Through the Looking Glass–Part 1

RUMORS

On April 2, 2012, Priority One Credit Union's President, Charles R. Wiggington, Sr. revealed that Paul F. Schimley, one of the credit union's overpaid attorneys from the firm of Richardson Harmon Ober PC had allegedly proclaimed a victory in the complaint filed by a former Business Development Representative against the credit union. Allegedly and according to Mr. Schimley, the Plaintiff had become uncooperative and refused to enter into a settlement offered up by the credit union. 

According to the giddy and elated President who knows about as much about the judicial system as he does about developing new business, the Plaintiff's attorney had not only agreed with the terms offered by the credit union's attorney but had suddenly changed his mind about his client's case and declared that it was indeed frivolous. The President's statements were later repeated by Director of Project Management, Yvonne Boutte, who said the Plaintiff's case had "been thrown out by the court." Evidently, the intellectually challenged President has found equally incompetent allies in Attorney Schimley, in the brash Mrs. Boutte and in the Plaintiff's attorney, Joseph L. Lovretovich

So why would Attorneys Paul F. Schimley and Joseph Lovretovich possibly violated ethics and set themselves up for a potential lawsuit and divulge information that can only be determined by a judge? And why did the President and Mrs. Boutte choose to commit slander and violate the credit union's own hypocritically guarded policy governing confidentiality?  

Not only did the undisciplined attorneys and executives choose to conduct themselves unethically, but on April 3, 2012, Priority MC, a frequent poster on this blog and a company insider, posted the following comment about the Plaintiff:

"P1 just crushed another frivellous suit from you folks. Last week Qunones lawyer announced he's quitting. Se ya Qunones. Wouldn't wanna be ya. You bloggers best be paying attention and learn something from this lesson. Ok Linda [Nisely] got a little something broke off but it was so little that it didn't matter.After her attorney got what they got, she'd have been better taking the severence offer that she wouldd've got. Think people think." 

It's not difficult to guess the ethnicity of Priority MC or for that matter, her level of education. The comment contains highly confidential information that could only have come from President Charles R. Wiggington, Sr. Priority MC's inane and presumptuous statement also provoked an avalanche of reader comments. 

A few days after publishing her comment, Priority MC tried to rescind what she wrote and published the following statement:

It's nothing related to you bloggers. All you are done with. Sharnese Nylonda got P1 involved iwht an auto insurance situation that's in court. That's all there is. Now try doing what you suppose to be doing for a change.

Priority MC did a 180. Her attempt to retract what she wrote on April 3, 2012, was an extremely lane attempt to deter attention away from the President as the culprit who divulged confidential information about the former Business Development Representative and a former member named Sharnese Nylonda. Priority MC as an employee of the credit union violated the Privacy Act. 

The ploy constitutes a possible violation of the Privacy Act which is a federal offense. Priority MC has indicated that Sharnese Nylonda has involved the credit union in an auto insurance case which has proceeded to court. Evidently, the only reason why the credit union would be involved is if Sharnese Nylonda had obtained an automobile loan from the credit union. The subject is deemed confidential under the law. well maybe not to the credit union but it is a serious breach. 


As stated below, the Privacy Act states that it is a violation to share confidential information.


Financial institution regulators are to establish "standards" (related to the physical security and integrity of customer records) that would (1) ensure the security and confidentiality of customer records; (2) protect against any anticipated threats to the security of such records; and (3) to protect against unauthorized access to such records that could result in substantial harm or inconvenience to the customer.

On April 13, 2012 an anonymous poster who we believe is Priority MC, posted the following comment:

Nylonda Sharnese had an auto loan with priority one. She ran with a car for two years without making a payment and when we got close to repossessing her car she made a partial payment and ran again.

The possible violation of the Privacy Act which occurred when Priority MC posted a comment on April 10, 2012, was exacerbated by the comment posted on April 13, 2012. It doesn't take any great ability in deducement to see that whoever posted the information about Sharnese Nylonda is a member of the Credit Resolutions Department. Only someone who has access to member accounts that have been referred over to collection proceedings would possess intimate knowledge about Sharnese Nylonda. 


Segueing for a moment, the credit union's attorneys at Richardson Harmon Ober PC reminded us that in 2011, the firm fabricated a defense in the lawsuit filed by former Burbank Branch Manager, Linda Nisely, which attempted to portray the Plaintiff as a racist, as incompetent, and as insubordinate despite the conspicuous fact that while employed by the credit union, Mrs. Nisely never received a single warning alleging her failure to fulfill her assigned duties nor was she issued a single warning which accused her of racism. Furthermore, she was promoted from Assistant Branch Manager of the Valencia office to Branch Manager of the Burbank office. Despite proclamations by the law firm that Mrs. Nisely's case would be thrown out because it was frivolous, Priority One voluntarily settled the lawsuit. Evidently, the credit union has found attorneys who are as ethical, as dignified and as ethical as is President Charles R. Wiggington, Sr.  
In our post, titled "A Lawsuit, Hiding the Facts, and Misrepresentation, Part 2 of 2”, published on Monday, July 18, 2011, we described some of the allegations contained in the lawsuit filed by the former Business Development Representative. Here is an excerpt from our original post:


The second lawsuit, filed this past June by a former Business Development Representative and who wrote the credit union’s policies and procedures. The former employee, Qunones, alleges that in 2010, he was advised by a non-employee of the credit union, that his employment was being terminated based upon three key violations of credit union policy. These are: 
  • Having downloaded pornographic images from his company assigned PC;
  • Sexually harassing his co-workers; and
  • Being the blogger, a blogger, an acquaintance of the blogger or bloggers or possessing knowledge of who the blogger or bloggers are, and knew who the blogger’s confederates are.
In January 2011, then Human Resources "clerk" Esmeralda Sandoval, denied the credit union ever committed any of the allegations described in the lawsuit though based only on the documented record of egregious acts committed by and under President Wiggington over the past five (5) years and with consideration of Miss Sandoval’s own reprehensible conduct over the past few years, we doubt the veracity of anything she has to say 

JUGGLING ACT

In addition to complicating their legal problems, the talkative President and some of his 
managerial staff recently disclosed information pertaining to the lawsuit filed by the last Branch Manager of the no longer existent Valencia office. That lawsuit differs from the lawsuits filed by the former Burbank Branch Manager and Business Development Representative in that it reveals the disturbingly obsessive behaviors of former COO, Beatrice Walker. 


