DISSEMINATING MISINFORMATION
Good news. Priority One remained in the BLACK during the months of January through April, 2011. Bad news is they’re being sued.
During the week of May 22nd, the Credit Union at the request of President Charles R. Wiggington, Sr.; COO, Beatrice Walker; and Senior Vice President, Rodger Smock, began contacting past and current employees for the purpose of soliciting testimonies that could help the credit union in fighting the lawsuit filed by former Burbank Branch Manager, Linda Nisely.
As usual, the enforcers of Priority One's policies could not refrain from violating confidentiality and divulged details about the defense fabricated with assistance of the credit union's overpaid attorneys. According to President Wiggington, the credit union is arming itself and will with testimonies from former and current employees, decimate Mrs. Nisely's allegations that her rights under federal law, had been violated.
Joining the President's plot is often glib, Human Resources "clerk", Esmeralda Sandoval, who has been calling former employees and telling them they "must" testify on behalf of the credit union, that they have "no choice" in the matter, and that if they refuse, they will be "subpoenaed." Evidently Miss Sandoval is ill-informed about what she is legally allowed to disclose. One might have thought she had been raised during the Cold War.
.LAWSUIT
In her lawsuit, Mrs. Nisely alleges she was subjected to age and race discrimination and that the excuse used by the credit union to justify her termination not due as part of the credit union's efforts to reduce spending. Ms. Nisely was partially correct.
Mrs. Nisely was terminated at the request of COO, Beatrice Walker. During her exit interview she was told that her position was being phased out because the credit union needed to reduce spending. A few days before Mrs. Nisely was fired, Beatrice Walker conducted a meet at her office in South Pasadena, during which she told branch managers and AVP's about her plan to lay-off Mrs. Nisely and adding that under California state law, after six (6) months, any company can replace employees that have been laid-off.
In her complaint, Mrs. Nisely clearly believes the actual reason she was targeted for lay-off was because of age and race discrimination. One of her contentions is that Priority One historically, shows preferential treatment to Latino employees. Mrs. Nisely's assumptions are incorrect. Here are some facts about Mrs. Nisely and her complaints against the credit union:
- The fact is, the final order to lay her off came from Beatrice Walker, a White female. The process of laying her off was transacted by Rodger Smock, a White male. Ms. Walker is almost 50 years old and Mr. Smock is over 70 years old. It is highly improbable that age or race were factors in her termination.
- The fact is, Mrs. Nisely was not a competent branch manager. What's more she was lazy. She was known to spend hours each day perusing the Internet and purchasing merchandise online. She also often said she could not visit the community in the city of Burbank because she was unable to, due to physical problems affecting her legs.
- Mrs. Nisely was frequently condescending, rude and abusive particularly to Latin employees.
- In 2009, Mrs. Nisely also caused the credit union to lose immense amounts of money when she approved loans which went bad almost immediately.
The real reason Mrs Nisely was targeted was political. AVP, Sylvia Perez, had complained incessantly to AVP, Rodger Smock, and COO, Beatrice Walker, about Mrs. Nisely's refusal to leave her office and visit the community in Burbank. COO, Beatrice Walker not only saw this as an opportunity in which to terminate an ineffective branch manager but as a means by which to reduce spending for at least six-months. During a meeting with AVP's and branch managers, Ms. Walker arrogantly boasted that she intended to hire one of her friends who would replace Mrs Nisely as branch manager of the Burbank office. Maybe Ms. Walker should have been a lot less talkative.
A company has a right to introduce changes that improve it's operation and reduce spending which may include eliminating positions. At Priority One, the President has used these as excuses for terminating some employees. The excuses wrought by the President, the COO, and Human Resources to seal Mrs. Nisely's removal were a poor choice of weapon. If Mrs. Nisely were problematic, lazy, a racist and insubordinate, then why is there no documented history of any of this prior to her termination? And if she were truly ineffective then why did the credit union promote her in 2010 from Assistant Branch Manager to Branch Manager and transfer her from the Valencia branch to the Burbank branch?
Mrs. Nisely was able to file a lawsuit because of the blunders committed by the President, the COO, and the corrupt Human Resources Department. Not only did they all fail to adhere to policy, they inadvertently provided Mrs. Nisely with the ammunition she needed to file a lawsuit in which she alleged that her rights under federal law had been violated. The credit union had an opportunity to document her failures, her violations of policy and her abuses of certain staff members but instead provided her with the tools which allowed her to retaliate.
DERAILED
In life, things sometimes don't pan out as planned. This proved to be the case with COO, Beatrice Walker's plan to replace Mrs. Nisely.
In mid-2010, had to postpone her plans to hire Mrs. Nisely's replacement due to continuing financial losses which at the time, indicated that credit union was going to again end the year deeply immersed in the RED. Due to the development, Ms. Walker was not only unable to hire a new branch manager but she was forced to convert several employee from full-time to part-time status and this could cease payment of medical benefits and contributions made to the company's 401K.
Ms. Walker also placed limits on how many miles business development representatives were allowed to drive in a single month. She not only cut spending but the ability of the team generate new business.
AVP, Sylvia Perez, who had been pivotal in having Mrs. Nisely removed, was informed that because the credit union could not hire a branch manager that she would from hereon serve as both AVP of Region 3 and branch manager of the Burbank office. Mrs. Perez was displeased. Mrs. Perez who is both hyper and intellectually limited, began to complain incessantly to President Wiggington, COO Walker, and AVP Smock, that she needed more personnel at her office and preferably, a full-time branch manager. Evidently, Mrs. Perez couldn't grasp the concept of reduced spending. She threatened that without being provided more personnel, she would be unable to develop new business within the community served by the Burbank branch.
The credit union responded by posting an announcement on the Intranet that it was seeking to hire an Assistant Branch Manager for the Burbank office. Almost immediately, three employees of the now defunct Valencia office submitted their requests vying for the position.
Ms. Walker whose ineptitude is overshadowed by her cruel intentions, informed each applicant that she would be reviewing their qualifications but after several weeks, informed the three that they were all unqualified to serve as assistant branch managers. It's more than a little hypocritical that the woman whose every effort to reverse the problems created by Charles R. Wiggington, Sr. have failed was somehow able to garner the gall to judge anyone as unqualified.
INSANITY
Beatrice Walker seems to suffer from the same wild, unbridled imagination that plagues President Charles R. Wiggington., Sr.
Before her arrival to South Pasadena, rumors spread through the credit union that the President hired a "hatchet woman" to come in an terminate employees. Esmeralda Sandoval, the Human Resources "clerk" took issue with the description that she called employees to her desk an asked if they were using the term "hatchet woman." Of course, every person she spoke to answer "no."
Mrs. Nisely was not the first employee terminated by Ms. Walker using the excuse that their position was being phased out. Before Mrs. Walker had laid-off an in-house auditor, the DMV Specialist, the ATM Specialist and a Member Services clerk*. According to Ms. Walker, the employees were targeted following an in depth analysis of the credit union's operation which determined that the position were unnecessary. We of course doubt she ever conducted any analysis.
*The Member Services clerk was terminated by the President for taking a 6" inch Subway sandwich from a tray intended to be served to employees who were training at the main branch.
The second wave of terminations orchestrated by Ms. Walker with assistance of the President and AVP, Rodger Smock, targeted employees they believed were "the blogger", "the bloggers", "confederates of the blogger", and employees feeding information to this blog via comments. This time, Ms. Walker targeted an AVP, the BSA Specialist, a Marketing Specialist, a Business Development Representative, a Teller Supervisor, and the Receptionist. All, except the Teller Supervisor, were assigned to the South Pasadena branch.
In June 2010, Ms. Walker unveiled her new, revamped, stricter policy governing confidentiality. She ordered that Human Resources "clerk", Esmeralda Sandoval, visit every department in the South Pasadena branch and read the new policy to every employee. After reading it, she was to hand the policy to each employee and order them to stand it and read it to their co-workers. Each time an employee finished reading the policy, the absurd Miss Sandoval would ask, "Do you understand what you read?" How could they not understand?
Ms. Walker’s methodologies like those of the President, are borne out of her undisciplined emotions. Last year, Rodger Smock told her that the Marketing Specialist was leaking confidential information to the Internet. He, of course, in typical Rodger Smock fashion, provided no evidence to support his accusations probably knowing that Ms. Walker is both emotionally fickle and pliable. In response, she began spying on the Marketing Specialist and never discovered anything to support what she'd been told by Mr. Smock. She ordered the Marketing Specialist's computer monitored but failed to find anything to support Mr. Smock's allegations. The Marketing Specialist sat a few feet outside Mr. Smock's office. Ms. Walker would purposely visit Mr. Smock's office several times each day and after concluding one of her many daily meetings, she would linger at the filing cabinets located behind the Marketing Specialist's desk. As she did, she would strain to see what he was viewing on his computer skin that could prove he was divulging confidential credit union to the Internet. It never occurred to the inept COO, that the Marketing Specialist had absolutely no access to confidential information. Ms. Walker proved to be Mr. Smock's mark.
Ms. Walker also orchestrated the termination of the receptionist.The receptionist had previously served as the President's Administrative Assistant. Ms. Walker convinced the President that his assistant was feeding confidential information to the Internet and devised a plan which she promised, would stop the assistant from leaking confidential information that she had no access to. To realize her plan, Rodger Smock was ordered to inform the assistant that she would temporarily be transferred to the reception desk and that the receptionist would temporarily take her place. She was told it was for cross-training purposes. Cross training the President's assistant to work at the reception desk is more than a little ludicrous but that was their plan.
Also, when asked how long she would be cross-training at the reception desk, Mr. Smock replied, "I don't know." The correct answer should have been, "Until we fire you."
A few months later, the receptionist was called to Mr. Smock's office and informed by him and Esmeralda Sandoval that her position was being phased out due to cut-backs. Interestingly, the former receptionist who had been temporarily assigned to serve as the President's assistant, remained employed. Does anyone else detect a conspiracy?
In the weeks before the receptionist was allegedly laid-off, Ms. Walker frequently exclaimed, “I don’t know how long I can keep her [the former assistant]”, “I don’t know how much longer I can defend her”, and “I don’t know what to do. I might have to let her go.” On the day the receptionist was laid-off, Mrs. Walker proclaimed, “The blog is shutting down today.” She was wrong.
DYSFUNCTIONAL
We certainly look forward to see how this newest saga plays out. It certainly is incredible that a once highly respected credit union would find itself embroiled in so much internal and legal conflicts. The intrigue and plots should have no place in any business but at Priority One Credit Union they have become just part of the credit union's new normal. In the end, the President and his pack have transformed Priority One into the Lindsay Lohan of credit unions.
We suggest Mrs. Nisely's attorney contact the former Valencia Branch manager, the former AVP who once worked with the President while the two were employees of Bank of America, the Marketing Specialist, the Policy Writer/Business Development Representative, the Teller Supervisor, the former IT Supervisor, and the last receptionist who had once served as the President's assistant. .And let's not forget the former employee who was sexually harassed by the President. They all possess the knowledge to bring insight into how Charles R. Wiggington, Sr. and Beatrice Walker choose to do business.
Last year, AVP, Sylvia Perez, divulged the names of former employees who she alleged, Beatrice Walker had said would probably file lawsuits against the credit union. Would Ms. Walker's disclosure which were later repeated by Mrs. Perez constitute a violation of the credit union's policy governing confidentiality?
BURBANK
Employees of the Burbank and South Pasadena branches recently reported that business is faring poorly at the Burbank branch. Despite being under management of AVP, Sylvia Perez, who has spent years expounding about her keen and superior business development skills the location is experiencing a sharp decline in business.
The Burbank branch was acquired during a merger with Providence First Credit Union had performed well until Charles R. Wiggington, Sr. became President. In 2009, shortly after being hired, COO, Beatrice Walker, marked the branch for future closure. Her plans changed following her falling out with the Valencia Branch Manager and in an act of vengeance, closed the office in Valencia.
Last year, AVP, Sylvia Perez, spoke to an administrator at Providence St. Joseph Medical Center about allowing the credit union to move it's Burbank branch into a space located in the basement of the hospital. COO, Beatrice Walker actually liked the idea because the hospital represented one of the largest sectors of Priority One's membership in the San Fernando Valley. It would also reduce the cost being spent to lease the current space located at 4000 W. Magnolia Blvd in Burbank, California.
Another reason why Ms. Walker gravitated to the idea of relocating to the hospital is that Providence St. Joseph also operates Tarzan and Holy Cross Medical Centers, both of which are also located in the San Fernando Valley. From a political perspective, it could re-endear her to the Board of Directors who seem to have lost much of their faith in her abilities to help the credit union escape the mire of losses it was pushed into by President Wiggington.
Unfortunately, Ms. Walker's enthusiasm dissipated quickly. The administrators of St. Joseph Medical Center had been enthused about inviting the credit union to relocate to its facility but their efforts to forge an agreement fell apart quickly and the President and Ms. Walker and other officers failed over a period of weeks, to return calls from the hospital's administrators. It apparently never occurred to the credit union that treating the hospital administrators with disrespect could potentially have an adverse effect upon business and it did.
TRUTH VS LIES
In our research, we've often located a large amount of misinformation about the credit union, scattered about the Internet. The information we've located is intentionally published and by no means, the result of errors. It is all clearly intended to enhance Priority One's very public reputation through the use of misrepresentation. It's also evident because of the nature of what has been published, that the disclosures required the authorization of President Wiggington.
- For those people who have been unfortunate enough to be forced to listen to one of the President's tall tales, you know he allegedly lives in a home whose value has been appraised at more than $1 million.
- He also owns a fleet of BMW's which he describes as "collector" quality. One, a black BMW is allegedly valued at more than $100,000.
- For years before being accused of sexual harassment by a former employee, the President boasted about his sexual escapades, his prowess in the bedroom and periodically declared that "fat girls are better in bed."
So we decided to conduct a search to validate some of the President's many declarations and almost immediately, located his home, an image of which is shown below, and whose value is appraised at less than $400,000. There is a vast difference between $400,000 and $1 million. Odd that the President is unaware of this particularly in view of the fact that he often boasts about his expertise in finance. This may be a reason why Priority One is in decline.
His bragging is possibly intended to camouflage his self-loathing and create a persona that is fully fabricated. There is no fleet of collector BMW's, just like there is $1 million house. Though he has periodically proclaimed he got his appointment because he "knew how to play the game and won", the reason Charles R. Wiggington. Sr. was selected was because of skin color, at least according to Directors, O. Glen Saffold, Thomas Gathers and Janice Irving.
Is this what $1 million gets you nowadays? And if you'll carefully, there is one of his "collector" BMW's in the driveway.
If the President were truly innocent, then why does Mrs. Harris-Brooks remind him that credit union policy prohibits unlawful [sexual] harassment (versus what, lawful harassment?).
Mrs. Harris-Brooks is misinformed. Her letter was written in 2008 and the party she alludes to occurred in 2005 which was three years earlier, not "four or five years ago." It would seem Mrs. Harris-Brooks was attempting ever so ineptly to invalidate the severity of the allegations lodged against the President.
It's also interesting that since the credit union was founded in 1926, Charles R. Wiggington, Sr. is the only President to have been accused, suspended and found guilty of sexual harassment.
Following his reinstatement, the President periodically felt impelled to tell people that he was never accused of sexually harassing any employee and was never suspended. The following email, sent by the Senior VP to Chairperson, Harris-Brooks, in 2008, confirms an investigation did in fact, take place. The email was sent to Credit Union Attorney, William Adler, and another associate of the law firm of Styskal, Wiese and Melchione; and carbon-copied to Chairperson, Diedra Harris-Brooks.

