ANOTHER FAILED PLAN

It's been eight months since Priority One Credit Union's President, Charles R. Wiggington, Sr. approved the assignment of monthly sales quotas to every employee of the credit union in what he said would serve to motivate staff to increased levels of new business. The ingredient which the President said would fuel heightened employee production was the threat of termination. Not surprisingly, the President's plan failed. Not only does business continue to decline, but in June the credit union was forced to close the doors to it's Burbank branch. The credit union also terminated a large contingent of employees who failed to meet their assigned quotas while many others resigned and some left on medical leave, never to return.
Inarguably, Charles R. Wiggington, Sr.'s ignorance has no bounds. His plan to introduce monthly quotas was developed with the assistance of CLO, Cindy Garvin, and AVP of Sales and Business Development, Joseph Garcia. The President has surrounded himself with people who like him, are immensely inept, as intellectually limited, and who lack the savvy needed to develop effective strategies. The failure may lie in the fact that the President's decisions are dictated by what he perceives to be true and unfortunately, his view of what is true is often mired in self-delusion.
The silver lining to the President's latest failure is that the termination of employees and the resignation of others, has enabled him to maintain high levels of net capital.
What should be asked is how did CLO, Cindy Garvin, and AVP, Joseph Garcia, determine the amount of the monthly sales quota for each employee? Additionally, why were employees not provided the tools needed to achieve their quotas?
As we've pointed out in previous posts, the assignment of monthly sales quotas is nothing more than another Wiggington sham. The President has no idea how to develop new business. CLO, Cindy Garvin, has been provided a task that we don't believe she is equipped to handle. She has been provided a directive by the President which is to increase new business but has not been provided the means or budget through which the President's lofty and unrealistic goals will be realized. From what we've seen, she's also quickly been acculturated into the President's twisted work philosophy which views subordinate staff as intellectually inferior and who can be mistreated and abused when it pleases the President.
In contrast to Ms. Garvin, Joseph Garcia is an utter failure at all he endeavors to do. Since January 2010, he has been granted the titles of Call Center Supervisor, Director of Consumer Loans, Director of Real Estate Loans and Credit Manager. These are all titles he held simultaneously point to the absurd manner in which the President runs the credit union.
Since mid-2010, Mr. Garcia has been stripped of his titles of Credit Manager, Director of Real Estate Loans, Call Center Supervisor and finally that of Director of Consumer Loans. In mid-2011, when he returned to work following a bogus medical leave of absence, Mr. Garcia was demoted to Assistant Consumer Loan Manager but spent the months of September through October wooing the President and convincing him that though he had failed at every position appointed to him, he somehow possessed the experience, talent and ability to lead the staffs of all branches into developing immense amounts of new business. The President who possesses the common sense, wisdom and intellect of a door stop agreed Mr. Garcia would make an excellent AVP of Sales and Business Development and not only promoted the chronically inept Mr. Garcia, but authorized an increase of his salary. Don't expect a reversal of the credit union's misfortunes while President Wiggington and Mr. Garcia remain involved in creating and implementing solutions needed to reverse the decline in business which began after Charles R. Wiggington, Sr. was appointed President. Then again, the real goal set by the President is the rampant termination of full-time staff.