President Wiggington; Director of Project Management, Yvonne Boutte; and AVP, Joseph Garcia, have recently actually admitted that Ms. Walker tried to force a "friendship" with the Valencia Branch Manager and when her unwanted efforts failed, the slighted COO launched a ruthless and scathing campaign intended to destroy the reputation of the branch manager. Not only did the COO allegedly violate federal and state laws her schemes against the branch known became common knowledge at the main branch in South Pasadena and though Human Resources was well aware of her tirade, neither Senior Vice President, Rodger Smock, who oversees Human Resources or his assistant, Esmeralda Sandoval, chose to remind Ms. Walker that her behaviors were violating the branch manager's rights as described under state and federal law. 


What's more, the President, under direction of Board Chair, Diedra Harris-Brooks, invalidated the branch manager's allegations against Ms. Walker, determining that the conflict between both women was simply a "personality conflict.:" It's the same methodology employed by Mrs. Harris-Brooks in 2008, when she determined that President Wiggington had been encouraged to verbalize sexualized statements and inappropriately place his hands on a former employee's thighs over a period of years. Mrs. Harris-Brooks is apparently a one-trick pony. 


The President has also recently disclosed that at the time the Branch Manager was allegedly being persecuted by Ms. Walker, that he conducted a fair and impartial investigation. Yes, the man who was found to have sexually harassed a former employee conducted a fair and impartial investigation. He's also recently stated that Ms. Walker acted on her own volition without knowledge of the credit union and reminded some of his staff that she was terminated last year, due to insubordination.

It's not surprising that the President is again trying to escape accountability and declare his innocence. This is after all the same old tactic always resorted to by the immature and undisciplined President. The President may have forgotten that Ms. Walker was his friend long before she was hired to work for the credit union on June 1, 2009. He apparently doesn't remember that he hired her to identify and target "enemy" employees for expulsion. The President also disclosed that Rodger Smock was the recipient of the notice that the credit union is being sued by the last Valencia Branch Manager. 



SEX AS A WEAPON

The former Business Development Representative alleges that on the day he was terminated, the President accused him of downloading same-sex pornography from the Internet using his  company assigned computer; and of sexually harassing coworkers. The employee was terminated by the President while an unidentified forensics investigator was present. 


We've learned that the forensics investigator, an Asian male, was never introduced by name by the President and participated in the meeting as a type of witness. What's more, the forensics investigator had visited the South Pasadena branch over a period of weeks during which he was exempted from signing the visitor roster located atop the reception desk. What's more, he was seen leaving the branch in the company of Esmeralda Sandoval and Joseph Garcia, both of who provided him with "testimonies" of employees they both "knew" were the blogger or bloggers and "confederates" of the blogger/bloggers. 


What we find interesting is that Charles R. Wiggington, Sr., a proven sexual harasser, accused and terminated an employee for sexual harassment though refusing to provide evidence proving his accusations. What's more, at Priority One the subject of "sex" seems pervasive.  In addition to the 2008 investigation which proved Charles R. Wiggington, Sr. sexually harassed a former employee, there are other male officers of the credit union who have brought their indulgence with sex into the credit union. 

  • Director of Human Resources, Rodger Smock, had a relationship with a young male employee assigned to the South Pasadena Member Services Department. Then South Pasadena Branch Manager, Gema Pleitez, and Consumer Loan Officer, Georgina Duenas, told staff that they were invited to a party at Mr. Smock's home during which several female employees swam in the pool while Mr. Smock remained in the house with the male employee. Periodically, Mr. Smock would emerge from his home and refill the women's glasses with alcohol. One of the women was so inebriated, she stripped off all her clothes. Mr. Smock would meet the male employee in the Member Services Department during which he would straighten the younger man's tie and straighten his collar. Their relationship was sufficiently conspicuous to prompt then South Pasadena Branch Manager, Betty Hilliard to ask"Why are they carrying on like that?" 
  • Over the years, the former CFO in South Pasadena would tell Mr. Wiggington, Mr. Smock and other officers about the pornographic websites he visited while at work, using his company computer. 
  • For years, Mr. Smock received numerous complaints from mostly female employees which alleged that the Director of Lending was sexually harassing and abusing them. Mr. Smock refused to investigate the complaints. 
  • In 2010, Mr. Smock was forced to speak to Joseph Garcia regarding complaints lodged by female employees accusing the Loan Manager of touching them inappropriately. 
  • In 2010, COO, Beatrice Walker was accused of same-sex sexual harassment and of stalking the Valencia Branch Manager. .

BEATRICE STALKER

According to the President, amongst the many heinous accusations leveled against the credit union, are allegations that former COO, Beatrice Walker, stalked the last Valencia Branch Manager. We're not surprised by the accusations nor it particularly shocking that sex is again an issue which the credit union is apparently unable to extricate itself from. And though we are not surprised, the real question that should be asked is why is sex such a problem in Priority One's workplace? 

Is it so difficult for some of the credit union's executive sector to control behaviors that are wholly inappropriate in the workplace? One reason why the problem is so prevalent can be attributed to Board Chair, Diedra Harris-Brooks, who intentionally suppressed evidence in 2008 proving Charles R. Wiggington, Sr. sexually harassed a former employee. Her actions may have been construed as a green light by some executives that if they violate state and federal laws prohibiting sexual harassment in the workplace, that they will readily be protected by the Board of Directors and in particular, it's Chair, Mrs. Harris-Brooks. 

Apparently, Ms. Walker did not respond well to having her overtures for an alleged friendship, rejected. The emotionally wounded COO, easily recruited the assistance of AVP, Sylvia Perez, who was desperate seeking acceptance by Ms. Walker who had chided her and often treated her with disdain. 