Evidently, Charles R. Wiggington, Sr. was in fact investigated by Scott Barer of EXTTI, Inc. This should hopefully bring an end to his story that he's never been accused of sexually harassing an employee.

The amount has to be reduced by the $10 million unpaid balance due on the $20 million loan borrowed from the credit union's line-of-credit in mid-2008. The actual and true amount of their asset worth is $152,511,657. However, if you visit the credit union's website, you will find the following reference on the Career Opportunities page:
So is their asset size $175 million as referenced on the credit union's webpage or $152 million as referenced in the credit union's quarterly financial Performance Report for the quarter ending 3/31/11?

Beatrice Walker's expertise as Priority One's first COO has become overshadowed by her immersion in scandals, addiction to malicious gossip and her well-deserved reputation as a conspirator, opportunist and chronic liar. It's hard to believe that she once earned an MBA while attending the University of La Verne, California.
What has become clear is that before choosing to hire Ms. Walker, the Board failed to perform it's due diligence. If they had, they might not have hired Ms. Walker. In 1999, while employed by Honda Federal Credit Union one of her employees obtained two credit cards in the names of his grandparents and proceeded over the next few months, to charge more than $50,000.
Recently, while standing in the South Pasadena branch's lounge room, COO, Beatrice Walker, and her former friend and confidant, Director of Project Management, Yvonne Boutte, began a discussion concerning a request from the President that Ms. Walker and IT Manager, Randy McBride, purge the credit union's database of old, no longer valid check numbers. Initially, Ms. Walker refused to purge the records after Mr. McBride informed her that he had no idea how to remove the records.
Her actual first day of employment was June 1, 2009, not “Jul 2009”, as referenced below. Interesting that the COO would either not remember her actual first day of employment or more disturbing, why she found it necessary to alter the date.