He also knows that there isn't sufficient new business be gotten to offset the credit union's above industry average overhead. He's also grown weary of being criticized for the adverse impact his inept decisions have had upon the credit union's business and reputation. Typical of Charles R. Wiggington, Sr., he has chosen not to resolve the problems he created that have resulted in years of financial losses. What's more, under his leadership, Priority One is dependent upon expense reductions as key to it's continued survival. What's more, if employees fail to achieve their assigned goals, then they are terminated for their failure to satisfy the credit union's sales requirements. President Wiggington's reasoning is transparent and further supported by the fact that to date, he has failed to provide employees with the tools and knowledge needed to satisfy their assigned monthly quotas. In other words, the President has set up most of his staff for failure.
As 2012 draws to it's end, employees continue to be subjected to the President's erratic strategies that consistently fail to achieve their purpose. The President’s frenetic efforts are all focused on striking a mother lode of new business based on sheer luck and not sound strategical planning. His plans are continually fueled by his personal beliefs of what he perceives to be true.
We also have observed that Ms. Garvin is traversing the same dangerous and unstable path followed by former COO, Beatrice Walker, and which led to her eventual termination. In 2007, the President created the AVP sector which was assigned the responsibility of developing new business within their assigned territories. At the time he stated that the AVP's would bring in the business while all "I have to do is sit back and watch."
In 2009, he hired Beatrice Walker to serve as the credit union's first COO. At the time, he boasted that she would be working for him and would be responsible for projects "I'm too busy to do."
Last year, he hired Ms. Garvin so that she could create resolutions for his far flung blunders while he remains seated in his office, speaking to his family from his company assigned telephone and perusing the Internet visiting BMW dealership websites. RESPONSES
Former COO, Beatrice Walker, has responded to the allegations contained in the lawsuit filed by the former Valencia Branch Manager. As would be expected, the horrendous former COO, denies all wrongdoing.
We also recently learned that this past June, the credit union's attorneys contacted Board Chair, Diedra Harris-Brooks and the President warning that Charles R. Wiggington, Sr. must desist from divulging confidential credit union information. Why would the almost 60-year old President needed to be reminded to guard confidentiality? And isn't it Charles R. Wiggington, Sr. who ordered the termination of several employees he accused of violating confidentiality? Since being "warned" to keep his mouth shut, the President is less talkative and spends more time in his office, with the door closed.
Last month, Beatrice Walker's attorney filed a response to the allegations leveled against his client. According to the attorney, Ms. Walker denies all wrong doing in response to each of the accusations.
Ms. Walker's attorney, Eric A. Schneider, expounds at great length about his client's alleged innocence. There are more than sufficient employees who can attest to the brutal campaign carried out by Ms. Walker. Reading through Mr. Schneider's response, we were reminded that Beatrice Walker is a creature of abominable habits. Ms. Walker's responses prove she is as unaccountable over her heinous acts as is the President. One would have to be ignorant of Ms. Walker’s devices to believe she could never perpetrate the long list of abusive acts she is alleged to have committed.
Undermining her attorney's responses is the fact that Beatrice Walker was terminated on July 8, 2011, due to insubordination though there are many other reasons for her removal that were verbalized by the President in the days after she was fired.
While serving as COO, she established a well-deserved reputation of persecuting, abusing and eventually, terminating employees. In 2010, she publicly stated that the Mexican employees at the credit union were all members of the Mexican mafia. Despite the fact her statement was racist and inappropriate, Human Resources refused to respond as required to under credit union policy. Racist remarks are grounds for termination under credit union policy.
With regards to business, Ms. Walker was an utter failure at implementing products and services that failed to achieve the level of profitability promised by the incompetent COO.
According to President Wiggington, prior to her termination, Ms. Walker informed some employees in South Pasadena that she had taken tremendous offense when the Board of Directors ordered the she submit all planned promotions, campaigns and letters intended for mailing to members, to either the President or Senior Vice President, Rodger Smock who would review and decide if these would be approved or denied further consideration. According to the President, Ms. Walker had said the Board were uneducated and both the President and Senior Vice President lacked her education in business.
Mr. Schneider writes that “Defendant [Beatrice Walker] denies generally and specifically, each and every allegation…” and that she did not injure or damage the Plaintiff. After all, he is being paid to fabricate a story needed to extricate his client from the situation she created.
So if Ms. Walker didn't carryout a vicious campaign against the former Valencia Branch Manager, then are the allegations filed against her untrue and contrived? Is that what Mr. Schneider would like the court to believe?
Please also note that on the first page of the “Answer to First Amended Complaint” are referenced the names of attorneys representing Ms. Walker. She isn't accused of homicide and if she truly were innocent, then why would she require a small army of attorneys? At times, actions speak louder than words and in the case of Beatrice Walker, "The lady protesteth too much."
DENIAL
Ms. Walker's attorney is as unimpressive as Priority One's legal Counsel, Paul F. Schimley. Her attorney Under the THIRD AFFIRMATIVE DEFENSE shown below, Mr. Schneider, requests the placement of “caps”(limits) by the court on any monetary settlement that may be awarded by the court to the Plaintiff for "intangible harms" such as pain, physical and emotional distress and loss of enjoyment of life, should Beatrice Walker be found guilty of the allegations filed against her.
Under the FOURTH AFFIRMATIVE DEFENSE, Mr. Schneider states that the former Valencia Branch Manager failed to provide substantive facts that would support an award of “punitive damages.” This is a wonderful example of lawyering 101. The response is absurd. The attorney knows the evidence will be presented in a court setting and will prove to the court that Ms. Walker did indeed commit everyone of the allegations contained in the lawsuit. Though his statements are customary and usual to the layman they are presumptuous and lacking the physical evidence that could lend even the slightest amount of credence to the attorney's simplistic responses.
Mr. Schneider states, as shown below, that Ms. Walker "acted in good faith and with absence of malice." So where her reasons for ordering the the Branch Manager's emails forwarded to Ms. Walker's office in South Pasadena benevolent and well-intentioned? And what about Ms. Walker's orders to all AVP's and Branch Managers that they not communicate with the Branch Manager? What was her reason for ostracizing the Branch Manager?
Beatrice Walker was a woman who spent 25-months indulging her obsession for malicious gossip, slander, and creative hostilities. It's just who and what she is. Ms. Walker proved she knows nothing about acting "in good faith" and her actions against many former employees were saturated in malice. Her July 2011 certainly attests that there was something undesirable even insidious about Ms. Walker.
Mr. Schneider's response may be predictable but Ms. Walker is not innocent of any of the allegations leveled against her. The fact is, Mr. Schneider's client, irrelevant of what story is concocted violated credit union policies and state and federal laws and willingly and knowingly entered into an insidious campaign designed to slander, undermine and ruin the reputation of the Valencia Branch Manager. His response to the court is a ploy which hopes to extricate his client of the allegations leveled against her and should the court find her guilty, Mr. Schneider hopes to at least reduce the amount of any monetary award to the Plaintiff.
Ms. Walker's cries of innocence aside, if the case proceeds to court, she will have to endure the presentation of evidence which will prove she victimized the Valencia Branch Manager while abusing her authority as COO. We know for a fact that none of Ms. Walker's many victims will forget Ms. Walker's cruelties, her frequent inane verbalizations, and her obnoxious personality. During her short stay she created a lasting and abhorrent impression.
Under the TENTH AFFIRMATIVE DEFENSE, shown below, Mr. Schneider requests that any damages awarded to the Plaintiff be reduced by the amount of compensation the Plaintiff "received from any other non-collateral source, including but not limited to unemployment benefits or a settlement with another party”. Evidently, Mr. Schneider is ill informed. The Plaintiff never received unemployment benefits and we believe Ms. Walker is the first person she's ever sued. That should hopefully dispel any of Mr. Schneider's unfounded concerns.
In the 2010, Human Resources Manager, Robert West; COO, Beatrice Walker; and President Wiggington, boasted that the credit union had NOT issued severance pay to the former Branch Manager. What the three ignorant officers never knew was that the Branch Manager obtained new employment immediately after resigning from Priority One Credit Union.
Mr. Schneider concludes by stating that if the case is dismissed that the court award Ms. Walker compensation for all legal fees she may have incurred. So Mr. Schneider would like the court to order that the Plaintiff who was harassed, sexually harassed, stalked, persecuted and slandered to pay the horrendous and inept former COO, her legal fees. Mr. Schneider is in dire need of a reality check as is the chronically deluded Ms. Walker.
Ms. Walker arrived at Priority One in 2009, laden with her personal baggage. As we showed in our previous post, she never mentioned that she'd been terminated from her previous employers or that she had also been a polarizing presence at other credit unions.
While at Priority One she proved to be immensely dishonest. At the end of January 2010, she and the President reported profits for the month of January which is traditionally one of the slowest months of the year. By March 2010, it was revealed that no profits had been gotten in the month of January. The reported profits were actually monies transferred from one of the credit union's ledgers and reported as profit. This is a more than adequate evidence of Ms. Walker's honesty as an officer. While serving as COO, Beatrice Walker was abusive, callous, and unmerciful and viciously victimized many employees though she did so in the most cowardly and detestable manner.

