro-mance to me, poor Suzana.

Anonymous said...

What's up with Suzanne? I heard she still not answering her phone. ???? There are rummors at Spas that she was terminated. Suzanne managed to always came to work professional and with a beautiful smile on her face everyday. I used to say to myself "My Gosh she's so nice, so happy and beautiful" Question, wasn't Suzanne part of Mrs. Walker's team? Remember, when Mrs. Walker called her my driver in front of everyone in the lending department? Not sure if Suzanne liked that or not. I thought she was a manager??? Wait..she is a manager not a driver-I hope. Yvonne was not very happy with Suzanne specially when Mrs.. Walker used to ride with her to work everyday while training. I know for sure that Joseph and lending department liked working with her. Who wouldn't??!! I am so waiting for her to comeback. I'm very confused?? I guess will have to wait for het to comeback. She would not leave without saying GOOD BYE. I dont think so! Those who knows her would she?

Anonymous said...

You're right. Susanna is professional more so than a lot of the mgrs at the cu. Yvonne did make it obvious she was jealous when Susanna was only doing a favor to Bea and giving her rides to South Pas. A lot of us did hear Bea call Susanne her "driver" like that woman could find someone to tolerate her and driver her around. Bea proves a title and degree don't make you professional or classy. She talks about employees and makes comments about certain ethnic groups and breaks every rule in the cu, like she's exempt. Bea wanted Susanna at the South Pas. She couldn't hide her excitement when Susanne showed up to work for 2 weeks. We were talking about how she came out to meet Susanna on her first day at South Pas and just hung around the loan dept where Susanne was training. Then all of a sudden she's saying terrible things about Susanna. Suspicious and weird.

Ay Chihuahua! is bea lesbian?

Anonymous said...

After what she said on Cinco de Mayo, maybe you shouldn't use "Ay Chihuahua" around Bea. Aye German Shepherd, Aye French Poodle, or Aye Irish Setter would be better.

Employees should be writing everything down what the executive team does including hr.

Smells more lke "single white he/she."

When Bea got hired she wouldn't even say hi to us even when she was in our dept. If you walked towards her in the hall or members service or the loan dept she would look past you like your invisible. She has a horrible attitude. Do you seen anyone saying even one nice thing about her? You can tell she looks down on employees. Her only buddies are Yvonne and Joseph. She's always at Yvonne's desk or meeting Yvonne on the bridge or the patio or in Bea's office. They talk about employees and about Wigg and about Smock. What's so important they can't keep away from each other. Then Bea goes out the side door on La France and Yvonne goes down the front stairs and they meet in the parking lot and going to lunch. Whats so important they have to be together all the time? You see that in grammer school not in a 50+ woman.

Anonymous said...

There have been rumors about bea and yvonne for a long time. Man-woman yvonne must have been so happy when things did not work out between bea and Susanna. Susanna has morals and didn't want to be part of bea's he-she crush sh*t.

Anonymous said...

If bea "cottage cheese face" walker hit on me I would turn GAY OR CASTRATE MYSELF! Poor Susanna.

Anonymous said...

If you don't agree to be her dog or driver, Bea turns against you and starts talking about you like you have no value. Susanna was smart not to compromise for that jerk. Susanna is professional, kind, and carries herself the way Bea can't. I am so sick of seeing her whispering to Yvonne and Joseph all over the company. Its so unprofessional. As many places as she's worked you would know that. If you are secure and know your job you definitely don’t have to try and get in good with Bea. Have you seen the delinquencies? That’s why Yvonne has to kiss Bea's flat ass. Yvonne's not cutting it but she'll have a job as long as she tells Bea exactly what she wants to hear. That and as long as she agrees to keep having lunch with Bea so they can gossip about everyone in the ocmpany. Bea has a big mouth, lots of attitude and dresses like she shops at the clearance rack at Big Lots. What she has done to Susanna is just another Beauty and the Beast story.

Anonymous said...

What bea started with Susanna HR will finish even tho HR is suppose to protect employees, laughable.

Anonymous said...

What do you mean? HR should finish what?
I'm confused? Too much going on and she still have not even tried to contact anyone in spas nor her office. This is weird!

Anonymous said...

Maybe anonymous meant that if Bea wants to get rid of Susana, HR will help her as Rodger is FAMOUS for helping mgmt get rid of employees. Susanna doesn't have to contact her branch because that could violate confidentiality. She is great mgr is probably following the rules and talking to HR. The problem is Bea is talking about Susanna which makes me wonder, who started the rumor at SPas that Susanna was fired? Was it Bea?