SEXUAL HARASSMENT
In 2009, we reported that President Wiggington had been accused of sexually harassing a former employee. Following an eight week investigation by EXTTI, Inc., evidence was gathered which proved the allegations were true. What's more, the investigator recommended the President's termination. However, Board Chair, Diedra Harris-Brooks, had not intention of letting evidence impede her rulership over the credit union and she not only led Directors, O. Glen Saffold and Thomas Gathers; and Supervisory Committee Chair, Cornelia Simmons, into voting for the President's reinstatement but she afterwards tried to cover-up the evidence and issued a letter vilifying the victim and accusing her of encouraging sexualized repartee. Unfortunately, her plot became public bringing into light her corrupt character. Here is a copy of the letter Mrs. Harris-Brooks wrote to President Wiggington. The letter was written as part of a ruse to create the impression that she and the board conducted a fair and impartial assessment of the evidence gathered by the detective.

LIES GALORE
On paper, Priority One Credit Union's mission is to "help" members-owners and employees achieve financial fitness. Unfortunately, the credit union which has ended the last three years immersed in the negative is ill-equipped to help any member-owner or employee financially. We invite the President or any of his executive staff to explain how they can help people "win with money" and yet, prove incapable of helping the credit union win with money.
The references to financial fitness and win with money were composed by Training and Education Manager, Robert West. Actually, they were plagiarized. The aspiring writer lacks the imagination to coin new terms. Mr. West also "composed" the new mission statement while ignoring the fact that just a few months earlier, President Wiggington implemented a wage freeze that remains in place to this day. The claims that Priority One is somehow different than any other credit union is just empty, vacuous, insincere verbiage intended to dupe readers.
So where is the proof that Priority One is capable of assuring financial fitness? According to the NCUA, at the end of March 31, 2011, Priority One’s Financial Performance Report (“FPR”), their asset size was:

According to CorporationWiki, Mr. Saffold is a Vice President at Priority One Credit Union while Mr. Gathers is it's Treasurer. This is completely untrue. Mr. Saffold and Mr. Thomas are volunteer Directors. They are not employed by the credit union. In fact, Mr. Saffold is a postal carrier. Could it be that Charles R. Wiggington, Sr. allowed the erroneous information
to be purposely published to embellish Mr. Saffold’s professional title?
The credit union also does not employ a Treasurer though the Board of Directors has a Treasurer. Mr. Gathers like Mr. Saffold holds a voluntary position on the Board.

In 2009, during one of the credit union's all-staff meetings, Ms. Walker stood before employee and lied, accusing some unnamed group of employees of spreading rumors that she embezzled money while employed by Honda Federal Credit Union ("Honda"). No rumors had ever occurred. Standing at the podium, she feigned tears and said two executives from Honda would be answering questions regarding the rumors. No representatives from Honda ever appeared.
In Appendix A of the NCUA's docket, excerpts of which are shown below, Beatrice Walker told the NCUA that she never authorized her temporary employee "to open an account for any one who was not a credit union member, not assisted him by filing an applicant's employee identification number or mailing account application forms to anyone on his behalf." She admitted that Honda's records indicate she approved a request to increase the credit care limits on one of the two fraudulently obtained credit cards. So did she mistakenly sign the documentation which increased the credit card limit? If so, she was negligent and inadvertent caused the credit union immense losses.
As shown above, Ms. Walker denies knowledge of the incident and having approved "to increase the credit line limit" even though Honda's records prove that she approved the increase. Though the NCUA found that the temporary employee committed fraud, nowhere in the NCUA's docket do they exonerate Ms. Walker and it appears she did in fact approve an increase in limits from $5000 to $10,000 on one of the cards. On a side note, the temporary employee mistakenly referred to Ms. Walker as "Bea Arthur."
On page five (5), Factual Findings and Conclusions of the Law, 5, the NCUA concludes that the temporary employee ("Respondent") "obtained supervisory approval to increase the credit limit on one VISA credit card from $5000 to $10,000." Ms. Walker may have attempted a stunt to hide her past, but the NCUA's docket confirms that Ms. Walker was indeed irresponsible when she authorized an increase of the credit limit one one of the credit cards. The incident caused Honda to lose monetary losses in the amount of $48,729 plus $13,000 in interest. Here is the conclusion of the NCUA's findings;
On June 2, 2009, AVP, Rodger Smock poured out accolades about Ms. Walker's expertise in the credit union industry but to date, her so-called streams of income, products and services have either failed or fared poorly. Priority Pay, Skip-a-Pay and her Call Center have proven a bust.

Recently, while standing in the South Pasadena branch's lounge room, COO, Beatrice Walker, and her former friend and confidant, Director of Project Management, Yvonne Boutte, began a discussion concerning a request from the President that Ms. Walker and IT Manager, Randy McBride, purge the credit union's database of old, no longer valid check numbers. Initially, Ms. Walker refused to purge the records after Mr. McBride informed her that he had no idea how to remove the records.
So without conferring with Ms. Walker, the President delegated the task to Mrs. Boutte, instructing that her staff in Credit Resolutions, manually remove all the records. Ms. Walker became incensed, demanding that Ms. Boutte explain why her department was asked to perform the purge. Mrs. Boutte grew angry and raising her voice, told her that her department had been asked to remove the records because Mr. McBride lacked the competency to do so.
Ms. Walker returned to her office, humiliated that Mrs. Boutte had yelled at her in front of employees sitting in the lounge room. She called Mr. McBride who admitted he knew of a program that could remove the old check numbers from the credit union's database without resorting to tedious manual removal of the records.
Historically, Beatrice Walker is vindictive. Angry with Mrs. Boutte she contacted AVP, Rodger Smock, and informed him that she didn't think the credit union needed VISA Supervisor. The VISA Supervisor is one of Mrs. Boutte's staff members. Ms. Walker added that she had been in receipt of numerous complaints from members and employees citing the VISA Supervisor's often haughty and condescending attitude.
So how did such a troubled officer find her way to the credit union? We know Ms. Walker was a friend of the President's before she got hired, though in 2009, she stood before employees during a quarterly all-staff meeting and insisted she never met the President prior to June 1, 2009, the date she started working at the credit union. Her statement was untrue. Here is some of what we discovered about Ms. Walker:

Her actual first day of employment was June 1, 2009, not “Jul 2009”, as referenced below. Interesting that the COO would either not remember her actual first day of employment or more disturbing, why she found it necessary to alter the date.
Ms. Walker's biography is incomplete. Before her arrival at Priority One, she was employed by the U.S. Postal Federal Credit Union,Honda Federal Credit Union,.Universal City Studios Credit Union, Airco Federal Credit Union, Electricore, Inc. Why didn't she include these her history of employment? The answer is simple. She was intentionally hiding her past work history. While employed by Airco, she was blamed for losses of money due to poor business decisions. She was terminated from Universal City Studios Credit Union because the President disliked her mode of doing business and she proved herself a caustic and divisive influence. She left Electricore without providing the customary two-week resignation notice.
Apparently, the credit union's irresponsible and ignorant Board didn't conduct what should have been a mandatory background check on Ms. Walker.
Ms. Walker brought her methodologies and baggage to Priority One Credit Union. In late 2009, she grew frustrated and angry with former CFO, Manny Gaitmaitan, for his refusal to alter financial reporting. She and the President ostracized Mr. Gaitmaitan until he resigned. One month following Mr. Gaitmaitan's departure, the credit union reported profits for the month of January 2010 even though the credit union ended 2009 more than $5 million in the negative; and despite the fact January is financially, one of the slowest months of the year. By March 2010, it was revealed that she and the President had transferred monies from one of the credit union's general ledgers and fraudulently reported these as profit when no profit was actually generated.
Ms. Walker like her mentor, the President, is incapable of conducting herself ethically. She suffers from the same need to create superficial impressions and has shown, time and time again, that she doesn't possess the talent needed to create new business, reverse the effects caused by the President's blunders, or forge a cohesive working environment. It's just not who Beatrice Walker is.