I wonder what idiot poorly wrote the job description for the card service position. P1 is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic person with a positive attitude. How about someone who has a college degree from an actual university (not an online college)? Every AVP and manager at P1 have all been grandfathered into their position. It is not because they earned it with their success and education, they have earned it from kissing ass and being friends with Chucky. Why have so many AVPs/managers gone on stress leave when they are now required to do their job? Is it because they are not capable of doing their job? And another thing, why have goals for employees and none for managers or AVPs? If an employee meets their goal they don't get anything, no bonus, no raise, no REWARD! Give every AVP and manager monthly goals to meet and fire them for not meeting their goals. Whenever an employee doesn't meet their goal it is not a reflection of their work ethic, it is a reflection of their manager's failure to properly manage a team, manager's lack of knowledge, skills and abilities and most of all a failure in a manager's leadership. Lead by example! Notice how all successful businesses are ran by effective, educated, knowledgeable leaders with properly trained employees. Chuck will NEVER be able to say he ran a successful CU. He will be able to say he ran a once successful CU into the ground. The idiot cut the marketing budget to save money then hires an overpaid marketing specialist to try and turn things around. It's too late! Henry Ford once said: "A man who stops marketing to save money is like a man who stops his clock to save time." Sounds like an idiotic bonehead move retarded Wigg will make and Smuck will be right behind him agreeing while his head is up his Wigg's ass.

Why would Suzanne write on this blog? That's a stupid guess. Why David Quinones for CEO? He'd probably turn it down. I remember asking him once if he'd want to be an officer at the credit union and he said he lacked the experience and education. At least he unlike stupid dumb ass Wigg could admit he might not be qualified.
To the person who wrote the comments about "Chucky" and mismangment- KUDDOS to you! You hit the nail right on the head. Wigg took P1 from successful and turned it into a home for managers with learning impediments! Too bad there isn't an extermination company to erradicate ALL of P1 executives.