Ms. Walker and Mrs. Perez visited the Valencia branch will the branch manager was away on medical leave. During their visits, the two met with staff at that location and easily manipulated them into believing that they each had a more promising future at the credit union if they would distance themselves from their branch manager. It worked. The reason why their conspiracy succeeded is easy to deduce. Priority One has underpaid staff and under Charles R. Wiggington, Sr., collusion festers. 

The single White woman went further. She ordered all AVP's and Branch Managers not to communicate with the Valencia Branch Manager upon her return and they all complied, including then Loan Manager, Joseph Garcia; AVP, Joseph Garcia; and Van Nuys Branch Manager, Ceclia Pereyra. Ms. Walker felt validated though she had no idea that within a year, she would succumb to termination. 

So the credit union which ignored the Valencia Branch Manager's pleas, now has to contend with a lawsuit that accuses Ms. Walker of creating a hostile working environment; of harassment; of same-sex sexual harassment; of retaliation; coercion; and stalking. What's more, the President and Board Chair were well aware of the campaign perpetrated by the disturbed Ms. Walker but both not only chose to enact remedial measures and stop her violations of state and federal law, they actually tried to invalidate the branch manager's complaints and relegate them to nothing more than a conflict of personalities. 

Many employees were aware that both Ms. Walker and the Valencia Branch Manager both live in the Santa Clarita Valley but what few people know is that after the branch manager resigned and left the state with her husband on vacation, someone entered her property and poisoned her dogs. One dog died and the other survived after remaining hospitalized for several days. Coincidence? 


Hell Hath No Fury Like a COO Scorned




BOARDING UP ANOTHER BRANCH 


Irked that we reported the Burbank branch would close it's doors on May 31, 2012, President Wiggington has rescheduled it's closure to take place in June 2012. Yes, his decision is fueled by pride and more than a little inane. Like former COO, Beatrice Walker, President Wiggington has many issues with controlling his emotional reactions to almost any stimuli. 

With new the Burbank branch will remain open for just a few more days, AVP, Joseph Garcia, disclosed that the credit union intends to mail letters to all members in the city of Burbank announcing the branch's impending closure. According to Mr. Garcia, the letter will help "avoid problems." Problems? What problems does the credit union foresee happening?

Mr. Garcia's statement is a reflection of the gross ineptitude marring the credit union's managerial sector. It's really a statement that says absolutely nothing other than the credit union expects something bad to transpire as a result of the branch's closing. 

We don't see many problems arising from the closure. The largest sector of members in Burbank are employed by Providence St. Joseph Medical Center and as we've reported since 2010, they have grown increasingly displeased with the caliber of service being dispensed by Priority One. The hospital's administrators has also limited the amount of time representatives of the credit union can meet with it's staff and no longer allow the credit union to attend new hire orientations.

To justify closure of the Burbank branch, the President has recently maligned the entire staff of the Burbank branch, stating they have all failed to meet their assigned monthly quotas. According to Mr. Garcia, as a result of the staff's failure, none will be offered employment at any of the credit union's remaining branches including AVP, Sylvia Perez. 

The President has also offered a solution to members who wish to continue using their credit union accounts. He has disclosed that members can utilize Shared Branching, surcharge free ATM's or visit the Van Nuys branch. Contrary to what the President believes, none of these are solutions, they are quick, ineffective fixes.  The concept and purpose of Shared Branching is apparently something the President is unable to grasp. Shared Branching can be a wonderful convenience if you'd like to deposit or withdraw money when you are nowhere near one of your credit union's branch locations. It is however useless if you wish to resolve disputes involving your accounts or loans. You also can't apply for a loan using Shared Branching or provide proofs of documents requested by your credit union. It has it's limitations. We advise closing your Priority One accounts and opening an account with a bank or credit union conveniently located to your home or where you work. 


As we predicted, the new Santa Clarita branch is faring poorly. Members are not interested in it's inconvenient location. In late 2011, the President boasted that there is no reason to advertise the location because people would want to be become members of the credit union. He was of course wrong and his statement reaffirms that Charles R. Wiggington, Sr. is ignorant about the importance of marketing. Who would have guessed? 


In 2010, when the beautiful and successful Valencia branch closed, the President told some of his staff that it was unimportant to him if members in the Santa Clarita Valley closed their accounts because in his opinion, they were disloyal to the credit union and many had only become members to obtain one of the special promotions, i.e., low APR vehicle loans, periodically offered by the credit union. Evidently, the credit union needs business from people living and working in the Santa Clarita Valley.

Another problem we cited in 2011 concerns the location of the Santa Clarita branch which is outside of downtown Valencia, in a primarily agricultural zone and located at the base of the hill where the Santa Clarita mail processing center stands. Only two months after it's opening, the President is starting to complain that if business doesn't improve dramatically in the very near future, he may have to close the location. We predict it will close in the very near future.

You got have slimy attorneys if you're going to defend Wigg and his jack-offs. You need the kind of legal team OJ had and you know, P1 is paying out the butt for their defense.

Joseph Garcia is a prick. He has the sweat shop mentality, probably because thats the kind of work he did before he came to America. We are all sick of hearing his voice and seeing him. He's nasty. He thinks threatening people with the loss of their jobs is a sure way to get them to produce. Ass bite is the worst. And I don't think Cindy is that smart. She doesn't have any original ideas, she's stressing and I bet she wishes she never got hired.

Wigg isn't going around telling us that business is great but he is hiring new people. He doesn't do anything except sit on his ass in his office and only comes out when he wants to talk to Yvonne, Saeid, West or Miss Rodger. Now they're pushing getting new members and Cindy says we're getting a lot of new loans but why is that the loan department doesn't have much work? Because they're lying again plus Cindy looks stressed and like she's giving up.