The story Esmerala tells is that one day while her boyfriend was driving his car, they were struck by another car, driven by a White girl. Esmeralda's sister and daughter were in the car, which makes it understandable why she was mad. I've been following hte blog on and off or more than a year. First there was all the information that was supposedly taking place inside the credit union then last year, whollap, the evidence. Now a lawsuit. No matter how this turns out, the president and coo's reputations are sealed and so is the credit union. People who know what's going on will always associate the credit union with Wiggington and Walker and that board.
That's a good picture of Bea because she sure doesn't look like that. She looks like a bran muffin with hair. And Wiggington doesn't look like that anymore. How old is that picture. When I saw him last week he looks like he weighs 140 lbs. The pic you put up is an old one because he looks terrible. Come by to South Pasadena and you'll see its true. And you didn't put a pic of Rodger. He's getting so fat. Its probably all those choclates he eats during meetings.
So Bea did lie to the ncua. I don't get that. She should have known they would find she approved raising the limits on the card. I know that when she was at Universal City Studios Credit Union the president didn't like how she did business and sent her on her way. No doubt this woman lies about things and people and herself. If you are a member trying to call in, you either have to wait a long time before they answer or you get someone who rushes you off the phone plus your problems don't get fixed. I neve thought about it but Linda did get fired after Walker showed up along with a lot of other long time employees. P1 is probably trying to get employees to testify for them or should I say lie for them? I know in the past they promised raises and promotions if people would do "special" things for them but the employees never got what they were promised. Linda used to be the assistant branch manager in Valencia for a long time. The company thought she was good enough to promote so they bumped her up to branch manager at Burbank and gave her a raise. Obviously she was good enough to promote at least until OLD Bea showed up and gave her the boot. So what happened? Bea’s what happened. Walker ought to walk into HR and fire herself. That woman is disgusting and everything she touches turns to poison.

Charles is really embarrassing! He walks around and tells everybody about all his medic al issues and procedures (sparing no details). The employees have to edure listening to him talk about his enlarged prostate, analexams, urinating problems and much more. I believe that in no other company employees have to endure that, not even in sweat shops. He interviews the Risk job candidates for hours probably telling them all about his medical issues. He interviewed Yvonne Boutte’s friend for atleast 6 hours.

If you look at the annnual report Cornelia Simmons wrote that the "principle" function of the supervisory committee is to ensure the credit union is adhering to state & federal laws. I don't understand how the cu is doing that if Wigg sexually harassed an employee, took a member's car illegally, and now are being sued for discrimination. Maybe Cornelia can provide more information showing everyone how the supervisory committee is doing its job and why she thinks the Board is doing their job.

The thing Linda's lawsuit does is open the door so people can hear how priority one does business and the dirt they do to employees. Wiggington and Smock fired a lot of people using lies. During the trial she can finally let the world now goes on in that horrible place and show how Diedra and Cornelia knew and covered it up. You are right. A lot of employees were offered bullshit severance packages that hardly paid anything even after they worked there for years and years. Sonny the ex-auditor called Wigg and asked for more money but that overpaid idiot, Rodger Smock, kept saying, "we can't pay more. Our policy says we can only pay 1 week for each year of service." Hey Smock, how about 1 year of pay for each year of abuse, you fat overpaid moron? You know when Wigg and Bea leave their going to take a shit load of money with them. And you're right again, the severance agreements had language that said employees could not sue or say anything negative about the cu or the money would be taken back. And the cu did threatened some employees BEFORE and AFTER they left. After they left the cu, some employees who signed the severance agreements got letters from the cu's attorney accusing them of making negative remarks about the cu and threatening to take back the money. I don't know why Priority 1 did that since their reputation is well-known all over the industry and Wigg can never hide the fact he was accused of sexual harassment or that he talks about his genetils at work or that Bea slandered a lot of employees and it seems like she had something for at least 1 manager. Maybe that's why Yvonne pulled away from her.
P1 dont have to worry about any former employees making negative remarks against its employees,nor management...their doing... ooh excuse me THEY HAVE DONE an excellent job at distroying themselves and the integrity P1 once had under the management of Wm.Harris. Im sure former employees are sitting back with popcorn in hand just waiting for the shit to finally hit the fan!!!

Wiggington did almost the same thing a few years ago. He tried to put his arms around a female employee and she told him to leave her alone. Sissy boy got pissed and ran to Rodger and wanted her written up but even old Rodger Smock couldn't do that because its not against policy for an employee to tell someone to stop touching her. Guess he didn't know that sexual harassment IS against policy. Go figure.
Why are they so worried about what ex-employees are going to say unless what they have to say is true. I bet there's not one ex-employee who misses P1 or has anything nice to say about the place. Weird thing is things just keeping getting worse and you can't help but look waiting what else they're going to do.
They wouldn't be offering severance packages and threatening ex-employees not to say anything unless they had a lot to hide. Remember last year in June when they made employees sign the NEW confidentiality agreement which said any body would be fired if they posted anything negative about the credit union on a social website. If Esmeralda of all people could understand the new policy then so could the dumbest person on earth. I am impressed you have us all guessing to see if we can figure out who you are. I wanted to tell you I have notice that Yvonne (she is something else) is hanging out now more with Patti. She has left Beas side. It might be because she knows they are trying to let go of Patti and is trying to get as much information from her as possible to use it in her favor or a spy for Bea. Anything is possible she is in every department. Why? Who knows. She believes she rules POCU and for the looks of it I would agree. They were thinking of letting Patti go but ended up leaving her after all. But she has been stepping in some toes lately and she might get herself fired because those toes have “connections”.

As for “member services” what member services at S.Pasadena. If you walk by it is always filled with those empty ugly desks. No one is ever available but just take a stroll by the call center and they are either chatting with themselves or on youtube. Why do computers get viruses? Gema is at Alhambra park with her close friend and policy breaker, Georgina Duenas. You can see them their gossiping away at lunch time, but then again you can hear Gema gossiping all over South Pasadena 24/7. I guess that also goes for Bea Walker, Charles Wiggington, and Madame Smock. Poor Patti. She's smart. She knows a lot. She just has that sucky personality, doesn't like sharing information, and talks down to people. Hey did I just describe Bea Walker? As for Yvonne, she's become queen of the CU. I don't think she's friends with Bea because she says bad things about Bea and that little fight in the lounge room kind a showed that she doesn't respect the stupid COO. If she's spying for anyone its herself. She unlike Walker, Wigg, Smock, Esmeralda, West, Sylvia, Lynnette, does have a brain. She's got the sneakiness of all of them with a mind though their more dangerous because the others are like children with guns.
Yvonne didn’t work herself to the top, she worked everyone around her to get to the top. She was buddies with Bea and got promoted but she learned to dislike Joseph. Notice how they don't talk? She thinks he's an idiot... which he is and said he has a bad temper. She also didn't like people saying she and Bea were lesbians probably because they tied her in romantically with Bea (instead of some other woman).
I agree, she's been hanging around and having lunch with Patti Loiacano get information.
And Wigg does have a family and they probably do love him but do you know how often I’ve heard him say horrible things about his wife, son and step-daughters. What’s really sad is that his sickness is probably related to what he did to all those people. The people he screwed over hand families who loved them too. It is sad and he is stupid.
And Marta is a hard worker and People like and trust her but part of that is because if you ever deal with Randy, he is useless and smug. Ali probably does know he’s too smart for Priority One. He probably knows more than a lot of people and takes as many breaks as Georgina used to before she got exposed. I didn’t know about the clocking in from home. That’s a good example of how Priority One, well HR, lets some employees get away with fraud.
For years, Gema never took calls that came to her desk. When her phone rang she would send them to voice mail and not call them back….ever. After the cut-backs, she started sending member services staff to work the call center and to also work as tellers. That left member services nice and empty. Joseph was brought over for a while but he didn’t do shit except order that members not be allowed to use the public bathrooms. The Call Center is Bea’s f-up. The woman didn’t plan it out carefully. She also wasted more cu money where there were better, cheaper ways to build a call center. The staff there are bored. They have more calls then then can handle so what do they do, they end up spending hours talking, joking, gossiping, and playing on the internet. When Joseph was there he answered calls but if you listened, he gave out a lot of wrong information. Have you ever heard how Gema calls Bea Miss Walker? And she has said “I agree with anything Miss Walker says. She’s the boss” and laughs. Gema has to kiss ass otherwise where would she go and who would hire her?
Poor Patti? I do not think so. was she the one that the staff went to about her ex boss signing loan doct's for the members and she did nothing? Patti plays the game well, she just doe not talk about it. Patti does things that are against cu rules and gets away with it because her lips are always kissing the right ass at the rigth time.