I second the nomination of David Quinonez for CEO. Then we could make fun of his house on his blog instead of him making fun of mine. Anybody seen where he lives. Between an elevator repair place and a chemical storage plant. When his day of reckoning upon him, he might find himself at the Midnight Mission. He sure can dish it out on the blog, but he can't take it.
I always thought Rodger Smock was the blogger. Its not that hard to believe. For years he bragged about his writing skills and used to put down the way the rest of us write. He used to say the employees weren’t that smart which meant he thought he was smarter. Plus who else beside Wigg has as much access to confidential information? Only Rodger knows as much about the lawsuits as Wigg, Diedra and the lawyers. Plus who else would know as much about Wigg, Bea, Yvonne, West or any other manager? Sometimes the evidence is right under our nose. Plus before he got appointed VP by Wigg he used to complain about how loud, unprofessional and lazy Wigg is. Nobody plays both sides better than Rodger. Sometimes he’s your friend and sometimes he’s putting the dagger in your back.
Rodger, you shouldn't criticize where anyone lives. After all, wouldn't your boyfriend be homeless if it wasn't for you providing a home & food. By the way, opposite of what you say, he could never be a model. Your day of reckoning already came and not only are you a big f*ckup as a VP who kisses ass to keep his job, but your useless. Bea should of eaten you up and then pooped you out. And you would think that your BF Wigg is paid $170,000 for the last 5 years plus bonus' and still lives in a shack. What GREAT points! Wigg put the burden on employees to fix the HUGE mess that he made of Priority 1. When employees didn’t get their numbers then he fired them but all the while the AVP’s and managers didn’t manage their teams because as anonymous says, lack of knowledge, skills and abilities. You are so right, as soon as AVP’s were given goals, Sylvia suddenly can’t make her goals and when she thought she was going to get written up again, she cuts out on stress leave. She fired so many people who supposedly didn’t perform, but turns out Sylvia couldn’t cut it when the pressure was put on. I remember being in a manager meeting in 2009 and Wigg saying that he wished every employee was like Sylvia. And thank you for the quote from Henry Ford because when Wigg got rid of marketing he used the excuse that Priority 1 was spending too much money on marketing and there was a “cheaper way of doing business.” Cheaper must have meant screwing over the credit union.
And John, you are so right, Priority 1 will probably join the list of other companies that Wigg worked at that are no longer in business. Mergers aside, the fact is Gibraltar, Security Pacific, Allstate and California Federal are all history.
Wigg said Diedra is pissed because the cu is being sued by Theresa Hadded. I thought it was a rumor until he said it. He says Theresa doesn't have a good csee but he says that about every lawsuit and then the credit union ends up settling. Close down the credit union because we get more lawsuits then business.

I used to work at Burbank and it was no secret how Sylvia treated Theresa. Sylvia sat in an office facing the lobby but she would get up and go to the glass office window and watch Theresa. She used to always be giving Theresa things to do and she was always finding fault with everything Theresa did. When theresa wasn't around, Sylvia would complain about Theresa. Plus Sylvia would go crying to Rodger and Bea and say she wanted to fire Theresa saying Theresa was lazy and not helpful. But whenever there was an ATM problem she'd send Theresa because Theresa knew the work and procedures. Rodger showed up at our branch at the end of the day and they gave Theresa a write-up because supposedly Sylvia found the branch door unlocked. I never believed it because the person who found it was Sylvia plus Sylvia is so anal she must have checked the door before she left the office the night before. I could go on but Sylvia had it out for her. I used to wonder if the old chola was healous of the FSR who knew way more than Sylvia knew. Plus didn't Syvlia get written up 2 times this year for not doing her job?
Sylvia not only gotten written up but she's said that if she comes back she knows they're going to fire her. She was the worst. Well, next to Wigg, Smock, West, Esmeralda, Yvonne and Alex, she was the worst!

As CFO, I streamline Priority One and closed the Redlands, Riverside, Valencia and Burbank branches. Sure., streamlining is usually intended to drive growth, but in the case of Priority One
streamlining (wink, wink) pushed them down the financial toilet.
I never quite succeeded in increasing efficiency or impacting the bottom-line profit either but its not like Priority One had a future. Unlike a lot of other CFO’s I also lacked the ability to develop and implement financial controls.
I don’t have the usual leadership skills because I never got along with the accounting supervisor and I’m the one that finally terminated her ass a few months ago but two weeks later we had to rehire her because the President said we needed her plus she knew too much about our dirty backdoor dealings and he was afraid she was going to blow the whistle on us.
I’m also not so great on my communication skills and like I’ve told Rodger Smock, I’d rather be out on the golf course hitting balls and sipping my martinis.
While I was CFO revenue decreased, growth declined and I couldn’t develop a high performance financial team. Never tried implement sales effectiveness initiatives either because quite frankly, it wasn’t my thing.
I used to work at Focus One Credit Union in Monrovia but when business went down, my buddy Bea Walker brought me over in 2010, to Priority One CU. And not a moment too soon becuse they merged with First City Credit Union so they could stay in business. Whew!!