Bea being a lesbian is like saying the sky is blue. No surprise. When Suzan came to work for a few weeks at South Pasadena, Walker got dressed up and didn't hide how much she liked her. But even before she came to train, there was a lot of talk about Bea. People couldn't comprehend how she and Yvonne were always sneaking around and outside the office and whispering. They acted like 2 little girls with a crush for each other. In those days EVERYONE was whispering about Bea and it was no secret that she acted differently when Suzan was around and Wigg and Rodger knew it.

Wigg is just plain ol' stupid. He's down to the puny Airport and Santa Clarita branches, Van Nuyas the Los Angeles office which is really a check cashing branch, and the main branch where business stinks and employees are miserable. The CU now pays a whopping $4.00 for Van Nuys, Los Angeles, Santa Clarita, and Airport and has to cut Burbank lose because they just can't afford it. Hope all the harassment, abuse, wasted money was worth Wigg because you are truly the credit union industries #1 f*ck-up! Enjoy what's left of your time at the CU and on earth.

I remember when Wigg and Bea said David was using his computer for none credit union work. That was amazing since Wigg spent years looking at BMW's and pictures of naked women on his computer. Rodger used to look at pictures of boys on his computer but people who weren't in management had firewalls so its not possible for David or anyone else to look at porn. Everyone knew the managers that were looking at porn. Maybe Wigg got David confused with his little perv son, Chuckie. That boy is a mess like his daddy.

Yes they got rid of Patty and then they hired two new people for loans but what's new. They did the same thing when they fired Theresa. They hired someone to replace her almost immediately. I don't get how its legal to tell someone you have to lay them off because the company is doing BAD and you can afford them and then right after they're gone, you replace them with someone else.

They got rid of Sonny because Wigg said they didn't need an auditor. The real reason they laid him off is because he was Manny's friend and Beatrice and Wigg didn't like Manny or his friends, just because Manny would "fix" the numbers. Same with Theresa. As soon as they laid-her off they hired a guy to do what she did. Bea and Wigg ran her off because she made the GREAT suggestion that management take a voluntary cut in pay but the morons couldn't and wouldn't. Fat Esmeralda told Marc he was being laid-off because of cut-backs but it was really because Miss Smock convinced Bea that Marc was leaking info which he was not. These people are all the biggest and most stupid liars you'll ever meet. Asses!

I thought they got rid of the marketing department to save money and I thought they laid Marc off because they needed to cut back. What a bunch of lying shit sacks. They got rid of Sonny, Joe, Wendy, Marc, Dane, Theresa, David, Kim, Maggie, Whitni, Cathy, Linda, Barbara, George, Tsui.

Then they hired, Bea, Cindy, Saeid, Randy, 2 new collections people, 2 new loan people, a marketer, lots of part-time tellers, Yvonne's friend at the LA office.

And they spent all that money on remodeling South Pasadena which is a ghost town, depressing, and miserable. They also remodeled Burbank which is now going to close. And about a year before they closed it, they remoded Valencia. What a waste of money!

Today the new marketing person started. Guess because of this blog, he went straight to Rodger's office (even though Rodger isn't supposed to be HR anymore) and then fat Esmeralda showed him the break room and then to his desk. There was a lot of talk because most employees are wondering why they hired someone in marketing if Wigg fired Marc because they supposedly didn't need a marketing person. Wigg is schitzo, cause she has more mood swings than Mel Gibson. The guy is also one of Cindy's close friends. Today, Cindy and Big Foot took him to lunch, probably to induct him into the management team. Interesting that Big Foot went with them since she can't stand Cindy. Just another day at Hypocriticaland.

Wigg probably wants to keep the new marketing person separate from the non-exempt staff because he doesn't want the new marketer to learn about how bad Wigg, Smock, Yvonne and the others suck as people and such as management. Problem is P1 is getting smaller and smaller and their some of their $1.00 branches (airporat/SC) ain't cutting it and neither is the main branch. Stupid Sylvia was telling people that P1 is so busy and we have more apps then we can put in XP in an 8 hour day, but what she forgot to say is that 80% of all new applications are denied because of poor credit, chexsystems, high debt ratios, ect.

Not one manager at P1 is qualified to serve as manager and that includes Cecilia. Business isn't an ecosystem, which means it would possess structure which works together to attain goals. At P1, its survival of the fitest. No, its survival of the misfits.

Its not a community because Wiggington has made sure that managers don't trust their employees and each other. Employees in turn, are afraid of managers and they don't trust one another.

Since Wigg became President its about control, not working or respecting each other.

Employees are not peers and they are not children, they are treated worse than animals.

There is no motivation because Wigg needs to control everyone through fear. If you don't agree with him or any one of the retards that serves him than you are out!

Wigg doesn't want change. Diedra Harris Brooks doesn't want change. That's why they rig elections to make sure the same people stay in control. They are afraid and want everyone to be afraid.

Randy McBride knows as much about technology as does Gema. Technology is awkward and its used to watch employees like Big Brother.

Work is never fun. Wiggington wants it to be as miserable as he is.

I don't think any of the lawsuits were filed as a bluff. I think that Wigg didn't expect to ever be sued because a prick like him thinks he's untouchable (the blog should have taught him he's not). He and Rodger and almost the entire Board spent years break policies and laws. They covered up wrong doing, lied when they were doing bad and rigged elections and fired people who were innocent. One doesn't like saying it but the fact is that the Board is racist. They never would have ever protected a White, Asian, or Latin who did all the things Wigg has done. When you see P1's board for the first time, its surreal. I attended an annual meeting because I wanted to see how the meeting was conducted. At the time, I was unfamiliar with the Board and Supervisory Committee. I was surprised, no wait, shocked and disappointed, when I was told that the people coming into the main office were members of board and supervisory committee. Believe me, these people didn't act, dress, or speak like educated professionals. They also segregate themselves. Priority 1 has members of every ethnicity which includes Whites, but the board likes to use terms specific to the Black community. People from other credit unions should be invited to Priority One to see the Board and SC in action. Its a real eye opener. These people are all crude, vulgar, and uneducated. Worse still, they have the nerve of giving attitude! Why? There are few things I've personally seen that are more embarassing than the members of Priority One's board and Supervisory Committee. To call them ghetto is an understatement.