That’s the way Wigg, Bea and HR do business. Its all about do as I say not as I do. They think policy and rules don’t apply to them. Not that long ago, Georgina and Gema used to take 40 minute breaks and didn’t care what anybody thought. The policy says you’re not to leave the property at break times but Georgina would get in her car and drive down to Target in Alhambra. Three times, she left the credit union before the end of her shift without telling anyone. Another time, Gema ordered a teller not to put a hold on a check Georgina deposited. The check was issued by another bank and the check bounced. That time they were taken to HR because someone complained to Wiggington, but Smock covered for them. Georgina and Gema used to have their co-workers in the loan and member services department clock them in when they took more than 1 hour for lunch. Employees complained and they even wrote to Rodger Smock but he didn’t do a thing even though the employee handbook says that clocking another person in is fraud and can get you fired. They’re both still there. And yes, Ileana was put on check and Jason and Crystal suspended for doing what Georgina and Gema have done, but HR at P1 does what it wants with policy. If they didn’t, Wigg would be fired for sexual harassment, Bea and Sylvia would have been canned for breaking confidentiality, and Rodger would have been fired for not upholding policy. Its one of the worst environments you can work in.

You can feel as sorry for Patti Loiacano as you can for Wigg, Bea, or Smock. Through the years she did more than her share of backstabbing and bad mouthing staff. She broke the rules along with the worst of them. That incident you wrote about is true.
It happened in 2006. At the time, the loan mgr, Aaron Cavazos, was told by George, the DMV specialist, that the loan there were more than 60 power of attorney forms which the loan department forgot to ask members to sign. Without the signed form, P1 couldn't add its name as lienholder on the vehicles they financed. Aaron went to Wigg and they decided to pull all the forms and have Anwar, who was a temp, sign the member names even though that's fraud. The reason they did it that way was because there was limited time and the DMV would charge penalties if the forms were not submitted within 30 days after the auto loan had been funded. So instead of asking members to come in and sign the forms or mailing the forms to member homes, Aaron told Anwar to sign them. Wigg knew this but they all agreed to keep it hush so Mr Harris wouldn't find out.
One of the loan processors went to Patti and told her it was fraud but Patti who was the ASSISTANT LOAN MGR at the time said she couldn't do anything because the order came from her boss, the Loan Manager. A lot of employees knew about this including the consumer loan staff, some people in member services and business development. It wasn't a secret.
Do you know what Patti does now days at P1? She's the Compliance Officer. Ain't that a hoot. Fraud is illegal but at P1 its one of their business tools.

Patti L. not doing the right thing. That's just not possible. I mean she seems so honest. Patti is cut from the same piece of mid that the others are and she does the same thing, covering up each other. Wonderful thing is that this group of BIG losers expect employees to obey the rules or else they write them up, suspend them or fire them. You can chalk her right up with Gema, Smock, Wigg, Bea, Sylvia and West.
When they fired Linda Nisely, Walker used some of her old tactics that's she's at other companies but this time someone filed a lawsuit. Because Wigg and Walker rely on making up stories to fire people, they now have to gather evidence to fight Linda and create a case against her, which means they want to get any past and present employees to say negative things about Linda. They better becareful because Linda's lawyer will get a chance to cross-examine and if the witnesses are lying or not saying the whole truth, it'll come out.
They can try and get people like the ex-AVP and ex-CFO to say something that'll show Linda was no good as a manager but none of them worked with her in Burbank. And the cu is going to have to prove she wasn't fired because she was old but because she was bad but that means explaining why they promoted her from assistant branch mgr in Valencia to Branch mgr in Burbank, where she worked for a few years. Wiggington wants to pull out a mistake she made with some auto loans she approved but he better becareful because he didn't fire her for that plus his mistakes could be brought to the surface and it could be shown that he deals with every employee differently. Wigg and Walker better damned make sure they have their game face on because this time their lies will become public record.

Remember what happen to ALAN SANTOS the IT department manager?...he was blamed for all those social security numbers being printed on the face of the Board of Director's election ballots several years ago,and who were to blame was that infamous "MARKETING COMITTEE"
who were responsible for proofing, all Alan did was forward the member file to the attorney's who tally up the ballots. Im sure that file had a "GREENLIGHT" ready send when it got to Alan's desk.
I forgot about what Wigg did to Alan. Alan prepared the file and
the marketing committee (made up of clowns like Gema and Georgina) AND Wiggingting were supposed to check the informaton just to verify everything was correct.
Wiggington told Alan just to mail the disk to the printer. That was the extent of Alan's involvement in the case. The printer should have used common sense and asked what those numbers were and instead went ahead and printed the social and acccount numbers on the outside of the envelopes.
Funny thing, no body would have known about the mistake but someone at the Valencia branch where Dane was manager, noticed the numbers on the envelope they got and realizaed it was their social security and account number. They called Wiggington and Wiggington told the board. The board got mad and demanded someone's head. The bottom line is big mouth, Charles R Wiggington failed to carry out due diligence. He told the board the mistake was made by Alan. The board told him to fire Alan immediately but Wiggington convinced them to let him suspend him instead. Wiggington told Alan he saved his job and suspended him but when Alan got back from suspension, he was told what actually had happened and how Wiggington used him as a scapegoat. He went out and found another job and went to work where there are no Wiggingtons.
Of course Wigglenuts and Bea are going to lie in court. Thats a given. Wiggington lies about his house, his money, his education, his accomplishments, about sex, about his penis, about how attractive he is, about the cu's income, about how great business is doing. Bea lies about her abilities, about staff, about her superior abilities the only thing she's never said is she's pretty. They're liars thru and thru. Not to mention what he did to Alan, how he stole a car, sexually harassd an employee and about how he and the loan mgr approved forging member names on those power of attorney forms. Not that a business should cover up wrong doing but they should react proactively when problems occur. That incident with the ballots could have been resolved in-house without ever becoming public.
The problem is that AFTER Wiggington was told about the numbers, he went first, to employees, and then to the board and told them what happened. The employees started telling members and that's when members became aware and began calling and writing to complain. If Wiggington had used common sense and acted professionally he could have difused the entire situation and resolved it in-house. Because of his big mouth, the company spent $100,000 on the service offered by Equifax to monitor member accounts for FREE (to members) for one-year. If any of Wiggington's staff were knowledgeable, they would have counseled him wisely because evidently the man is a donkey. Like its a surprise that neither Smock or West gave him sound advice. By the way, this blog doesn't even know the real amount of losses the credit union has incurred because of what Wiggington, Smock, and Walker, have done.
Bea called Amber to ask where she's going to work. Amber told her at Santa Clarita Bank. Bea is pissed because thats where Suzanna works. Now she thinks Suzanne took Amber away. Guess it never occurred to Bea that maybe having Amber drive from Santa Clarita to Burbank everyday plus the bad work environment and no raise for years, could have been reasons why she decided to find a new job. Plus Bea turned Amber down for the assistant branch manager job when Amber knows more about operations then Bea. Amber said this is the first time she spoke to Bea in a long time. She said she tried calling Bea for weeks but Bea never returned her calls. Bea is known by everyone not to return calls or respond to emails. Here's some free advice for anyone who wants to call or write to Bea. Don't because the bitch doesn't reply.

I don't know why no body on this blog ever says the name of the employee who they say stole the money from the Los Angeles branch. Why beat around the bush? The person supposedly stealing the money was Jenee Martin! That's J-e-n-e-e M-a-r-t-i-n. The auditors came to the LA branch and pulled records for weeks and weeks. Lynnette was sweating bullets. They sat in the back office which is supposed to be Lynnett'e office and went through so much documens.
The auditor who did the search was Terry Nabors. That's T-e-r-ry N-a-b-o-r-s and he works for Turner, Warren, Hwang & Conrad the same company that counts the ballots and audits the cu's records. Jenee should have been booked and sent to court and reported to CUNA but Wiggington and Beatrice Walker didn't want to bring any more negative attention to P1 but they report employees who write 1 or 2 bad checks to CUNA so they can't work again in the cu industry & they let Jenee make out with almost $60,000 (not $53,000). She doesn't get reported to CUNA so if she wants, she can get a job in the cu industry again. That's great!! They let Georgina write a bad check but protect her instead of firing her like they did other employees. They let Gema remove a hold from Georgina's check and not only does Gema not get suspended or fired, she gets promoted to avp. Wonderful. Wiggington let JENEE get away with the money. Then again those papers you put on the blog show Bea Walker approved raising the limit on that credit card and gave that employee the chance to steal more money. Peneteniary 1 is right!!!!!!

She made out with that much money and didn't get prosecuted or referred to CUNA. Maybe P1 is helping some people "win with money."

Priority One, a place where you can start your Career CON artist. Genevieve, she didn't bounce checks, her husband did and she would pay them every morning. It happened all too often and she wouldn't charge him. She reversed all her fees and get away with it EVERY morning. Who knows how long this went on for. I'm sure it wasn't a secret because she's still there. This place is a place where small time crooks get started and get away with STEALING and still get a pay check. Gema really surprises me, I use to think that she was tough but she let so many things happen, I suppose as long as you kiss ass, she'll like you. What kind of Manager does that? But then again I never knew her it was all a facade.