I was in meetings with Bea and she always thought she was smarter than everyone else. She was a snob. She used to say the employees were dumb and Yvonne and her said Wig wasn't CEO material. She said the same thing about Esmeralda. She said Esmeralda didn't speak English well and that she didn't look like HR because she was overweight. She thought Robert West was boring and she thought the board were all dumb and that she could work them to do whatever she wanted. She lies so easily so its no surprise she's denying she ever did anything wrong but wrong is all she does. She is horrible and as ugly in the inside as she is on the outside. The only reason she got close to Gema and Georgina is because her friendship with Yvonne ended and she couldn't stand Joseph because she realized he was dumb too.
Manny was working for another company right after he left P1 but he had a heart attack a few weeks later and got a bypass. I was told that he is working again, but don't know where. Now that's one guy who has the low down on Bea Walker and Charles Wiggington and Diedra knows it!
If you want to know how they're doing ask Saeid. He's told Wigg P1 is broke and he's complained its getting harder to pay the cu's bills. Members should sue and subpeona Saeid and ask him how the credit union is doing. You can't ask Wigg because even if the branch was on fire he'd say everything was A-OK.
Another lawsuit? Looks like Wigg should start selling some of his old beat up BMW's unless he intends the credit union to take the hit for his screw ups.

I mean how can you create ANYTHING in business without first researching the cost versus the possible benefit it would produce.
Cindy is guilty of this too with her cold calls. All she says is "we did this at our other credit union and it was very effective". Bitch please.... at any other "professional" business, they'll ask for data/hard evidence and research to show why and how it will work. Without evidence you'd be excused like an idiot. Haha

Right on! The board held Bea to a different standard than they hold Wigg. By treating her differently, they committed discrimination.
So right again, Wigg is ultimately in charge but the board has always protected him and let him point fingers at others. They are great enablers!
And his reinstatement after it was proven he broke federal law is sort of the cherry on the sundae. You hit the nail on the head, he has always been allowed to do whatever he wants as if he was unaccountable to members and setting the worst example ever to employees.

Even he knows that he could never have introduced all his horrible programs and wasted credit union money if he had first done research. 1. The credit union is down 4 branches.
2. Because they’re no longer what they used to be, they now have to push shared branching and online services which will NEVER take the place of real life human beings.
3. Staff is stressed and worked to the limit.
4. There is also not enough people to answer phones and give good service which explains why employees who actually answer phones, are in a hurry and not always helpful. Also explains why it takes so long for people to answer phones. In October I waited 10 and 20 minutes before someone answered the phone.
5. Priority One has horrible managers- plain and simple!
6. Wiggington is an embarrassment to all executives, men, humans and race.
7. Cindy Garvin is ineffective and has brought in 2 of her buddies who are being paid buko bucks and for what, low quality marketing and auditing?
8. Rodger Smock is poison for any HR department. You got to ask, why did Superior Industries show him the door?
9. Yvonne Boutte should be a collection clerk and should NEVER be given any type of authority. Its like handing a 5 year old a loaded gun and asking him to play with it.

When they announced he was going to be the next president. So many employees knew and said it was going to screw everything up and ruin what Mr Harris accomplished and it turned out, he did. Even our vendors asked why on earth the board chose him to follow up a great president.

Maybe if he had gotten off his ass and actually worked, he might have gotten the results he expected from everyone else. I remember having to sit and listen while he told us that he didn’t like his administrative assistant (who was wonderful, sweet and a hard worker) and that she didn’t look the way he wanted his administrative assistant to look. Pretty sure Wigg has never looked the way some people would like an officer to look. Those cheap looking short sleeve shirts and the same cheap ties. Nowadays he looks like the poster child for anything sick.
He also bragged how he got his position because he won some game and beat all the others. No, he won the supposed game because of skin color and he is so lucky to have a segregationist board who were so insecure and apparently racially influenced to decide what Priority needed was a Black man and not an intelligent and honest leader.
Bea got a job? And in administration no less. Amazing. She is definitely someone I would never hire much less in a position that has to do with decision-making for the internal orgnaization. She was the worst at P1. A friend of mine who worked at Universal Studios CU while she was there said they let her go because the president didn't like her decisions or how she treated people. Definitely, she fits the low level management style of Wiggington and Smock but Honda is too good for her. After the employee who was assigned to her, defrauded Honda of all that money years ago, I would have fired her and definitely never rehired her. You're right. Wiggington does have a BA in Black studies but his uses of slang suggests he's just another uneducated full. I was told that Wiggington understands financial reports but if he does you don't see that its served P1 or its employees. In 2012 we're all poorer because homeboy thinks playing around and showing up his really ugly face at the main office justifies his high pay. Who cares if he can supposedly read financial reports when he can't lead or make good decisons!
Other degrees that don't matter are Rodger Smock's, who supposed has a BA in psychology though only thing he's ever done is manipulate people and break the rules.
Randy McBride has a degree in Sociology though it doesn't explain how he got hired to manage IT... well, actually his friend Bea hired him for IT just like she hired her friend, Saed Raad to be CFO and how Cynthia Garvin hired her buddies, Daniel Ballesteros for markeing and Diane Huffman to be auditor, both of who make more than $70,000 a year while most employees haven't had raises in almost 4 years.
And don't forget, Bea Walker had an MBA in BUSINESS from the University at La Verne. What did she do that proved she was educated in business? All of these people are mostly stupid with degress. That's about it.
I know Daniel Ballesteros is getting paid $75,000 a year as marketing specialist which is probably 3 times more than what they used to pay Marc. How much are they pay Cindy's other friend, Dianne to be internal auditor. By the way, she's another whose not to bright.