A Board Chairperson and the Board don't serve as CEO but they are supposed to review and make sure the CEO is carrying out their duties in the best interest of the CU and its members, something Diedra and the board have never done. This is the same board that went to Europe, Las Vegas, and Hawaii, supposedly to attend seminars but if you go back to 2008and audit Diedra's expenses while in Vegas, it turns out she spent the allowance given to her by the CU at the hotel bar. The only excuse for this is if classes were taking place in the hotel bar which they weren't. Maybe she was studying to be a bartender cause she sure ain't a Chairperson.

It isn't because there's a lack of evidence. A lot of allegations have been published here along with a lot of documents proving Wiggington, his staff and the Board have broken laws and policies. Is it because of apathy or fear? I just don't get it. These people should have been shown the door a long time ago and the DFI should have interceded and conducted an investigation, because this board should have been fired for gross incompetence and unethical and even illegal acts.

Last week poor Lorena was sick and in pain and asked to go home but Gema, who's supposed to be in the field getting business, told her she couldn't leave and had to stay at work because the company needed her there. When she went to the dentist, they found she had an infection. Today, Gema said that Lorena is out of medical leave because she's stressed. Yes, she's stressed. I'm surprised the little dyke who got taken away a couple of years ago when she had a panic attack, could be so cruel to Lorena. Gema is a self-serving bitch. Virginia said Gema told her that Yvonne and dumb ass "I'm not what my resume says", Cindy Garvin", told Lorena that she can't be sick or she's out the there. What's up at P1. Wigg did some more of his magic and gave uselss Yvonne Member Services, Card Services and the Call Center, but the Call Center sometimes only has one person answering calls that come through into five lines. Luis is part-time, Lorena is out on medical leave, Johnny's been sick. That leaves only Colleen and Gema, but Gema talks to her friends and is wandering around the office when Miss AVP should be in the field trying to bring in new business.

And hasn't Cindy turned out to be a royal bitch. Last year her old employer ended the year in the negative which maybe why she came running to Priority 1. After all, she was in charge of loan development and it doesn't sound like she cut it there either. She's testy, bad tempered, not open to criticism and too old to be the firecracker she's turning out to be.

Yvonne can't stand her but here's some info for you bloggers. You exposed Yvonne and told the world that she can't stand Cindy. Its true, she has bad mouthed Garvin for several weeks but after your post, she's trying to cozy up to her and pretend to make friends.

Seems Joseph ain't cutting it (big surprise there) and there's been complaints about him, so now he's trying to get business on his own except he's not able to. Its easier to pester people into meeting their goals then making your own goals.

And whoever wrote that Yvonne will kick Alex Suarez out when she' through with her, is right. Yvonne is using her to fun collections, because Yvonne is stressed with member services, the call center, tellers and card services. But Alex talks about Yvonne behind her back and Yvonne is a user.

Now what's weird is that Wiggington gave Cindy, who oversees loan management, authority over all branches and collections. She is also over Yvonne. AVP, Gema, is now under Yvonne. How is that possible? Plus Gema basically is an FSR getting AVP pay. Does anyone see something wrong with this WHOLE picture?

Ever since they gave everyone goals, the atmosphere has gotten worse at all branches particularly at South Pasadena. Employees don't trust each other or management and management is watching everyone, like they're paranoid. Its amazing that Yvonne is in member services but find the time to stick her nose in collections even though Alex "backstabber" Suarez is supposedly the supervisor of the department. Alex keeps Yvonne about what people are saying throughout the branch, even though Alex has been known to talk about Yvonne too and vice versa. When Saundra Whitt worked in collections, she started out as Yvonne's friend but in 3 years the two couldn't work together and Yvonne started telling people that Saunda was "negative" and bad for the department. She would also talk to Saundra with so much disrespect. Of course, Big Foot can never see that she makes people become negative. And she probably is jealous of Crystalk and Naira. One is going to have a baby and both are young while Yvonne is a miserable almost 50 year old woman whose best friend used to be Bea Walker, until she backstabbed her buddy girl.

As for HR, their nothing more than Wigg's slaves. Smock acts like he's Wigg's wife and babies him and sweeps aside all complaints because he doesn't want anything to bother the Wiggmeister. Robert West doesn't know anything about HR and is boring, dull, and mentally living on Jupiter. Esme is an overweight chola. Need I say more? The only thing they want to do is to fire employees who have legitimate complaints and protect Wigg the sexual harasser.

If they're there, Wigg is making sure they're not seen anywhere around the office. I heard they've been in the board room. Screwing over employees is just what HR does at P1. Look at Patty Lopez. They said they couldn't afford to keep her because was bad, then a few weeks later, Wigg is telling everyone we're doing great because we have LOTS of capital. Then he hires new employees of the loan department and credit resolution even though on the day they laid her off they told her they couldn't even give her a part-time job because none were available. The only ones who believe HR are the three losers in HR- Missy Smock, Mr. Esmes, and West (whatever he is).

Actually Crystal is supposed to start working in Lending for a short time, but lending is something that takes months to understand. There are so many variables which can make two identical loan requests differ from one another. Virginia said that Naira had been written up for being late again. I guess she overheard Alex talking to Yvonne. Just like Yvonne repeats everything Wigg tells her, so does Alex. Whatever she’s told she repeats to Sonia in consumer lending. From there, who knows where it goes. Remember, these are women with really big mouths who don’t want to obey confidentiality policy.

Of course, nowadays, Sonia is trying to do a good job as Supervisor, but hanging around Alex is a bad career move. Sonia also has to deal with Georgina who is resentful because they gave the Supervisor positon to Sonia. Georgina has broken the rules over the years and she stinks as an employee, so Miss Lynwood 1985, needs to get over it and face it. Its not like the days when she could sleep with Aaron and get what she wanted.