Where to you get your information? You are 100% right on a lot of this stuff. You are right about Providence. The hospital sent the credit union a letter telling them they are going to open their own credit union and so Priority One will not be getting the space they wanted at the hospital on Buena Vista. They also told the company that they didn’t respond to requests. Now Priority One doesn’t know what to do because they are spending too much for renting the Burbank branch. Wiggington and Bea want to find a place like a post office where they can open a branch like they have at Los Angeles, Van Nuys, Airport, the NLDC, and what they hope they will have at Santa Clarita. They pay about $1 a year for any office that’s located at a post office so that would save a lot of money but if they were getting new business, paying the rent for Burbank wouldn’t be a problem. They’re sinking because no business and too many overpaid executives who don't do a thing. Thanks to Wigg and Bea and Smock, who knows less about getting new business than he does about human resources, everything they try fails.
Georgina opened an account at another bank and borrowed money. She went ahead an deposited the check at her P1 account but because it was from another institution there was supposed to be a hold on it. She asked her buddy Gema the branch manager not to put the hold so she could get cash right away. Gema didn't put the hold and the check bounced. Wiggington found out and was mad and told Dane who was Gema's supervisor to call her in. Later, Gema and Georgina went to see Rodger in HR with Aaron who was Georgina's supervisor. They told Rodger (wink, wink) that they would come back later that day with a complete explanation why a hold was not placed. Aaron, Georgina and Gema went into the conference room and spent 4 hours making up a story. When they were finished they went back to Rodger and none of them got suspended or fired. Its just the way Wiggington does business. Its all based on favoritism never policy thanks in great part to Rodger Schmuck. If you go back to the files, Georgina deposited the check on 8/10/07 for $1175.00. On 8/17/07 the check bounced leaving her a negative $1160.45. Wiggington let her re-deposit the check on 8/20/07 but this time it cleared. Through the years, Wiggington fired a lot of people for backing out their own fees and bouncing checks and reported some to CUNA but not with these two.

They got rid of Linda Nisley because supposed they didn't need her but didn't they do the exact same thung with Theresa the BSA Specialist when Miss Rodger called and told her that the BSA post was being eliminated. First he offered her less hours and then he told her she could accept a severance package or apply for a position at another branch though there was no guarantee she would get it. She accepted the severance package and within a few days, Bea Waler hired a temporary person to take her place and assistant Compliance AVP, Patti Loiacano. So you have experienced Theresa, who members loved and employees liked, and who had hands-on experience and who worked hard, but you remove her because her job is being eliminated and then hire a temp employee who worked 8 hours a day, to take her place and assist Patti L. It was more of the same Walker/Wigg bullshit. They were pissed becuase Theresa had the ballst to suggest that management temporarily reduce their salaries until the cu was back on its feet again, but Wigg, Smock, and Walker, all who get paid more than $100,000 a year got pissed and first they alienated Theresa, then they moved her desk behind a wall in the member service storage area, and finally they got rid of her. Linda's lawyer should call her becauswe she'd make a great witness along with the old Director of Marketing, the Policy Writer, the Marketing Specialist and a lot more.
I remember a few years ago in South Pasadena how some of us got in big trouble with Wiggington and got pulled into his office because
we called the police because a member left a baby by itself in a locked car. The baby was crying and members came up the reception area and member service and reported it. We went to Patti L and Gema and one of them told the member to go and get the baby but the member acted like it was nothing and said she would go down and take care of it in a few minutes. The member then sat down in the loan departmen to socialize with one of the processors. We were so worried we went to Mr. West. He told us to call the police. The firemen and police came down and they got the baby out of the car and arrested the member. Wiggington was out that day but when he came back to work the next day, he blew up and called us in individually and threatened to fire us if we ever did something like that again. All of a sudden he twisted it so it wasn't about helping a helpless baby but we were the ones that did wrong by calling the police. He kept saying "poor member", "poor Yolanda", that was the member's name. He said that over and over. After threatening each of us, I checked with the police to ask if we did something wrong but they said it is against the law NOT to report a crime. During my meeting Wiggington said it would have been okay to call the police if the member had parked her car outside the cu property. To this day that makes no sense. Wiggington threatened to write us up and fire us. What was worse, after the meetings I heard he went around the office and horrible things about each of us behind our backs. No one came to help us. Not Rodger who is HR who should have told Wiggington that he was wrong or Mr West, who told us to call the police. They abandoned us. After that I always thought there was something mentally wrong with Wiggington.
When thet incidnt happened you could hear Wiggington yelling. He told Rodger to shut the f...up. Yes he did. Scared Rodger went to Aaron and told him to go and try to calm Wiggington down. Charles got pissed again when they told him Patty Lopez was talking about what happened with the baby but everyone was talking about it. He was walking to the old collctin department yelling at Aaron saying "I want Patty bought to my office right now. I am sick of her gossiping. I'll fire her if I have too." He was so out of control even if calling the police was the right thing to do. Plus he had a lot a nerve saying calling anyone else a gossiper when he's the biggest gossip at the credit unin. And Mr West hid in his office and never told Wiggington that it was him who said to go ahead and call the police.
I remember that. He had Patty, Suzanna, Gema and others called in. He was so angry but for no reason. He should have been thanking his people for saving a baby instead to threatening them.
Does anyone know why Linda is suing? I know the cu attorney has subpeoened people like Manny, but Manny never worked with Linda. I don't even think he knew her. I agree Bea said Linda wasn't going out to get business but Lynnette Fortson and Gema Pleitez never leave the branch to go out and get business and they got promoted to AVP. This blog I think was to show everyone how Wigg and the board have been so out in left field, to show the wrong done by Wigg, managent team and the board, which has come to light, all those ulgy things have come out, and when you hurt someone it comes back to bit you in the ass. As you can see they all look like hell.
I just went back and looked at the first posts and they warned what would happen if they didn't stop Wiggington's abuses and so much turned to be right on. Congratulations for showing them for what they are though instead of trying to make things better they made them worse. Wiggington, Walker and Smock have yet to do any 1 thing to make business grow and all the abuses reported on here show some employees can get away with breaking the law as long as management likes them.
p.s. I think that incident about the stolen $53,000-$60,000 should be reported to the media. Its so serious. Has anyone tried doing that?

That's not unusual at P1. When Bea brought in Randy McBride she let him come in when he wanted, leave early, he was allowed to work from home, and in his first 6 months tooks several weeks of vacation. She put him over IT which means he should at least know his job. When Tsui was there, she used to complain to Rodger why Tsui was not at his desk at 9 a.m. Obviously she forgot the man used to work late into the evenings, often until 7 or 8 or later and whenever they had to do a converstion or put in a new program, he and his staff would work all weekend long, something Randy, Bea Walker and Wiggington have never done and will never do. Plus Tsui was there often at 7 a.m. and working more than 10 and 11 hours a day. Randy doesn't know how his job soo Bea spent more cu money they supposedly don't have and hired Osama "Ali". Guess Randy's degree in sociology is no good for IT. Beatrice is two-faced bending the rules, letting some employees like Randy, get away with violating policy while having others docked and written up for coming in a couple of minutes late or leaving the credit union during breaks. She needs to acquaint herself with the definition of discrimination.
Before Osama got hired, you'd call Randy and tell him you were having trouble signing on and it would take him 30 to 60 minutes to fix the problem. In the old days, Tsui, Ileana and Marta would get it fixed in 5 minutes. Is this what $100,000 a year gets you?
Bea is plan old stupid. Remodeling to bring in new business failed. Hiring Randy and backstabbing Tsui didn't help either and they had to hire Osama to help Randy do what he should already know. All her products fail or suck and still they keep her as Coo, no wonder she's gone from company to company. I wonder how many places she got fired from or how many she quit when she knew they were going to can her?
Bea already ordered phoney emails to help the credit union with their legal case. Watch out because this woman will do anything not to be exposed.

Why wouldn't Bea make up phoney evidence, that's what she did when she got rid of people and even before that, Wiggington used lies to get rid of employees. Rodger knew they were lies but he allowed it and complaints that were filed in HR were never investigated by Rodger. Thats why their so desperate to get their witnesses together against Linda, even using people who never worked with her. Hopefully her attorney is qualified and able to break through the lies. Since P1 depends so much on lies, it'll be so important that they force the cu to provide evidence versus heresay.
Unfortunately, we all know P1 wasted lots and lots of money on decorating, failed products, the call center and their wasting money every time they hand Wigg, Rodger, and Bea a paycheck. But the cu can lay people off if they believe it will save money or if the position is not needed or if it will improve business, even if the reasons are as phoney as the story Wigg owns an expensive house. Discrimination based on age or wrongful termination harassment under federal law, now those are illegal and it will be great to hear how a cu that needed to cut back expenses decided they had more than enough money to waste on unnecessary things like new carpets, window treatments and umbrellas.