So now he's taken a 2nd leave and the first was when they hired cindy since he thought he was going to be fired but lucky him, she doesnt want the full blame for failing so she keeps him around as a flak jacket to take all the shit from wigg about why goals arent met.
Now that he's on leave again, cindy can either prove how worthless he is by reaching goals in his absence... or she can show how useless she is by having nothing change in his absence.
Employees win either way by getting to see her shit herself under the pressure she puts us under OR Joseph is let go.

Last year Joseph took off when he thought Bea was going to throw him out. Actually, if she had fired him for incompetence, it would have been one of the few things she would have done right.
Moving up a year- Bea's gone, he's divorced, and he no longer is the manager over the loan dept or call center. Nowadays he's AVP/Whipping Boy. As long as Cindy has him around she could point one of her fat sausage fingers at him and blame him for the credit union not making its goals. Now that he's left on stress again, she's probably asking "what to do, what to do?"
Well, we've all seen how useless she is. I guess this means she's going to have to cover on the days Joseph was at Santa Clarita. We can only hope she has to drive there 5 days a week to manage the empty, one-man office. Maybe while she's there, she can prove she's a real CLO and not a Bea Walker knock-off and find a way of getting members to visit that office.
As for Joseph, I wonder if he's actually found another job? He's coming back on 1/15/13. That's about the same amount of time as a lot of probationary periods.

Interesting that you deterime a person's credibility based upon their ability to spell versus their ethics or behaviors. It's that same skewed perception of Wigg's miserable acts that impedes change and provides him the freedom to continue ruining a once fine credit union. It's hard to believe that a troglodyte like Wigg graduated from elementary school much less earned a BA. I'm sure even you would agree that it’s too incredulous to believe, wouldn't you?

Actually a lot of employees have resigned and many others are in the process of looking for jobs but as you should know, its a tough market not only for finding new employment but for finding full-time employment. I don't think any empoyee should quit without having first found another job. Even Wigg knows that each time he terminates an employee, there is a chance they may collect unemployment.
Wigg has always been insecure. He promotes people he says are his friends but if they become too knowledgeable or begin making improvements, he finds reasons to run them off. Behind his bragging that he is smart, that he's got it going on, that he's a player, that he knows what members want, is a little insecure girl who viciously attacks employees and is willing to see the whole credit union fail before he admits he is a big f*ck up. That's just who he I mean she, is.

Who heard of a CLO who runs operations for all branches. That is the job of a COO. She gets the big bucks and she still hasn't brought in new business. The board let her bring in Daniel and Diane. Daniel hasn't done anything with marketing and Diane is supposed to be this big time internal auditor but she's not so bright either. So good luck to Cindy who wants to be president of a sinking ship.

Wigg has always been insecure. He promotes people he says are his friends but if they become too knowledgeable or begin making improvements, he finds reasons to run them off. Behind his bragging that he is smart, that he's got it going on, that he's a player, that he knows what members want, is a little insecure girl who viciously attacks employees and is willing to see the whole credit union fail before he admits he is a big f*ck up. That's just who he, I mean she, is.
The CU is a mess. Our recording still offers to connect members to P1 Connect but the website asks members to use MILLIe and the last newsletter says MILLIE replaced P1 Connect. You would think Wigg would at least try to make it look like he's got everything under control.
Also if u call airport it says its closed. Joyce Sandiford still call us to complain about that.... I hate my job...
Wigg, Smock, Yvonne, and Cindy LOVE to talk about what they plan to do, problem is they don't do it. And to the person who wrote if you hate your jobs, quit- you are either a lot out of touch or you live in a bubble. I think P1 should offer all employees a package if they'd like to stay or quit. And not $600 but $6000 plus unemployment. Wigg and the others are real generous when it comes themselves but their misers when it comes to employees.

If Wigg had the balls (no pun intended) to offer $6000 to each employee who didn't want to work at P1 anymore he'd might lose most of his staff and he knows it too. No one whose quit or been fired misses working under Wigg. He's just that horrible.
P1's insurance carries-CUMIS, is paying for Bea's lawyer. Even though she's been gone for more than a year, she still found a way to milk P1. They should of let her fend on her own.