I know Crystal filed complaints about Yvonne a couple of years ago and in a meeting with Yvonne and Esme, she told Yvonne she hated her (welcome to the club). They get along at times and Crystal breaks the rules like Yvonne and Georgina and Gema, but she’ll never lose her job because she is the sister of the buy that’s married to one of Wigg’s daughters.

There is isn’t smart reason why Yvonne wants Crystal in loans. What Big Foot should focus on is making the credit collection staff better at what their supposed to do and teach them to be kind to members. Then again, Big Foot is a royal ghetto bitch, so why would she know anything about good manners. After all, her last friend was trailer trash COO, Bea Walker. And now her friend is cold hard chola, Alex Suarez, drag-queen wanna be and major backstabber and gossip. She’s also the company snitch.

On another note, Joseph Garcia is finding out that getting new business is really hard. Turns out, Mr. Taco Bell doesn’t know how to answer member questions, is too pushy, and his supposed charm doesn’t work on anyone who was born with a brain. Other than that, he’s doing great. If he didn’t have his PC he’d have a nervous breakdown. That’s what happens when you have the brain capacity of a worm. Tsk, tsk, maybe Joseph should go back to Del Taco, but not as a manager. He only qualified to make tacos.

Joseph is unqualified but you can blame that on Bea and Wigg who set him up for failure. All Joseph wanted and he made no secret about it, was to become an executive. At no other company would they have ever made him an avp because he doesn't have the experience, knowledge or education. But Bea said she liked him because he was "nice" and she made him supervisor over the call center and then a few week later made him loan department manager even though the most he had ever done was fund a consumer loan. He began to make mistakes, couldn't understand what a debt ratio is and approved loans that were not qualified. So they took Real Estate loans from him. That left consumer loans but he never, not once ever did anything to help make loans grow because he didn't know how. Bea took away the call center because he mismanaged it and she and Wigg got so many complaints from members. She gave him member services and then took it away. Now he's over business development but he has no experience in business development. He doesn't know anything about marketing, advertising or selling. Maybe the new marketing person will take Joseph's place after Wigg starts getting all those reports showing people are not making their goals even though Joseph promised he could get the whole staff to meet their goals. Good luck to Joseph. He's not smart and neither is Wigg.

For years, Virginia has had people help her with her "personal" non-work related things. When she got over-charged, she got an employee to write to her creditor. When I worked there Wigg used to come to the lunch room and talk loud and tell us who he was going to get rid of and that he got his job because he beat everybody else out. If he's the winner, can you imagine how horrible the other candidates were? When Bea arrived she taught him and Rodger that if something isn't in writing then there's no proof it happened. Guess Ms Walker forgot about witnesses. Now if Wigg, Smock, Yvonne, and Bea (I guess you can throw Cindy in based on what I read here), decided to work instead of piddling around and creating gossip, maybe Priority would have succeeded. Too late now, you can see the writing on the wall thanks to these people and Diedra. Diedra is the real CEO at Priority. She tells Wigg what to do and he does it, just like a dog. They drove Yuling out and she was more professional than any of the other managers. And what they did to Suzanne was inexcusable. Everyone is fed up with Joseph. The moron gets reports which tell him how many new loan apps are submitted by employees. It also tells him what loans get funded. Another report tells him how much each employees sell in GAP and MBI. Mr. Know Nothing gets in his car and wastes gas going to branches and asking employees how much business they got. Doesn’t he know how to read the reports or look at the action items in XP? He is even stupid enough to ask if the employees know on what day and time approved members are going to fund their loans. Unless employees have access to a crystal ball, they can’t answer his really stupid questions. The man is as dumb as dirt or Wiggington.

Like the blog says, evil good for nothing Bea Walker abused Suzanne probably because Bea looked like rocky road ice cream and Suzanne was beautiful and smart. Suzanne was very professional and attractive (all the things Bea Walker isn’t and can never be). Bea likes people to do as she said even if what she wants you do do is against policy. Bea also liked to gossip about people like Yvonne, Cindy, Wigg, and Joseph. When she liked Suzanne, she told Suzanne, Joseph and Yvonne what employees she was going to fire. Yes, she has a big mouth like Wigg.
When Bea got mad a Suzanne she was able to manipulate most of the dumb as dirt women that worked at Santa Clarita including company duumbass, Sylvia Perez. They joined in with Bea and alienated Suzanne because they are all hard up and desperate. Management actually liked Suzanne and he didn't like Bea after he found out she was trying to get him fired.
Suzanne unlike Bea, Yvonne, Joseph, Wigg, Smock and Cindy was liked and respected and she knew her stuff. Wigg used to like her too but turned against her after he used her to get a letter of complaint which he used to knock Bea down. Then again,m Wigg would sell his mom out for nickel.

Sylvia moved to Burbank in 2007 when she got the avp job. From 2007to 2012 Burbank never performed up to par. When she was in Van Nuys, the branch did good but not because of her. That office used to get a lot of walk-in traffic though Sylvia will try to tell you its because of her. It wasn't. She had a good staff (except for Neelam who is nice but dumb as dirt, that's why she got demoted a few years ago). Her staff was friendly but almost none of them liked her just like anywhere she ends up. For years she brags that Wigg is her friend and golfs with her husband which is probably why Wigg keeps her. Last year, Nidia complained about her and before that Theresa Haddad complained aobut her. Through the years there's been so many complaints filed against her because she is r8rude, but Rodger Smock and Wigg always cover up for her. Sylvia used to say that Wigg hated her and she says Robert West doesn't like her. That's one of the few times when she's 100% right. Even though she's avp over Van Nuys that branch succeeds because of Cecilia and not Sylvia. She's been saying she's moving to Santa Clarita but does a 2-man branch really need an avp? She's been saying that the president is going to have her do business development. Really, an avp doing business development? Then shouldn't they cut her pay? The main job of avp's isn't business development or fsr work or serving as a teller something Wigg, Smock, and Sylvia don't get probably because we're talking about really dumb people. Sylvia is just out for Sylvia. As long as they keep her that's all that matters. In the industry she's the equivelant of a small, one-owner liquor store. She's not corporate like she says and she sure isn't a class act.