Wiggington told the executives he is going to raise fees members pay and Beatrice and him planning on charging $5 per transction for any member that doesn't use MILLIE to transfer funds. I worked at P1 for years and still keep in contact with some of the people. I worked there when Mr Harris was president and after Wiggington took over. Before Mr Wiggington became President, he was always in Mr Harris office talking about business and he was so polite to Mr Harris but right after it was announced he was going to be president, he started ignoring Mr Harris and bad mouthing him. I don’t know if Mr Harris ever knew, but that’s who Wiggington really is. I remember they hired this really nice guy who was really professional to be branch manager at Van Nuys because Sylvia who had been the branch manager was promoted to AVP and was being moved to Burbank. He was experienced with banking procedure and he discovered right after he got hired that Sylvia’s people didn’t count cash, they counted bundles of cash and they didn’t perform close out procedures according to state law. He tried to teach them to do it right but they complained to Sylvia. Sylvia got mad because it showed that in all the years she ran Burbank she never taught her staff correct banking procedures. Sylvia got complaints from Lillian and Neelam, who was then the assistant branch manager, and she made up stories and got David fired. Rodger knew that they were lies but he went along with it. About 2 years later, Neelam the assistant branch manager approved some loans that we bad without doing the proper credit check. When Wiggington discovered it he should have fired her but instead he took away her title but kept her. He fired this temp employee named Anwar instead and blamed him for the bad loans even though he was a temp employee. Neelam still works out of Van Nuys and she makes so many mistakes but because Sylvia is the AVP and her friend, she keeps her. Sylvia also made up lies about Carol who used to work in business development and again, Rodger knew they were lies but he let Sylvia and Wiggington fire her because Wiggington didn’t like her. Wiggington also got rid of the marketing Director. When she was there the credit union got so many awards but since she left they don’t even have a marketing department. He is a horrible person who has never had a problem using lies to get people out. Sylvia who says she’s a Christian but is not, is the exact same way. She is 100% evil and has so many problems with her husband and daughter, maybe that why she talks about everyone behind their backs. Smock is exactly what you see, a coward and a liar. Well old Bea is up to no good again. She claims she "forgot" to order business cards for Yvonne and Suzanne. Coincidence? Don't think so. She's been mad at Yvonne for a long time. Guess she got mad when Yvonne ended their friendship but then again she got mad when the Valencia branch manager ended thatfriendship and then went after her like a shark after a fish. When you go to complain to Smock, he NEVER writes down the complaint. He has said, "I keep it all in my head." At 64+ years old, he DOESN'T remember EVERYTHING he is told. That's just life. He's not present when Wigg or Bea say things but he knows for a fact that its the employee who misunderstood. So many people think P! is closed down. Over the years they closed Marina Del Rey, Worldway, Valencia, and Redlands, why would any one would think they're still operating? And now I get a letter asking me to come in and fill out some forms when I filled out the forms and mailed them in. I called and a representative tells me she can't help me fill out a youth account application because she's not familiar with it. First, every employee should know what forms are used and how they're completed. Then why do they have these people answering phones supposedly to help members when they don't know what to do? It makes no sense. I wish Mr Harris was still the president because service was great.
They're going to be getting rid of debit card per Bea's order. Problem is that there are a lot of members who only qualify for a savings account and they only have a debit card. Under Bea's new rule, members will have to open a checking account and pass the chexsystems, if they don't they will no longer get a debit card. Did it occur to Beatrice that they're going to lose even more members. They aren't even making the amount of new business they need per month but she's willing to lose more members plus she ordered cubicles because she's re-doing the area oustide of Smock and Esme's offices.
Theresa was just as qualified as Patty. Actually better qualified. Patty is qualified because everybody knows she is Miss Know It All. I don't know why Yvonne needs her! Patty just needs a friend. Yvonne probably never gets exceptions. That's why she needs her it just dawned on me.
Theresa was great. She was the best FSR they had. Members loved her because she went the extra mile to help everyone and she knew her job, was never pretentious and unlike Patti, never kept information to herself. I'll give it to Patti, she knows loans but her personality is one of the worst. Yvonne is no dummy though she is a big manipulator and opportunist like Bea Walker, but unlike Bea she has a real functioning brain and isn't stuck on "revenge" like the COO. She probably gets whatever info she needs out of Patti because lets face it, what could Bea offer anyone. They should have kept Theresa and booted outed Bea, Wigg, Smock, and West. They could have kept Yvonne but on a tight leash and Patti should never have authority. Years ago she was the loan manager and Wigg who was the operations officer didn't like her attitude and had her demoted to assistant manager.

I agree, Saeid Raad, is the one along with Bea Walker who has made the decisions about closing branches and he is the one responsible for their stinking rates. At P1, there's a lot of people to blame. Wiggington who always thought being president meant more play time and less work which gave him the time to embarrass and ruin the cu's reputation. There's Smock who decided that letting management break their own policy and the law would give him job security. When Bea got there she wanted to get rid of business development. The woman is so stupid she can't understand that business development simply means getting new business. He was placed by Bea as the head of consumer and mortgage loans but he couldn't cut it or understand mortgage loans so they took that away. They probably miss the old days when they got to travel to Europe, Hawaii and Las Vegas, supposedly to attend classes but all of them were out sight seeing and spending the allowance the credit union gave them for attending. In fact if you audit the expenses in Las Vegas, you'll find Diedra used the money at the bar and casino. She overspent her daily allowance so Wiggington transferred the excess into other days so it wouldn't look like she exceeded her limit. This is a group of cons who have robbed and misused the credit union that's why its where it is today and why so many employees have suffered economically. Have you ever read one comment from an employee praising Wiggington, Saeid, Bea, Smock, West, Sylvia, Lynnette or even useless Esmeralda Sandoval?

I remember the Las Vegas trip and Wigg ordering that we "fix" Diedra's expense report. If you go back, pull her expense receipts that she submitted and compare them with the reports. You'll see the amount she spent a day are more then what P1 put in the report for her daily expenses. She definitely abused the expense money but that brings me to another point. Is the expense money that they give to board members to be spent at casino bars and if so, why and how is that related to business? She wasn't entertaining would-be-members while she was in Vegas because she was supposedly there to be educated which she wasn't unless the classes were conducted in Vegas bars.

A few weeks ago Sylvia Perez was saying the board is strictly voluntary and they don't get any money for the work they do. If she took a few minutes to inquire and even look at the income statement she would find out they get paid gas mileage and an additional small fee to attend even though state law clearly says the position is voluntary and not paid.
To those people who are suing or intend to sue, that is correct, you can name individual board members along with the credit union and members of the executive staff.

Wigg fixed the expense report for Diedra's trip to Las Vegas but right after Bea got hired, she would turn in her expense receipts and tear off the part with the name of the business. Wigg went ahead and let them approve reimbursement. She also charged that $5000 laptop and then wouldn't provide Tsui with the receipt. I don't know how that ended, but that's one of the reasons she wanted him out. If a regular employee did that they'd be written up or fired but because its managemnt, its supposed to be ok.
Its their playing around that forced Manny to quit after more than 16 years of service. Bea and Wigg wanted him to not report money correctly and not show all the losses they had. When he refused, Bea began bad mouthing him to Wigg, Rodger, Yvonne, and the board. That’s in the days when people believed what she had to say.
Non-management has to provide really specific documentation to get reimbursed but the rules are completely different for management. In fact non-managers get reimbursed only 1 a month. No one said anything when Wigg played with Diedra’s expenses or when Bea turns in ripped receipts. Its ok because their management.
The auditors are here and useless Saeid is having Jennifer Kelley answer their questions. That’s what a six-figure salary lets you do.

Mr Harris never would have allowed Diedra to cover up her expenses and probably would have given her a warning. Unlike Wiggington, he didn't have to kiss her ass because he was never accused of sexual harassment and he never needed her to cover up for him. He also never would have threatened to fire any employee who called to report a crime. He never bragged about his house or his cars and never bragged that he was a pirate. Maybe when a person is secure with themselves, they don't have to tell everyone how great they think they are. You can't even tell Wigg or Diedra to be ashamed because they are not capable of that. As for Bea, she's just pathetic. Any person who has to go and destroy people who disagree with them has more problems then you can imagine.