Sylvia's husband says his wife is stressed and doesn't want to comeback to P1. She's got an extension thru 11/4/12 but is trying to get her doctor to approve her for more time.
So what happened to "Mr. Wiggington is my friend", "He plays golf with my husband", "Mr. Wiggington is MY president" and "employees who don't like the credit union, need to go"? Sounds like its time for Sylvia to go. She should take a clue form village duffus, Joseph Garcia, and start applying at other companies. Maybe someone will want to hire a woman who polarizes employees and members, lies on behalf of her employer, backstabs, and just can't seem to make her monthly sales goals even though she fired a lot of employees over the years who said weren't cutting it. Bitch.
I know that managers look at this blog daily and some of them post attacking employees and covering up everything they've done to ruin the credit union.
Back to #6 on the recap... Rodger is gay and is financially supporting his loverboy. This is also the joint on his pocu acct. If you look at the age difference you know why this young man is with Rodger... so he can have a relatively easier life. Young ladies look for sugar daddies as well so I guess I see your point in this not really being news.
However, Smock loves Halloween at POCU. Especially when the male employees wear revealing outfits. This would be a reference to the year member services were cowboys and indians or Greasers. He would not stop staring at those young men like it was no one's business.
I wonder if sexual harassment would take into account undressing employees With your eyes. If that were the case big jerry from collections would have been guilty too.
I forgot about "Rodger's Special Halloween." He couldn't keep his eyes the male teller who dressed like an Indian brave. The guy were a kilt. Those were the days when Wigg told Rodger to hire anyone he wanted and started hiring a lot of Latino males. I wonder if he'll come in drag again? Remember when he came dressed like an old lady with a stuffed animal placed right between his butt crack. He thought it was really funny and so did some employees but I thought it was embarrassing and I didn't think it was a costume. I think he got out of bed, put the dog in his butt and drove to work.
I used to work at P1 and unfortunately, had to work with Wigg and Rodger. Not only are they big incompetents they’re both stupid but think they’re Rhodes Scholars. I remember Rodger walking through the loan department in a long gray dress. He seemed very comfortable and had absolutely no problem with keeping the stuffed dog shoved in his butt. I am sure that Rodger had a real good reason for ogling Latin males like they were hamburgers and he was a Great Dane. Jerry did that too? And I thought he was only interested in ice cream.
Has anyone looked at their FPR on the NCUA page? Salaries went up again. How is that even possible?
What does really Rodger do? A few weeks ago he put signs in the mens room telling not to splash when we pee. He used to cut coupons and now signs. What else?

Sylvia is only upset with Wigg because he didn't stop her from being written up 3 times. She was complaining that she can't believe what the credit union did to her after she gave them so much. People see things so diffently. She says she gave P1 so much and now crub. Yet, it was when they put in quotas to prove how much business each employee brought in, that the credit union discovered that she not only could not bring in new business but she had lied for years about all the new business she brought in. She fit perfectly in to Wigg's group because they all lie and cheat and brag about themselves. Lucky for Wigg, nobody not even the uneducated backwoods board demand proof of what he accomplishes. Sylvia also never got along with Bea. She used to tell us that Bea hated her and "that woman doesn't like me at all." No one liked Sylvia. She's like a child who has ADD. Before she left she said Cindy had a good head on her shoulder but later said Cindy didn't like her and had made fun of her. She's now saying that Cindy turned Wigg against her and they both want her out. I think almost all employees want her out, she is the worst. She should never have been more than a teller or stockroom clerk.
You are right. Rodger who looks like Jerry Sandusky was at P1 when it opened in 1926.
What does Rodger do? Good question. Wigg drives himself to work in his BMW junkers so that means Rodger has to drive alone. Rodger stays in his office a lot staring at his computer so that could be a lot of things not related to work. Yes he did make that sign which means he's spending time in the mens room inspecting splashing around the urinals and toilets. So maybe he is a bathroom inspector.

This blog has had a big affect on the credit union. They have taken a lot of the ideas put here and put them to work for them if only to make it look like they're on their p's and q's. They hate doing it but even Wigg and Rodger have gotten called on the carpet by the board and the attorneys. Its funny because Wigg thought he could do whatever he wanted to do and it would stay a secret.
They all used to act like they were better than staff but it turns out the president is a sexual harasser, smock can't keep his eyes in his head, and Bea was hot to trot. The doctor prescibes cold showers and keeping it in their pants.
Last week we had one person working the call center. Pathetic. You might as well gut out the call center. It failed just like everything else Wigg tries. BTW, what happened to mailing newsletters to members? I remember, no one was reading them because they're boring like the new webpage.
When you see it in writing you see that there is a real problem with sex and managers at the c.u.
Years ago, Aaron used to talk about his big d*ck which he called an anaconda and a roto rooter and he would say he always left a smile on women’s faces. Wonder if he ever shared this with his wife. The man was like 5’6” and was so fat his belly hung over his belt. If had a big one, it was well hidden over that stomach.
I got to sit at a table next to Wigg while he told a story about how women always wanted him and how when he moved to L.A. he had so much tail. He used to say fat girls were the best because they were always grateful. I’d like to meet the fat girls that were grateful, that’s if they exist. In fact I’d like to meet the skinny girls, the live girls even the dead girls he had sex with.
Miss Smock never talked about sex to staff. He didn’t have to cause his eyes did the talking. I remember he had a big crush on Silvano. Every time Silvano came to the main office he couldn’t keep his eyes off him. I was told by the ladies in Member Services that when Henry worked in South Pasadena, Smock used to come to the department and fix Henry’s tie and collar. How sweet, I mean how inappropriate!
Beatrice was the funniest. She really perked up whenever she saw Suzanne. When Suzanne came to the main branch, Beatrice sat right next to her during training. Her “crush” was noticed by everybody who saw her. She started a lot of whispering but honestly, I don’t think Beatrice cared. Also noticed that Yvonne got jealous when Beatrice started to show Suzanne attention. Even Yvonne knows she looks like a Big Foot and couldn’t compete with most real women.
People seem to be confused or just don't know the proper spelling but here goes:
Suzanne S.- Asian American woman who over saw card services and the the call center and quit after Louis was let go(any news on that young man btw?) And Johnny quit/forced to resign whatever.
Suzanna U.- was the Hispanic woman that Beatrice was chasing after. She practically salivated over her.
This Suzanna is also the one suing i believe.
You are correct. What a perfect word to describe Bea's reaction to Susanna. Louis was really a good employee and liikeable but seemed tired of management's bullsh*t.