The hospital is fed up with them and that new ATM is no substitute for a real working branch even if Wigg can't get that through his thick skull. Sylvia is typical of the people Wigg promotes. He chose Aaron and Liz and they ended up getting fired. He promoted Joseph who knows shit about anything. He promoted Yvonne even after she and Bea talked about how incompetent he is (they were right). He kept Smock whose nothing but a useless old queen. When Mr Harris was President, Burbank was making business. It had a slow start after P1 merged with Providence credit union and took over the branch, but Mr Harris was a way different leader than Wigg who is no leader.

As for Sylvia, she's always liked going out in the field to get new business even when she should have been acting like an AVP. Problem is she's not that great at sales. She doesn't know how to reach out and connect with the community. She's too pushy, too hyper, and sounds like she's from the barrio. The last few weeks she's been talking and talking and talking, wondering if Wigg is going to keep her or let her go or if he keeps her will she be sent to Santa Clarita or is she going to be stripped of her title and turned into a BD rep. That could be a big problem at P1. For the credit union has been led by males (not men). They used to have a "boys" club headed by Wigg with his followers Smock, Aaron, and Manny. Then Aaron who was no man and liked to talk about sex as much as Wigg, got fired. Wigg hated Manny because Manny wouldn't work the books, so he and Bea booted him out. That left Wigg and Smock who are not men at the head with Bea as the new follower. She tried to get rid of Wigg and got herself fired. Now Wigg who is 100%coward. When he gets in trouble he hides behind Diedra. He hired a security person because he thought some employee would shoot him. Why would anybody risk prison for his worthless ass? If you look at the monthlies, employee salaries remained about the same even though a lot of full-time employees have left. The reason is that they keep hiring more big salary people. P1 is too top heavy and not showing results. After Burbank closes, they are going to bring in a little less income because Sylvia never could get that branch to take off. That branch was mostly used for shared branching by people who had accounts at other credit unions. They won't have that anymore and employees of st. joseph are already talking about opening accounts somewhere else. If you wait a few months, you're going to see they have less business and loan growth will slow down again plus for shared branching to work you have to get people who are not your members, coming to your branch to transact banking for their accounts from other creditunions. That is about to change to.

I never understood why some people say Yvonne is smart. She's sneaky but smart, uh huh. All those years she was over collections she trained her people to be rude, disrespectful and mean to members. She never taught them that members are important and that they go through hard times. And through the years, collectors used to call the credit union about delinquent accounts for some of the employees in collections. When Yvonne hung out with Bea, she was always tossing out ideas and Bea borrowed some of them. How good were her ideas if Bea turned out to be the biggest failure to ever work at Priority? Yvonne never could get collections under control but she talks enough shit that you start believing that maybe she knows her stuff until you find out the only she knows is backstabbing, kissing ass, and abusing employees. Same for Sylvia. Miss 2 Face likes to tell you she gets thousands of dollars in loans each month but if you look at the loan reports, sometimes all of her loans are denied. And if she was so wonderful how come she could never make a success of Burbank? While she had her office there that office sucked. She is responsible for turning it into a ghost town. When they hired short, fat Cindy Garvin they said she knows real estate and consumer loan processing, she knows business development, she knows advertising and she knows marketing. Since she's been there she hasn't done a single thing that shows she knows much of anything though she does like to tell you that she knows a lot. Plus if she's such an expert in marketing why did they just hire a marketing person who is also her friend? You know Wigg doesn't know anything otherwise the CU would have grown instead of shrunk. I saw Saffold a few weeks ago. He said the blog was a bunch of lies and that Priority 1 is doing great. Today I visited the Santa Claria branch and the plac was empty. I've saw their monthly report and they're not doing good at all. Its disgraceful that Saffold, a volunteer board member thinks its okay to lie. Seems like lying is all a sinking credit union can do. I am going to close my account and I think members should close their accounts. If you have bad credit and are afraid to go somewhere else, you have to see the big picture. A credit union that's sinking ain't going to do you any good in the long run.

This morning we heard that Alex Suarez told the collection staff that their calls are going to be monitored, so that she can find out if people are talking about her. Usually monitoring is done to watch how staff are performing. Alex is another management tard. Of course people are talking about this dumb ass bitch. She's nasty. She's horrible and disrespectful with members treating them rudely and talking to them like they have no value. She also talks down to staff and walks around like her nose is plugged up with shit. She's Yvonne's ears, running to her and telling her what she hears employees say and not only repeating gossip but making up lies. She is just the worse, a low class chola. If you are wondering if people are talking about you, they are but every employee at P1 is too smart to do it using their company phones. Its not certain that Sylvia is going to Santa Clarita because she said she "thinks" thats where their going to send her. I also heard Wigg got in trouble for talking too much though its hard to say what he exactly said that got Diedra mad, since he repeats everything he's told. Cindy is also testy because it got out that she and Yvonne meet in secret outside the office. She didn't think anyone noticed. What Cindy and Yvonne are doing is trying to figure out whose leaking info. Guess they haven't thought about looking in the mirror. I don't know where they get the time to look for the person leaking info when they should be trying to bring in NEW business. Alex is helping them though she is just nasty, nasty, nasty.

There is a lawsuit from Suzanne because Wigg told West, Esmeralda and Smock. They've been talking about it because Wigg doesn't know what to do. When Suzanne was working at P1, he didn't do anything with her complaint and let her get harassed by Bea. The board asked him to provide proof to show that he did investigate her complaint and that he stopped Bea's harassment but he couldn't and he got chewed out. There is a Priority MC is an embecile.

As for Quinones, is Priority MC trying to make us believe that P1 gave him money because they wanted him to go away. Wow, that's awful nice of them. Why don't we all sue so they can give us all money so we can all go away. IDIOT! Or is she trying to say they gave him money because they felt sorry that his attorney was "supposedly" quitting? That would be nice too but everyone knows President Wiggington steals cars, robs people of their livelihoods and used to like sexually harassing women.