I was a vendor for priority 1 and was surprised that they named Wiggington to follow Mr Harris. Wiggington was always too talkative and you never really saw him work. I remember visiting South Pasadena and Mr Harris was always working in his office but Wiggington really liked to pass the time talking. It is so sad that the credit union is what it is today but you have to blame Wiggington because it all changed after he became president. I have friends who bank at the main branch and they hate visiting there. They say employees are not friendly, not helpful and everyone looks miserable. There comes a time when a person has to admit they failed and if priority 1 has a chance then maybe Wiggington should quit for the good of the credit union and employees.

She is weak. Bea is only strong when she lies behind employee backs and can use other people to do her dirty work. Didn't she use stupid Wiggington and even stupider Smock to get rid of people? And didn't she use Dana, Sylvia, and Judith. She used Esmeralda and Joseph to provide false testimony to and ivestigator and she got rid of Marc and a lot of other people using lies. But show a photograph of her ugly face and the 50 ft manly looking woman turns into a shrinking flower and has to close her fb account. She's nothing but a weanie. Good, hope she take all her profiles off the internet and so should one leg, Wigg.
Last week Joseph told us the credit union isn't getting enough loans and we're supposed to try to get more loans but how? we used to offer a vacation loan which did realy good but Wigg and Bea took it away.
P1 is full of bullies who are cowards. Rodger is a coward thats why he helped management backstab employes. Wiggington is a huge coward who always hides behind Diedra and the board. Beatrice is a coward who uses others to do her dirty work but when you expose her she runs and hides. West is a coward who hides behind Wigg. Joseph is a coward who was hiding behind Bea but since Wigg became his boss, now he hides behind Wigg. they are all bullies and backstabbers and like to ruin people and fire them thats why employees are miserable but when you expose them they run away like cockaroaches.
Bea sent out a memo telling us that we're not supposed to send out any new ATM cards to members that request them because she wants to force people to get the P1check card which means members have to open a checking account. Problem is that members who only have a savings account do so because they don't want a checking account or because they can't pass check systems to get a checking a card. We have a lot of members who don't pass chex systems so that ATM is a courtesy and they appreciate it. Under her new plan, they're card might be taken away though she said that if a member still has an active ATM after 8/15/11, they will be charged a $3 service fee each month plus a $2 trnsaction fee for each transaction after the 4th one. We're not helping our members and why charge members when we should be trying to get new business? Plus how is that helping members win with money?
Its typical of Wiggington not come up with some money making programs and decide to charge members by increasing their fees. He brags about having worked for banks for years though he hasn't worked for one for about 20 years. could he come up with one thing that doesn't rob our members?
Wasn't Bea supposed to bring in new products to make money? Since she got there she only did 2 things- fire people and raise fees. She got rid of a lot of good loans and brought in her products and they all all failed. MILLIE is her idea and its going to cost members who don't use it. Right now we're waiting for them to deliver new cubicles to the branch because she's moving the account dept. I don't know what to say. Its like she's good at wasting money but doesn't have the brain to create money and she's paid so much money for what?
Bea was SUPPOSED to do things to make things better but she couldn't because she didn't have what it takes. She's a big mouth like Wiggington and that horsey laugh of hers is so annoying, but she has about as many good ideas as Wigg, West, and Smock. And nothing got better. Today, we were going to have lunch in the lounge room but we saw Wigg and didn't know if we should go in because when he eats he smacks his food with his mouth wide open and then he talks and spits food. Then he got a call from someone and he started talking really loud on his cellular and left and went outside to the patio. Then he came back in and he got another call and started talking out loud again. We think he was talking to Diedra because it was about complaints.
No one ever talks about what goes on with the collections department. Those women- drag queen looking Alex, snot-ass, Saundra, and Neira who used to be nice, talk to members horrible. when they call members they talk to them like they're worthless. they should understand that people do want to pay their debts but sometimes things happen but they talk to them like they're worthless. Fat boy Jerry does the same thing but he's leaving Friday. The collection "girls" didn't like him but he was better than all of them even though he's a big social reject. Don't know what Yvonne will do without him because he was her right hand. Saundra talks about Yvonne like Yvonne talks about Bea and Alex gossips, listens to what employees say and then reports it all back to Yvonne. Naira bought a bad car from Bea's friends at Auto Alliance and of course, let us all know we shouldn't shop with them. Credit resolutions is the worst in every possible way and Yvonne is just a black verson of Bea.
Yvonne may be manipulative and pushy because she wants you to drop everything do what she should be doing but she proved she's way smarter than Bea Walker or even Wiggington whose just a useless moron. Have you seen the loan reports? I don't know what he's going to get rid of next to bring money in. Soon they're not going to be able to pay their electricity bill.

I don't get it. We're doing so bad but this morning they were saying they need to hire someone new for accounting. Considering you have less money and are taking in less money, why do they need someone new?
I don't get how they can spend money one a new employee for accounting when they have less money coming in. And why is Yvonne Bouttee all over the place in every department's business? Charge-offs are still high and so are collections but she's helping Wiggington with shared branching which is Gema's department's job and Patti Loicano is bringing her work to Yvonne. Patti is compliance, doesn't she know how to do her own work?
Does Patti know how to do her own work? Uh, no. Does Bea? Does Wiggington? Does Smock? Does Randy? Its just the way things go at P1.
I've been following this blog for about a year and have made it a habit to look at the cu's fpr every 4 months. With all the problems the cu has it surprised me to see Wiggington and Bea Walker at Providence hospital golf tournament and saw Wiggington and met Bea Walker. First, Mr. Wiggington looks terrible. I don't understand why if the cu is doing so bad why the president and coo would take the time to attend the golf tournament when they could have send their representatives.
Its hard to believe that when things are so bad that the 2 highest officers could spend the day playing golf instead of trying to find solutions. Based on what I saw, golf should be the last thing Wiggington should be doing.
Does it matter if Wigg is in his office or at a golf tournament? He's useless wherever you put him.
They are talking about more cut-backs but then you get someone like Sylvia saying business is great. She's stupid, you shouldn't expect different. Their marketing sucks, their not getting loans, they can't give raises and their crying that they spend more than $5200 a month to rent the Burbank office but when Mr Harris was there the rent wasn't a problem was it? They only pay $1 a year for the Airport, Los Angeles, and Van Nuys branches. Thats $3 but they still can't afford Burbank even though Valencia and Redlands are closed. There's enough free time that they sent Virginia Contreras to Burbank where she's going to work while Sylvia is on vacation. Isn't Dana and Judith at Burbank? Its because they don't have enough business that lets Bea and Wigg go to the golf tournament and take Irma the assistant and Sylvia take her husband.
Tournaments cost money for a cu to attend. So if P1 can't afford a lot of things how can they afford sending the president and the coo to a golf tournament which probably included paying for lunch and dinner? Knowing Wiggington, he probably drank alcohol even if he is sick. They don't attend chapter meetings and they don't provide financial education anymore and they don't do what all cu's are supposed to which is help the communities they serve, so how did they decide going to a golf tournament was more important than the other things? Wiggington is a manipulator who is lazy and horrible but he somehow thinks he deserves to slack off and go play a few rounds of golf. In the meantime business sucks because moron can't think of a single thing to attract members.

Going to the golf tournament used to be okay when Mr Harris was boss and P1 was doing great. But even Mr Harris wouldn't go, staying at the office to work. He would send the marketing director and her bd team. It was a good way to network and let other credit unions you were there supporting whoever sponsored the tournament. P1 is no longer doing well and they don't do the "basics" they used to when Mr Harris was president. They don't provide financial educaiton to members, they don't attend community events, and you never see them at the LA chapter meetings. You can blame a lot of that on Bea Walker and rest on Wigg and Smock. She doesn't believe in the work of the business development team and has wanted get rid of them since she arrived at P1. She doesn't allow spending on attending chapter events or fairs or providing financial education to the communities P1 serves. Approval to go to the golf Tournament came from Wiggington who almost never goes out because he's not well and because he knows what the industry thinks of him. He used to attend union hall meeting at branch 24 but spent a lot of time in the back bar so he got a reputation as liking the drinks and liking to talk a lot. You can ask the carriers and heads of branch 24, they'll tell you. He went to the Providence tournament because he got to play golf, eat lunch, and stay for the evening dinner. Eveb before he got sick, you never saw Wiggington attend anything where he helped out. He's just lazy and and there to see what he can get. Smock stopped people attending the LA chapter meetings because he says people only go there to get the free food. The food isn't free and he should know that. These people pick fun over work that helps communities and promotes their name because that unlike swining a club, takes work. No matter how much BS they throw in your direction, P1 is doing bad otherwise Wigg wouldn't be complaining that loans are down and they are going to have to cut back again. Why not start cutting managers because that's where it should have all started.
No one believes this a-holes are capable of acting like executives anyway.