I'm surprised they stay in business. Sales are a mess, morale is so low even managers are skipping out on sick leave and the board must have taken LSD because they're all trippin'.
They only stay in business because tricky old Wigg is making sure capital stays high. If capital drops again like it did in 2009, 2010, and early 2011, he's going to be in trouble. Notice their income hasn't dropped because they are a smaller operation but also notice it isn't growing.
Wigg fired all those people and for what? He has got to be the biggest idiot in credit union land.
The only one's whose making out good and getting ready for a big cash out is Smock's boyfriend. Guess when you are as old as Smock paying for it is all that's left.
President Wiggington recently gave a wonderful speech at a Native American owned SEG, describing all the things he wants to accomplish for the employees of the SEG. Afterwards, the managers of the SEG met and held a naming ceremony where they gave President Wiggington the honorary name, "Walking Eagle". President Wiggington beamed with pleasure, waving as he left the company, headed back to his office in South Pasadena.
A curious employee approached one of the managers and asked if there was a meaning behind the name, "walking eagle". The manager replied, “Of course, a walking eagle is so full of shit it can no longer fly."

Yes, she's suing. I think its wrongful termination again. I know Sylvia treated her like crap in front of everyone at Burbank so I bet that's what its about.
As much as Wigg is totally at fault for everything that's made the credit union lose money, business, branches, etc., he is no longer in control. He says he's too sick to manage, but the board wants Cindy Garvin to be taking care of what Wigg should be doing and what a COO is supposed to do. She's wearing a lot of hats but honestly, she's not qualified to do a lot of what they've given her to do. Since Wigg says he's sick and the Board has transfered a lot of his power to Cindy, you got to really wonder why Wigg is still President. Just off the top, you could fire Wigg, Smock, and West and not only would it not make things worse, it would save the credit union more than $300,000 a year.

Sloppy and shameful is all I can say. Wigg wanted to handle the credit union like it was his household and he made a big mess. He was lucky that Gathers, Saffold, Cornelia and Simmons covered up his illegal acts becausee at any reputable credit union he would have been shown the door. If any of you are wondering why he wasn't fired its probably because right after he became President his buddy, Diedra, worked out a new contract where he will get paid a BIG bonus if he stayed at P1 for more than 5 years. This January it'll be 6 years and if he wants he can quit and leave with a nice big fat bundle of money. It should be taken from him but that would require members actually do something and as far as I can see, P1's members either don't care or they're on chexsystems and can't open accounts anywhere else.
That's a good point. A lot of P1's members are on ChexSystems. A lot of them complain about Wigg and the way he's run the place into the ground but because they're on Chexsystems they can't open accounts somewhere else. P1 can legally rerun Chexsystems for their current members but they won't because Wigg know he would have to close out a lot of accounts and he can't afford to do that. I remember years ago when Sylvia told us to go out and get SEGs because Mr Wiggington wanted more members that were in SEGs and less postal workers. That didn't work out because most SEGs are interested in what P1 offers. When the SEGs failed, Wiggington started visiting the union hall in L.A. trying to show them he cared, but the carriers didn't know that at one time, he wanted them all out. And I believe that that big thief Diedra probably worked out a package that will give Wiggington a big fat bonus when he leaves- a bonus he doesn't deserve. If that happens, members should sue P1 and named Diedra in the lawsuit. That bitch has ruined the credit union.
Do you realize you have had more hits on this blog than P1 has members even with Wigg fixing the numbers and not closing accounts that have no activity. Amazing!!!
Wigg is mighty quiet now days. I almost think he got neutered. His main squeeze, Missy Smock is a lot quieter and Cindy seems to be running the ship. I meant sinking ship.

Service is also horrible. They only have Hector and Colleen answering phones. Sometimes Lorena helps and useless Gema Pleitez monitors calls. Its gotten so busy that even Yvonne is answering call center phones. She is a nightmare to deal with and members calling the credit union should hang up if she answers.
Gema is worthless and if it wasn't that Big Foot needs her, she'd be collecting unemployment.