There might be a good reason why Yvonne and Cindy are spending so much time together in the alleys off La France. They might be rummaging through all those big trash bins and cans, looking for plastic bottles they can take to the recycling center or for clothes they can wear (remember, one man's trash is nother man's treasure). They could also be looking for edible foods or just practicing for their next jobs.

You know if these two really OLD bitches are in the alleys whispering that they're not only talking about employees, they're probably also talking about Wigg. Back in 2010, Bea and Yvonne used to disappear from the office (one went out the front door and the other used the door leading to La France) and meet down the street. Yvonne used to say they went there because they wanted to make sure no one heard what they had to say. Joseph let it out that they were talking about how stupid and unprofessional Wigg was (and is). They are both old, really too old to be acting like 11 year olds but that's not going to stop Big Foot and Cindy, the overweight dwarf. These women didn't get their positions because of professionalism. They're experts in butt kissing, lying, and backstabbing. These hags are pros at everything EXCEPT what they're

The day Smock put the notice on the intranet that Bea was gone, we cheered at our office. I heard employees at all offices were happy and they should of been. That woman is so wicked. She was a horrible person and a horrible officer.

And whoever wrote she was manipulative is so right. Too bad she wasn't competent. If you look at who she manipulated you can see they were all wishy washy people and some who have gotten away for years breaking policies. Joseph was easy to use because he is stupid and he knows it. Like Gema used to say, "I'll do whatever Miss Walker says because she's always right." No, Gema, she was always wrong and you are pathetic. And what about that moron Johnny in the call center? He's like a young version of old Joseph. He used to tell Bea, "Oh Miss Walker your hair is so pretty" or "Oh Miss Walker you look so nice today." Yes, Johnny needs to take advantage of the credit union's vision plan and quick. Bea and Yvonne used to have a running joke about Johnny. We're sick of Joseph, Cindy and Yvonne micromanaging and forcing us to stay til 7 at night Wednesdays and working Saturdays. Some of us actually have families and a life outside our job.
Joseph sits at his desk, looking at reports or at least pretending to, calling employees to see where they’re at and who they met with and how much business they got. We are also sick of his surprise visits and telling us we need to push and push. He doesn’t understand that if we can’t overcome a member’s objections why they don’t want a loan that we can’t force them to sign up for a loan. He says “just get it.” Nice to see Cindy and Yvonne have so much free time to hang out in the alleys behind the office so they can gossip. These women are old and so unprofessional. I’d like to know how much business Cindy, Joseph and Yvonne pull in by themselves.

We've getting complaints from Burbank people saying their closing their accounts after we close the branch. they don't want to bank at Van Nuys or use shared branching. I'm sure Joseph and Cindy will think we can still get business from them when we are cutting service.

Of course there are complaints from Burbank. Why would anyone want to keep their account at Prioriy if they don't offer a conveient branch location. Maybe Wigg forgot gas is expensive and people just might not want to drive miles out of their way to get to Van Nuys, Santa Clarita or South Pasadena. Plus their service is stinks. And there is a lot of us who see branch closing and think maybe they are not doing so good and maybe its time to open an account somewhere else.

Sylvia's been sweating bullets. She is so pathetic. She started packing up her office weeks ago so that Wigg could not notice that she was ready to be reassigned. She also dropped enough hints in Van Nuys, Santa Clarita and South Pasadena. The woman is so desperate I mean hard up. Two weeks ago she was crying saying no one has told her where she's going to go or if she's even going to have a job but now she says she's being transferred to Santa Clarita.

Adrianna is a 100% kiss ass and 100% backstabber. When members come to Santa Clarita she tells them about how bad the credit union is doing and about how Wigg has messed up everything. Actually, she doesn't have to say anything because its obvious. And Adrianna must be drunk if she thinks they're going to put her over Dana or Judith. Not to say that the credit union is going to keep Dana or Judith. Sylvia has already said Dana has a bad attitude and thats why they moved her back to Burbank. Talk at South Pasadena is that they will probably get rid of the part-time tellers at Burbank even though they just hired new tellers for LA and Van Nuys. Santa Clarita also didn't meet its goals and Joseph said they might have to replace the staff which would include Adrianna. Oh well, she had a good run.

I didn't know Dana told people she was the branch manager when Suzanna was out on medical leave. That's funny because when Suzanna was out stupid old Bea used to go visit Valencia and she made Judith, Dana, Adrianna, and Sylvia think she liked them and that they had a future with the credit union. After Suzanne left, Bea turned against them and told Rodger that she wanted them all gone.

Supposedly he made an ATM error. A member complained he didn't get money out of the ATM and they sent Alan to take care of the problem. He got the money and gave it to them member but forgot to log it in the books. I wonder why Cecilia sent him to the hospital alone? When you work an ATM procedures say you need dual custody. If anohter person had been with him but could have avoided the supposed mistake and maybe he would have been let go. He was one of the good ones but at least they kept Neelam who a few years ago approved a bunch of loans that went bad. They removed as branch manager but didn't fire her because she is a friend of Sylvia Perez and Charles Wiggington.

Cindy and Joseph said that Sylvia will probably transfer to Santa Clarita (she couldn't make Burbank a success but now she off to Santa Clarita, to do what, shut it down too?). They said they didn't know if they were going to keep Dana because Sylvia said she has a "bad" attitude. Bad compared to what, Wigg's great attitude? They said they were going to get rid of the part-time tellers because they don't have any place to put them. Judith is supposed to go to Santa Clarita too and Leroy might go to South Pasadena. Adrianna on the other hand didn't make her goals and Joseph said she might have to leave Santa Clarita.

At Priority One you can steal $60,000 from the Los Angeles branch without being reported to police, sent to trial, or without being reported to CUNA. You can sexually harass an employee for years and years and you can collect lots and lots of witness testimonies but your job is safe.

But disagree with Wigg and his losers and you get harassed and abused. Color really is a big deal to Wigg and the Board. Color comes first. If it doesn't then explain why HR, Wigg & the board let some Black employees including Wigg, get away with breaking policy and law while non-Blacks got fired.
